We really enjoyed our stay! Overall the house was decently cleaned. Nicely decorated and updated! The check in and check out were both very easy. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to check out! We went to Whales Tales, Clark’s Trading Post, and walked the Flume Gorge. We would stay there again!

I have been waiting for a reply for 2+ weeks about our concerns and since we have not received a response, it’s time for a review…
Although the home is great, there are parts of our stay that we were disappointed in.
The listing advertises a heated pool, spa, and hot tub but all of these were broken and were unable to be used during our entire stay. This was very disappointing since we were looking forward to this. Also, on the 4th of July- the pool closed at 4:30pm but when asked we were told the pool closed at 8:00pm every night.
Also, the window blinds in the living room and master bedroom did not work and were stuck down unable to be raised. This blocked half of the advertised “Mountain View.”
The basement/ basement bedroom needs a dehumidifier. Every night when we got into bed, the sheets felt damp.
The AC was very difficult to control on the main level/upper level. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm overnight.
The knob in the toaster oven is broken.
One of the slats on the bunk beds is broken.
One of the recessed lights in the kitchen was broken/hanging down.
The location of the home was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and BBQ grill. Having the washer and dryer in the home was very convenient.
For the amount of money we spent on our stay, we are disappointed in the amount of mishaps.
Customer service was non existent. The owners never responded to our concerns. I wouldn’t rent from this owner again.

What a great stay. Every year, I travel to the White mountains in the summer and fall. If you are looking to stay with a large group of family or friends with extra space for the kids to do their thing, while the adults do theirs, then this is the spot. Indoor/outdoor pool is within walking distance. Or run across the street to the tennis/pickle ball courts. Base ball diamond is a little futher down the road. Cook on the grill and eat together on the back deck or large kitchen/ family area. All linens, towels and amenities are fully stocked, so don't worry if you forget something. Perfect stay!

We rent a condo/home instead of a hotel room so we can cook instead of eating out every meal and enjoy all of the other amenities such as a master bedroom, laundry access, outside views, etc. Unfortunately the kitchen sink didn’t work, the blinds in the master bedroom were automated and stuck in the open position (and faced the road), the handle to the dryer was broken off by a previous guest, and the temperature control was a nightmare. I reported these issues immediately after check-in. Vacasa told me they would send someone out to address the issues. I provided pictures and videos but no one called or stopped by to fix anything. I even called twice during my stay. I am following up regularly with Vacasa to get a resolution or compensation but they keep saying the local management team has to respond. There is no time table for it. I waited as long as I could before posting this review but it’s been three weeks. If we had water and all of the automated features worked, we would give this home a higher rating. But property management should be the top priority given the high rates of these rentals.

We had a problem with master bedroom drapes Gentleman came out never fixed them and gave us no feedback.

This property was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Location in Lincoln is less crowded than other white Mountain destinations. Kids loved the pool. I would not hesitate to book this lovely property.

The property was great! Met all our needs. Unfortunately the check in was awful! We were given the wrong code and waited nearly 2 hours outside property for someone to call us back w a code that allowed us access.

Located around the woods and trees. You can see Fall Foliage right in your backyard. Great place for three couples and 4 kids. Four bedrooms. Very nicely laid out floor plan. Will rent this place again.

The unit was spotless when we checked in. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Kitchen was fully equipped. Stayed at Forest Ridge last year and the unit we stayed in was very nice but surprisingly this was one was newer!! Highly recommended.

I recently booked the house for a hiking trip. We were convenient to a lot of great trails and close enough to town to run errand while feeling very secluded. The house was very cozy with plenty of room. The decor was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, updated condo with three floors made it perfect for our teen kids. Gave them and us space! The outdoor community pool was a bit small and crowded at times but other than that was great. AC worked great on 90 degree days.

Very nice accommodations, clean, spacious (lots of bathrooms!), well-stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets and towels). Short walk to the communal pool and gym, short drive to restaurants and things to do (shopping, hiking, etc.). Everyone was comfortable.

We were two families with 1 and 2 kids (three kids total). This place was perfect for us, lots of room to spread out, lots of room to come together. The kids LOVED the bunk room. The grownups all slept well on comfy beds with lots of hot water for everyone’s showers. The deck is perfect for morning coffee. We cooked in the kitchen every morning and night; the kitchen is well equipped and best of all the appliances are all good quality and work for feeding a crowd. A lot of rentals I’ve stayed at have subpar ranges/ovens; this one is great, and the dishwasher is a workhorse.
The complex is great—quiet roads, good for running; nice little gym, great pools, both indoor and outdoor. The pond near the pool house is so pretty and peaceful. Super convenient location, too.
Everything was pristine when we arrived and following cleanup guidelines at the end of the visit was easy. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful townhome
Beautiful townhome in a desirable neighborhood. The home was clean and more spacious than expected. Perfect for a family or families traveling together. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary, bathrooms had complimentary toiletries, with plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. We had a wonderful time here and would love a return trip soon!

Nice Long Fall Weekend in White Mountains
Beautiful and very clean, spacious, mountain retreat! Lots of room for family to spread out. Peaceful setting, close to all that the mountains have to offer. Responsive host. We loved our time in this comfortable home. We were sad that the hot tub and heated indoor pool in sports complex was not working. If these amenities are important to you (and they are very nice to have on rainy days!), consider calling ahead to check in on repairs. We learned the heater has been down since the summer and wish we knew in advance to temper expectations of our children. We did inform the host who promised to follow up. All in all we hope to return- but did miss the pool!

great relaxing time in the Whites
This is our second time staying at this property. Its clean, updated and well laid out. Plenty of space and the owners have added additional furniture, kitchen equipment, updated the HVAC since last year. The community is quiet but just minutes from downtown. The pools are a big hit with the kids and are nicely maintained.

