The building, completely renovated in 2021, has all the high-end comfort necessary for a trip with family or friends. It is a villa open on all sides which gives a breathtaking view of the ocean, Moorea and the mountain, but also of the garden with trees and flowers that surrounds it. Fresh air is constantly circulating, the wood protecting against heat makes life in this house pleasant at any time of the day and the year.

The Manuiti villa, carefully decorated with natural materials, is composed as follows:
❖ the arrival is made beyond a small pontoon which spans the fish pond after which you will access the covered terrace and its large dining table
❖ an ultra-equipped kitchen, with kitchen piano, two ovens, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, completed by a central teak island facing the living room and the terrace
❖ a cozy lounge, also open to the outside, with a library and a multimedia area ; Oled smart TV, streaming services. and board games complete the entertainment collection
❖ the master bedroom with A/C facing the valley has a dressing table, storage and a ceiling fan, it has its own glazed bathroom which offers a unique panorama of the valley
❖ a hallway leads to the other two bedrooms, both with large cupboards and ceiling fans, they each have their own private terrace, bordered by the garden
❖ a second bathroom opens up these two bedrooms, as does a separate toilet
❖ the Zen space : an outdoor bathtub nestled among the lush vegetation.
The exterior of the house, designed to make the most of it and not overlooked, faces Moorea and the mountains; it offers unique luxurious equipment:
❖ a 4.5 m long swim SPA, allowing you to be massaged in water at the temperature you want which also allows you to exercise thanks to its a jet stream : the ideal marriage between the jacuzzi and the swimming pool; and its outdoor shower ;
❖ an OFYR brazier and its Butcher, for convivial and unforgettable BBQ evenings or just for the pleasure of making a wood fire ...
