This home was so nice! Beautiful decor, and we loved that two of the bedrooms had king size beds. Lots of windows in this home also. We loved the foosball table and pool table in the garage. One night stay wishing it had been 2-3 day stay! We will be back!

Great house and location. Parking was a little tricky but worth it. Plenty to do in walking distance. We will stay again!

This home is even better than pictured or described on the website. It’s a terrific area walkable to downtown for food and coffee. Very comfortable beds and all the rooms with a very well stacked kitchen with a carrot, coffee pot and even provided some coffee pots to start. The owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and well-equipped, and the location was central to all the activities my family had planned. I highly recommend walking to Niedloves for breakfast and The Public House for dinner or lunch. The only negative was the parking, difficult if you have two or more cars.

Home was very clean and a wonderful little place. Had everything we could think of and a very nice welcome guide to the city. Neighborhood had tons of fun shops and restaurants. Tons of fun games included for people to play and was a very pleasant surprise to see a pool table! Only complaint (minor) is that the shower pressure was fairly low. If you're coming to Chattanooga, definitely look to stay here if you can!

The house was beautiful! We had a wonderful stay. My son participated in an Ironman triathlon which was easy to get to from the location of the house. It was also close to cute coffee shops.

The house was NOT clean! Nice house, 2 of the televisions did not work, sink and bath backed up, the property owner said she would refund my cleaning fee but has NOT as of yet. The ad says 4 bedrooms but only has 3, the white shower curtain was pink with FUNK, no wood for fireplace, the beds WERE very comfy, way too many fees, not at all what i expected for 3 nights at $$$$ a lot this site will not allow me to put the amount i was charged, i will not do this again, i apologize if this has offened any one but it was just to nasty for me!!!! After the owner reads this review i do not expect my refund i just needed to say these things because i was mislead on cleanliness i Had to clean before i could relax i was VERY disappointed!!!!

Great house! Everything we needed for our 4 days in Chattanooga. There was plenty of clean bedding and extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, however we did hear a lot of emergency sirens throughout the night due to the area it is located in.

The house was easily walkable to all the Main St restaurants and was in a sweet, little neighborhood right off Main St. The house was well cared for and clean. The beds were cozy, and the large master bathroom was lovely. My one confusion is that the listing says there are 5 beds, but there are only 3 beds (2 kings and 1 queen). The couch is definitely not the type of couch you could sleep on, and it is not a fold out bed. There were 5 of us staying at the house on a girls' weekend, so we just shared beds, and it was no issue. I would not recommend this house for more than 5-6 guests though.

Booking was easy, location is great and convenient to the downtown location. Many things to do in Chattanooga. Very spacious and all amenities. My only concerns would be if you’re a light sleeper. Directly behind the house is a railroad yard and you hear train traffic all night. We were wondering why there were ear plugs on all the bedroom tables. It did not bother us but my aunt couldn’t sleep the first night. Overall it’s lovely, clean and we would stay there again!

We had a great stay! We were in town for a wedding I was in and my daughters 2nd birthday. Great proximity to everything Southside/downtown.

My group of 8 had a lovely time staying at this house. Our trip was only for one night, but we loved the vibes and decor. The house was clean and ready to go! The owners were quick to respond when I had a question about check-in.
Our only critique is that the couch was not comfortable to sleep on and we did not see directions on how it folded out (if it did).
Overall 5 stars and we would stay there again.

Location is great! Quiet, friendly neighbors...they were very helpful! Beds are super comfy! House is very nice as were the owners. Only one issue...upon check-in, we were given no code to access the house. It was very cold and windy, we were all tired, needed the restroom, and I could not reach the owners. I tried multiple times. Even VRBO tried to no avail. We met some neighbors who tried to contact the owners, and even the president of the HOA got involved. About 90 minutes later, we were about to go find a hotel, when we finally got the code. Not a good start to our stay, but it worked out.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, nice & spacious open floor plan, decorated beautifully, kitchen fully equipped, they thought of EVERYTHING, u didn't want 4 anything. Only negative, communication was faulty when it came down to giving info 2 let me in the house, technical difficulties with VRBO, where I had 2 track down owner's telephone number & text 4 the code 2 get in the house, stressed me out.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable in a wonderful location. It was very refreshing for us all to sleep so well outside of home. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Chattanooga!

Great location
Great location to walk to restaurants and bars. Also close to the stadium. Our only complaint is it backs up the a railroad track. Wish it had more parking.