Stressful start of a vacation
We have stayed up in Lincoln many, many times. All rentals mostly through VRBO. Never have we had to travel to a rental to have to wait for the code to enter. We usually have the information within the week before. It was extremely stressful traveling with a toddler not having that information. On a good day the trip is 6 hours and to have to stress about being able to get into the rental was not the way we wanted to start our family vacation. We know that at times we do not have phone service up there. Thankfully that wasn't the problem. The owner said he would call us with the info as we got closer to check in. Check in was at 4pm. By 5 pm, we were on the phone with VRBO who was looking to get us into somewhere else. REALLY. We kept calling the owner, VRBO was calling the owner as we sit stranded tired, hot and hungry in some field. Shortly after 5pm, the owner finally calls us to say, "Opps, I went tubing with my family and left my phone behind." Really. That was really very inconsiderate of the owner, considering VRBO policy states entry info will be provided within the week prior to travel. We honestly thought we were being scammed at first.

Beautiful and clean, clean, clean!
The home was beautiful, even prettier than it looked in the pictures, but for a germaphobe like me during Covid, the highlight was how exceptionally clean everything was. The linens were crisp, and the house was stocked beyond any high-end rental we have had in the past. Although we did not cook while we were there, the kitchen was stocked with everything one would mean, including aluminum foil and plastic wrap. There were towels and beach towels. We did not take it vantage of the community amenitiea, but those appeared fabulous. We became a little concerned when we hadn’t received the check in procedures a couple days before arrival, as we have had with other rentals, but the check in procedures were very easy once I talked to Bill. He even gave us simple directions to the property, although it was easy to find with our GPS. Once at the home, instructions and information were clearly explained in a binder that had all of the information we needed for our stay. The house itself had plenty of room for us to spread out, as our in-laws joined us on the trip. The kids loved the bunk room, and we couldn’t have asked for a better property. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us this way and would highly recommend the home. Thank you to our hosts!

Perfect family vacation!
We had a wonderful stay here at Bill’s property. It was incredibly spacious, clean, updated, well-designed and very convenient! My brother and his family stayed with us in the beginning of the week for a total of eight people in the unit. (4 adults, 3 teen girls and an 11 year old boy) At no point did we ever feel like we were in each other’s way- plenty of space and everything we needed was provided- from more than enough towels right down to the kitchen utensils. This was my family’s first trip to New Hampshire and there was no shortage of fun activities to do. The week went too quickly but was a vacation to remember. We hope to return again in the fall or winter. Magical! Bill’s property is the perfect home base for a great vacation.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it; 4 adults, 4kids- more than enough room! High end finishes and decor make the space feel even more open and beautiful than the pictures. Kitchen has all the basics and there’s plenty of room to cook. The bedrooms have nice linens and there’s plenty of towels. Great location to all Lincoln and Littleton have to offer!

This property was very clean and beautiful. It was set up so nicely. All my kids had their own rooms (all bedroom were great sizes) having multiple bathrooms was wonderful. The master was amazing! It had a nice deck that we enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked , clean and organized. We all also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. We loved the neighborhood its was private but yet close to everything. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay in Lincoln
We had a great stay at Bill's place in Lincoln. Even with some not so great weather there was plenty to do in the area. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. We were two families with young kids and had plenty of room for everyone. Would gladly stay again!

Great location and well appointed interiors
We booked the trip during the spring break to explore the white mountain area. We made the trip just after ski season ended so we would not be bothered with the crowds. Place was easy to find and right by the Loon Resort with nice views from the first floor LR and deck. It is located within reach of Common Man restaurant and a grocery store close by. Place was exactly as shown in pics, tastefully done interiors. The club house with the indoor pool is walking distance and was fairly easy to book an appointment. The host was responsive to any questions we had, easy check in and check out process. Hoping to return for fall colors.

Amazing stay in Lincoln!
We had a great long weekend at Bill's condo. The inside looks exactly as pictured--the decor was beautiful and the unit was very clean. We had more than enough room for two families. We also used the pool twice during our stay. The reservation process was very quick and easy. The location is central to everything the White mountains has to offer. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you, Bill!

The home is very well equipped with everything you need -- we were particularly impressed with what was available in the kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy for our group, especially as we were wary about dining out during Covid-19. The space was extremely clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. Check-in was very easy, and the location is near perfect, right by Lincoln. The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time is that we would need to acquire our own propane tank/replenish the tank if we had wanted to use the grill in consideration of future guests. Sadly for our group, we arrived with the propane tank only a quarter full, meaning if we used it once we would have to buy a full tank of gas to replace it. It's an odd policy: some guests are able to use the grill without paying for anything if they are lucky and arrived to a full tank of gas, but if you happen to draw the short end of the stick and your stay overlaps with the tail-end of a tank, you end up paying for a full tank to replace the empty tank. It didn't seem worth it to us to buy a full tank as we only wanted to use it once, so in the end this was not a true amenity of the house that we were able to use unless we paid extra for it. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and house is in a perfect location for you to explore Franconia State Park.

Fantastic
Everything was great. Very comfortable home that was well stocked with everything you need.
The owners were great and easy to communicate with.
The location of the property was close enough to get up and down 93 with ease, and also over the "Kanc" to North Conway.
We traveled with 5 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough room to spread out.
We were all extremely pleased with our decision to stay here.
