The view is worth putting up with the poor maintenance.
The location and the floor to ceiling windows and floor 24 view was amazing, made up for any negative and worth it for that alone.
It took almost a week for the internet to work, there were broken glasses in the cupboard and so not enough glasses for the stay. One of the bedroom doors was permanently broken despite being 'mended' so we couldn't open it. The blind in the bedroom broke the last two nights and when things did get mended, the apartment was entered without our knowledge which I thought was a bit odd. Broken, poorly maintained apartment with bad customer service
Great location
Poorly maintained apartment. Management did not notify us in advance that the blinds on the huge western facing windows were broken and/or missing, so we ended roasting in the afternoon sun during record-breaking heat. Falsely advertised that the apartment has AC when in fact it had just mobile fan units. On top of that one of rooms had a heater that could not be shut off, and management ignored our request to fix it. Internet worked only sporadically, so we had no wifi for nearly half the stay. For all these issues Vacasa promised a small refund, but we have not yet received it.
