Pire expérience Booking que j’ai effectué.

Rien du tout, si ce n’est son emplacement.

Tout. L’hygiène déplorable, les colocataire bruyants. Malpoli et vulgaire. Ils se permettaient de faire des parties de jambes en l’air et nous ont empêchés de dormir.

Malo, falta mucho por mejorar

Los huéspedes de ese momento todos amables y respetuosos.

Mala indicación para llegar, mala indicación para ingresar, cerrojo para ingresar complejo de utilizar, pieza sucia, sábanas sucias, nos ayudamos entre los huéspedes, si no fuera por ello aún estaría sin poder entrar y para finalizar casi nos echan a patadas por pasarnos media hora del check out, inconcebible.

No lo recomiendo nada de nada.

-El check-in era a las 16h , llegamos pronto, cuando las anteriores estaban yéndose. Pasamos allí hasta las 16h y no había venido nadie a limpiar. Tuve que llamar yo a la inquilina para decirle que estaba sucio, nunca pidió disculpas, solo dijo que la de la limpieza se había retrasado, pero que ya iba. Llegó a las 17.30. Limpio, media enfadada por hacerla venir, y se fue. Además hay chinches en la cama, cuidado ⚠️ El trato nulo, ubicación nula, no lo recomiendo nada de nada.

Nice place to stay, far from the city center though

The Host was very helpful and friendly In general it was a nice and clean enough place. Kitchen is very well equipped, even tough I did not use it. Strong WiFi.

It is very far from the old town and not too many public transport options It was a bit loud in the night

Overall, it was a great holiday for me.

Cleanliness, privacy and comfort.

I think what I didn't like was that on the first day I was kinda struggling with understanding the instructions on the entry to the building. It took me a long time to understand what was really going on back then. Moreover, on the second night, I was a bit disappointed in the fact that I was not notified of the new code to the room and even though I was helped by another tenant, I felt that I was suspected to be a troubling guy from the night before when I myself also experieced quite a scary moment.

Good location and price, service not so great.

This is a good setup and the price is very reasonable. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. The location is about 20-25 minutes from the center of Toulouse by bus. The directions for arrival were complex, but they worked.

When I arrived, my room had not been cleaned thoroughly. I had to sweep the floor myself and the previous person's trash and a piece of dirty clothing were still in there. If you are charged a 35 euro cleaning fee, this to me is not acceptable. The host did not reach out to me to check if I had gotten there OK and when I texted her with a question, she took more than a day to answer. My room had a window which opens onto the terrace, so I was not able to use that for ventilation while I was asleep for safety reasons.
