Hermos vista

La ubicacion del departamento, las vistas desde sus dos balcones y la atencion del anfitrion

Todo, menos la ubicación Aire acondicionado de la habitación bota agua sobre la cama, cero preocupación de aseo, no existe preocupación por el huésped

Buena ubicación, pero fotos no corresponden a la realidad

Excelente ubicación y las instalaciones del edificio. Amabilidad por parte del anfitrión y quien realiza la limpieza diaria. Sin ningún problema para acceder al edificio y realizar el check-in y check-out. Zona segura para hospedarse.

Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad, el depto de 2 dormitorios que me asignaron estaba muy mal mantenido, WC baño principal en mal estado, ropa de cama vieja y con mal olor, puertas, alfombra, piso y paredes también en mal estado, camas incómodas, terminé con dolor de espalda. La lavadora tenía roto el vidrio, muebles muy viejos y con daños, no tiene nada de lujo como uno pensaría, es sólo para salir del paso y tener donde dormir. Muy caro para lo que realmente es.

The location, big apartmet for stay with family. The staff always there for hep you, is my second time in myLUXAPART and definetly I stay with my family a third time.

The pictures of the place online were extremely deceptive so overall the stay was not satisfactory.

The place was dirty and run down. It didn’t seem like an apartment of Las Condes quality. Both the host and cleaning personnel were rude.

Short sweet and perfect!

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and neat.

We rented in the beginning of winter, the only problem was we couldn’t figure it out how to turn on the heater. And you need to let the shower run for a long time to get hot water.

Stay somewhere else.

The location was excellent. Las Condes is a nicer part of Santiago, close to a shopping centre and supermarket. We booked three apartments in the same apartment building as we were a larger family group sow we were able to spend more time together.

The rooms were below standard. Indeed, one of the three had mould on the bathroom ceiling and the shower curtain, plus the wallpaper was peeling off, they were badly stained and one of the three was in major need of a paintjob. Even those that had been more recently painted needed a fair bit of maintenance. Note that we requested, and were given, a change of apartment for the one that was really bad.

Bad experiment

Host atitude is not kindly, his manner speaking is provocative. Some equipments are dirty and some not work ( exp. washing machine). Dirty windows dirty iron, & bathroom floor is loose. Not recommend.. Not recommend...

Passable

The location is good, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

First of all, the cleaning was not good at all. Found hairs in the shower, stain on towels. The walls and blackout curtains were white, with many stains on them. A rug that was all old and crumpled. The air conditioners barely worked, making it really hard to be inside because it was really hot. Dust inside drawers.

Is a n8ce size department

Is in the 19 floor and without protection on the windows so with kids is very stressful. There is nothing complimentary in the kitchen, non of the basic things like mineral water, oil , salt, tea, sugar. It is hard to cook traveling if there is nothing. When you rent a place with kitchen you expect some complimentary basic ingredients.

Excellent location, everything is real close. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfy!

It's far from what you can handle, but the noise during the night was upsetting. Besides that, maybe the TV could be changed for a smart TV and it could be good to add more kitchen supplies (an oven tray could be handy)
