Lage: perfekt! Service/Hausdame beim Frühstück: sehr sehr freundlich und zugewandt, das hat mir sehr gefallen! Ausstattung: sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Frühstück: nichts im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, sorry. Der Standard von 2-3 Sternehotel ist gleich oder sogar besser in Köln. Rezeption: weder freundlich noch unfreundlich, ich habe mich weder willkommen noch unwillkommen gefühlt, es war einfach vom Persönlichen her sehr blass. Geruch: extrem starker Fischgeruch in den Gängen und Aufzug

Kleines Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern in wunderbarer Lage- leider öffentlich etwas umständlich erreichbar

Wunderbare Lage am Rhein mit Blick aufs Wasser. Waldweg am Rheinufer entlang ist nicht weit entfernt. Im Sommer kann man auf der Dachterrasse im 1.OG frühstücken . Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein, es gab deshalb keine Möglichkeit den Koffer aufzuklappen- außer man legt in aufs Bett. Der Schrank war ebenfalls winzig. Der Weg von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist relativ lang und führt durch den gesamten Ort. Schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen.

Really nice place. Deserves the four star rating.

Very good quality for almost all aspects of our stay. Facilities, location, staff all great.

Only a very minor gripe - only options for a cooked breakfast were vegetarian or eggs - would have expected to have a broader menu.

Good place to get well rested, we would definitely recommend it!

Very nice and friendly staff. We came by bike and could store them safely in the garage. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice.

The room was a bit small but very comfortable with a very nice balcony with view on the river.

A little gem close to Köln.

Very cosy hotel with a great location for walks along the Rhine. Super friendly night porter who can make great cocktails.

My mattress was a little bit too soft for my liking.

Wonderful

Very lovely and welcoming staff, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and intimate, and the whole experience felt quite unique in a very positive way (as opposed to big hotel chains). I was traveling for business, so I was wearing the typical warehouse work clothes a lot, so it could've felt a bit awkward to stay in such a nice and fancy place, but the hotel staff really took great care of me, and I didn't feel at all like I was looked down upon (which can happen in some other places). The room I was staying in had a gorgeous view of the Rhine River. The breakfast was superb every morning, even though there weren't a lot of people staying there. I really look forward to coming back here.

The only thing that took me by surprise was the room layout. I was staying in a room with a double bed; the room had a small toilet, but the sink and the shower were in the main space with the bed. It was my first time staying in a room with this kind of layout, which is why it felt a bit surprising to me. But I suppose the room would've felt really tight and closed off if the toilet, the shower, and the sink were all behind a wall. Overall the room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling alone, but if I were traveling with my partner it could have been a bit too tight, also because the closet was very small. I'm not sure if all rooms have this kind of layout or not, but again, it was more of a surprise, it really didn't hinder my experience at all.

love the hotel, unfortunate experience this time

As usual, one of my favourite go to hotels, amazing location and lovely boutique hotel feel to it

I booked an upgraded room extra for the jakuzzi which wasn’t working. It didn’t get fix during our stay which was actually the main reason for taking the room and we were not refunded the full price which I found to be really non customer friendly at all, especially for a recurrent customer coming all the way from the UK. The room didn’t have the usual great views that other rooms had. It was really disappointing.

Tiny room

Great location right by the Rhine, perfect for an evening stroll. Room was clean but the size of a postage stamp. Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful light room with views over the Rhine.

Room was tiny and felt it was too expensive for what it was.

Fabulous hotel, with amazing staff

Everything, A fabulous hotel with wonderful amazing friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms ,very clean ,comfortable bed, nice bathroom ,excellent and powerful shower, buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice, nice bar and lovely terrace Area , great location in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, easy to get to from the autobahn, train station is about a 10 minute walk,

Nothing ,couldn't fault it whatsoever
