We were a big group..16 adults and 7 children. The families with children were well situated with nearby or adjacent rooms. Everyone had comfortable rooms which afforded privacy and quiet times. Each room had its own beautiful newly renovated bathrooms ( with great water pressure). The living and dining rooms were large and comfortable. The dining table was a loooong table with benches all around which easily sat our crowd. The backyard was gorgeous with beautiful views of the distant mountains. We had a big bonfire with s’mores as the sun set. And a big family football game. It was just wonderful!!!

My husband and I rented The Kemble to host a post- elopement reception. We had 65 guests and it was the perfect venue for our event. Everyone had an amazing time, and the tent, serving platters, etc. made it so easy to host a large gathering. We rented The Kemble for three nights and spent the other two relaxing and taking in the amazing view with close family. Highly recommend!

Our family of 20 enjoyed our stay at the Kemble immensely and would definitely come back again! Thank you Daniel and your staff for making our reunion a delightful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the Kemble. We were 22 adults and two children and there was so much space for everyone. The covered deck was great as an outdoor space as it was a very rainy weekend, but we even managed to get some time in the vast yard playing some wiffle ball. When we had a couple of small issues they responded quickly even though it was late in the evening. We had a fantastic time with the extended family together in this spacious home.

Neat property close to everything. A few hiccups with check-in process (pillows/linens not on some of the beds, getting oriented in the space could have been made easier with printed book, etc.), but property manager was very responsive. Housekeepers drove to property late at night when we lost power (whole neighborhood did) to bring flashlights. Overall, minor things that were remedied quickly. Beautiful, thoughtfully-furnished home in a fantastic location!

We booked The Kemble for a cozy May wedding, and our expectations were exceeded. The staff worked tirelessly to prepare for our arrival and were available to answer questions as needed throughout our weekend. We filled each of the rooms with the wedding party, who were all extremely pleased with their accommodations. Our other guests had accommodations that were walking distance of a short drive away. The proximity to town for a walk or meal was fantastic. We entertained 66 wedding guests in the main hall and dining room at full capacity, which was intimate and lovely. We were able to use many provisions offered by The Kemble and filled in with local vendors. The grand staircase provided a grand entrance, the bar was a wonderful feature and provided a separation from the dining/dancing space. The grounds were simply breathtaking for the ceremony on the stone patio. Many people remarked that it was the best wedding they ever attended as it was very unique and personal and without incident.

This property was beautiful, clean and spacious! We were a group of 31 people and we never felt cramped. The kids had a blast on the third floor and the dining room comfortably fit all of us. We also had plenty of room in the backyard for touch football. Thank you for a great stay.

The Kemble was a gracious home with large gathering places both inside and outside. The large dining room, the well equipped bar room, the gracious main parlor with beautiful fireplace, the opulent bedrooms with fireplaces and large luxurious bathrooms, and the extensive lawns for sledding after the snowfall before Christmas all provided places for our extended family to be together. The host was accommodating to our inquiries before we arrived even providing a Christmas tree with all the trimmings! We all enjoyed the Kemble and the surrounding town, proximity to skiing, pickle ball courts, museums, and hiking. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a couple of problems: one with heating the kitchen and bar areas as well as four of the bedrooms and the other was the ovens, one of which needed a part and the other that had unpredictable heating capacity. Due to the holidays it was difficult to get service so the host provided space heaters which partly helped to keep the areas warm in the frigid temperatures. The host, while sympathetic to our concerns wasn't able to solve the problems in a timely manner but she did give us a discount on the rent to offset the problems. Ultimately the heating problem was fixed and we could enjoy our stay in relative comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kemble for large group gatherings in any season.

Wonderful house with truly beautiful furnishings. Walking distance to the town center of Lenox. Unbelievable view from the back porch, and a perfect yard for our Thanksgiving soccer game. Truly had an amazing time. Management was so accessible and welcoming (shout out to Ruthie!). Thank you so much. Can’t wait until our next visit!

We rented this house for a family reunion of 25 people. It was perfect for accommodating multiple couples as well as teenagers who wanted to share a room. The main bedrooms had impressive decor, beautiful bathrooms, fire places, mini fridge in most rooms. The house was well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies. A nice plus was the convenient location; walking distance to the town center, tennis courts across the street, and a small beach nearby. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with a large lawn for sports, nice outdoor patio seating area and terrace. The only negatives were no dishwasher (sanitizer was broken) and no pool (In the works?) Ruth was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or missing items.

Amazing
The Kemble was wonderful ! We had 14 people there for 4 days as a company offsite. There was so much space! Everyone had their own room, the dining area is basically a restaurant dining room, the outdoor fire pit was a big hit. The grounds are lovely, the bar room was like a real bar - which let us act like a tail bartenders ;-). And, the ping pong table made for some great fun.
The town of Lenox is so charming, and everything was within walking distance in town. Tanglewood was super easy to get to (it was a couple minute drive) and there is a ton to do in the area.
The Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Wow! The Kemble is amazing !
We have never stayed anywhere like The Kemble. The property has a deep history but has been completely modernized. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the luxury bedding to the endless list of amenities. We enjoyed every room, from the well stocked music room to the virtual reality and traditional gaming rooms. The home is steps to downtown Lenox, which is the cultural epicenter of the Berkshires. The show-stopper is the breathtaking view, visible from most rooms and thoroughly enjoyable from the rear porch and the many back patios, hammocks, seating area and cabana. Such an amazing space, perfect for the creation of unforgettable memories!
