If you’re in the Seattle area and want a beautiful place to stay, we highly recommend this house. The property is secluded with the PNW beauty all around. It was within driving distance of any location we wanted to visit. We appreciated the ease in working with the property owners! We had a group of six in our family who stayed and had more than enough room! We highly recommend this property and would love to return again some day!!

The views are everything you're hoping for. Very secluded and well set up for larger groups. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows. Kitchen is very well stocked. The house is dated in places including bathrooms. Also the community is gated and clearly expected to be very private. Know that if you go for a walk, you will be questioned by neighbors.

That property needs some TLC and a good scrub down. Ad says 3 decks and HOT TUB! Decks are filthy with views being blocked by overgrown trees. HOT TUB is so dirty and full of chemicals it is unusable. No compensation given Very dissapointing.

Beautiful home and perfect spot to enjoy Olympic peninsula. We enjoyed hiking and exploring from Rock creek and dungeness spit to port Ludlow and ft Flagler and then enjoyed wonderful vistas each morning and evening. Great family outing .

The property itself is pretty nice. My only real complaint is some cleanliness issues. Beds, counters, floors, etc were clean. However, it's pretty clear they lack deep cleaning. The windowsills look like they haven't been touched in months from the amount of cob webs we've seen, the air intake by the wood stove was covered in dust, the hot tub water was murky and there was scum along the water line. The most offensive thing was probably the two showers with sliding doors. They were moldy/mildewy. Be cautious on your walk down the small trail. The stairs are missing a step. It leads to a cliff so I'd recommend extreme caution with small children. It would be beneficial if they offered more than dish soap and an almost empty bottle of bleach spray for cleaning options. Also recommend bringing an additional roll of paper towels. We only found 1 roll. They do give you contact information for their cleaning company who also helps with any issues you have during your stay. My real concern was whether or not the owners were aware that the cleaning company may not be cleaning to their standards. So I reached out to Evolve after our stay to let them know and received no response. The people posting 5 star reviews are probably doing it so they get the discount the owners offer. Architecturally different, however we found the spaces somewhat chopped up and no easy one place for the entire family to gather comfortably in a family room type setting. Maybe good enough for families with younger children, but for 6 adults it was really only the dining room table that accommodated everybody. Kitchen lacked some items that was required for Thanksgiving cooking, such as proper baking pans for the oven (only cookie sheet type pans available). Also lack of dish towels, and only 6 dinner knives (but many forks and spoons!) - could have done with some more. Was surprised that the 2nd bedroom is advertised as ‘en suite’, hogere it was only a half bath and the guests had to traverse down 2 stories to access a semi-private bathroom. Games area and movie theatre great fun, and the view is just absolutely spectacular!
