Their telephone doesn’t work to check if the booking is ready . I didn’t make to see the place the number listed is not working number
No costumer service & telephone to reach the place . I need a full refund for my reservation .

The beach was nice and clean. Tha staff are friendly.
Breakfast was included but it's served in a very little amount of food and the food was expensive. About the room, we stay in family 2 bedrooms. The door knob is loose, no mirror. It's like 6 hrs drive with a roughly road going to the resort if your from puerto prinsesa airport.The rest was fine, as long as your not picky.

Things we like about the resort
-all the staff are accommodating, Kuya driver pick and drop us on time and even waited us to get on board on time
-the resort's view and food is a plus
If your into a provincial life and remote places you should give it a try :)
You also have to ready yourself for a little road adventure

People and the remoteness.
Food expensive compared to the size of the portion and very hard sleep 😅.

just the smiling of staffs.
I’m backpacker who like quiet place. if you want quiet place it’s definitely here but nothing was ok. no internet connection, no electricity during morning ( I was out of battery just before leaving the hostel during morning time and was waiting for electricity tuned on), restrooms are very dirty and we have just 2 for all place ( no mirror). the food were crazy expensive because you’re lost in the middle of Forest, the little village is quiet far and when you’re a solo girl you hesitate to go out during night time. so you don’t have choose to eat at the hostel.
I reached the hostel form el nido and it took me 4hours. be careful about that way. they don’t have direct bus, you have a connection bus and they leave in the middle of nothing and you need to wait the other bus and they don’t speak English if no body don’t help you you can be very lost. it’s very long to reach the hostel. apparently they à have private boat for 1000 local currency.
i was disappointed honestly. I lost on day there and my money as well. he sold me a tour à for 1800 thousand. it’s very cheap in el nido 1600 with tax fees. they are bit robbers even though they are nice with you and very similing

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We made a whole new friendship in a span of three nights stay, I must say they were very excellent.
We had fun jamming with live acoustic singer and the tour package is extraordinarily fun 🤩
The toilet. The power interruption.

We booked it and tried to get to its location but eventually we gave up. Nobody answered the phone or our messages. We tried from multiple numbers and also, their location isn’t clear on Google maps. It showed us 13 km from El Nido town but It turned out to be 67 km after we asked the locals. Quite a big difference isn’t it?

the place is very calm and relax. staff super kind and helpfull, they are lovely!
is far away from everything and the route to get there is not so good so is no convenience to go out but is good to stay.
the tends are beautiful just in front of the sea but there is no matress, just a little thing, for some nights is okay.
3.2
The location is hard by road construction but this made an interesting motorbike ride. Once you get to the resort the location is phenomenal! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
The toilets and showers are not the most luxurious. The bed in the tent was quite hard.
3.2
I like the staff and how accommodating they tried being.
Wish it was more clean, newer bedding or comfort around the hotel.

The staff... 😍😍😍
Nothing this is a hidden gem
3.2
the place is quite and the beachfront is wide
it’s VERY FAR from el nido. the location is not really el nido. you have to travel almost 2 hours to get to el nido and pay 3,500 pesos for the transfer;
nothing to buy in the area. you need to go to the barrio/mini center ( which has limited merchandise) with a tricycle and pay 300 pesos;
the water supply gets muddy when there’s a heavy rain;

Location is perfect. Beach at your door with some activities that the property provides. We booked with the property an island hopping tour and is worth what we paid. Place is far from the city and supermarket is about 3km away. The property owner is kind enough to provide transport (at extra cost) when we want to go buy something. Overall this property is worth to visit. Friendly and good hospitality.
I booked family bungalow and i was stupid not knowing there is only one toilet. A super small shower together in that toilet and no bath! There were 8 of us with 1 child so you could imagine how uncomfortable when everyone needs to use the toilet or shower. I booked with breakfast but our 2 year old was not included in their breakfast offer, so we had to buy extra for him. Food is a little bit expensive but given the fact that the place is isolated i could understand. I cant recommend to a person with disability. The bungalow is not a wheelchair friendly. My husband had to struggle going up to the room as it has stairs and the toilet is downstairs!

the management and staff are very welcoming, friendly, approachable, and hospitable. their hospitality compensate the long travel. they have attended our requests and concerns quickly. they also have delicious foods and best view during sunrise and sunset. during the island hop, they provided us the best boat, smiling, and helpful crew, and a kind, patient, and an award winning tour guide (#BigBoy) of El Nido.
my concern: the rest room and the bathroom. Not that I didn't like but I guess, it requires attention and improvement.
