Location is great good size and will accept pets
We had to change our dates as after the booking was made ,the owner contacted me to say the start date wasn’t available so we had to push our week back a day but wasn’t a deal breaker
Owners personal items still in Van, made storage a bit awkward but okay
A bit more attention to detail on the cleaning, but then that may have been because the cleaner hadn’t been? as she turned up on the Sunday while we was there

Nice comfy and modern caravan, reasonably quiet location with good access to walks.
Think there was too much clutter in the caravan, cupboards in the kitchen had food items in them restricting the available space to store our own stuff. Why do the site owners keep cutting the grass and leaving the cuttings behind, with damp mornings and two dogs it's a nightmare getting grass off their feet. No key fob for the barrier in the key box and being told to sort it out with reception isn't the answer I'd expect.

This property was just perfect ! There was everything you could ask for more
The doors in the living room didn’t have steps to outside

Well equipped, clean, good location.
Half drank can of pop was left down the side of the sofa when we arrived but other than that everything was good.

Nice modern caravan which was very clean and welcoming. Site was also well maintained and staff in reception polite and helpful.

Modern, comfortable caravan next to the beach. Great wifi an smart tv. En suite bathroom and kids loved the shower. Campsite reception staff were very approachable and friendly.
Cutlery/tray dirty with stains and old food /crumbs and cookware. Had to wash it all on arrival. Took a good half hour to find caravan on arrival as mapped supplied was blurred and not till you arrive do you realise how needed the map would have been.- no signposts on roads denoting caravan numbers etc only numbers in caravan windows that are not viewable unless you get out of car. Even then, its no help unless you understand the 'system'.

Site warden was friendly and helpful. We liked being close to the sea. Living room area was quite cosy. Wi-Fi was good. Campsite seemed well kept and family-friendly. Kitchen was reasonably well-equipped with kettle, toaster, etc, but unfortunately not that clean and we couldn't find matching lids for any of the saucepans.
Crockery and cutlery were very dirty. Kitchen was full of other people's left-over food, and bathroom had half-used toiletries. We found the beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom door did not lock properly. Caravan door was very awkward to lock. Dining area felt very cramped.

Nicely appointed
Very difficult to find

The caravan had everything we needed and was immaculate.
The staff are friendly. The kids loved swimming in the outdoor pool and making friends in the clubhouse. They also enjoyed the kids' entertainment.
Stock up for self catering as the food in clubhouse was not great.

Fabulous well furnished comfortable home. Lovely decor , it was like home from home
No gate on deck especially if you take a dog or young children

Really nicely decorated, well equipped, clean and convenient place to stay.
Would have been helpful if we had a brief information on both the site (preferably prior to arrival) and the home. We went to the site reception who gave us a site plan but directed us to the wrong home! It would have been useful to know that we needed passes to use the site facilities such as bar and whether this was included or not.

The caravan was excellent; warm clean and comfortable. The position was excellent for exploring east Kent. The end of the beach was an interesting mudlark spot.
First night we thought we would grab a meal on site only to be informed in a surly fashion that we needed a club card or something. Needless to say we walked up to the pub which was very nice. After that we did not use any camp facilities. Receptionist was polite and let us in but she was ill informed, the route given was blocked and the shop was not open.
4.0
clean comfortable and close to the beach
no gate on decking as a dog friendly property
