Pretty one bedroom apartment, next to the Joan Miró Museum. Newly renovated with clear views of the sea and private parking.
Located on the fourth floor of a building with a elevator, opposite to the Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Royal family. The apartment has sea views and is located 10 minutes' walk from Cala Major beach.
Very well connected by public transport, bus stop 100 meters away, several bus lines take you to the center of Palma in 15 minutes. Although cycling or walking is also an easy alternative. Only 15 km from the airport (10 min. Taxi). Son Espases Hospital is 45 minutes away by bus. With the road 2 minutes away, it connects with the main roads of the island easily. It has a private semi-covered parking space.
In a single space is the living room with an open kitchen with lot of natural light thanks to its huge window. It has a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and window with views of the Na Burguesa Mountain range.
