About this house rental
This eclectically-styled coastal vacation home was inspired by a family trip to Mykonos, Greece in 2021. It has 4 proper bedrooms plus a lounge space that features a Twin daybed with extra trundle bed. The private saltwater pool in the backyard, with high-end paver patio, covered cabana space, and outdoor grill, will be your oasis during your vacation, corporate retreat or production hub between trips to the beach or downtown to shop and enjoy museums and fine dining. This compound is, ideally, situated right between Tybee Island / Whitmarsh Island and Downtown Savannah.
The primary bedroom suite boasts a King bed, en suite bathroom salon with a separate soaking tub plus large marble encased walk-in shower and a very generous verandah patio to enjoy the marsh view.
There is Jack & Jill Suite that has a Queen bed in one room and a pair of twins in the other. The last bedroom features a Full over Full bunk bed. The huge bonus lounge room has a Twin daybed with trundle Twin pullout. All bedrooms are upstairs in this home. We allow 8 adults and can sleep 10 including two under 18 years of age.

This is a beautiful property. We were a group of two families from North Carolina and Florida that included 4 boys ages 6-11. The house was large enough to accommodate the group of 8. The property is about 15 minutes by Uber into Savannah. It was brutally hot during our stay, but we didn’t mind because the kids were having so much fun in the pool. The property is well stocked and the furnishings are comfortable. I would stay at this property again.

This house is beautiful inside and out! It has plenty of great areas to gather with family. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool is so nice and had floats ready for us to relax in. One of our favorite houses we have ever stayed in!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

The property was as described. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. All bedrooms are upstairs along with anoth living room area that the kids enjoyed. The pool was perfect for the smaller kids and bigger ones as well. The property manager was prompt with communicating when we reached out with questions.
The only thing that is not a big deal was the water pressure if more than one person tried taking showers at the same time. But after the first night we just alternated shower times so it was not a huge issue.
If we come back to the Savannah area again we will most definitely stay at this house again.

The home was big and spacious everything the listing said. The location was perfect very quiet and in a great spot in reaching all of the entertainment on river street. This is a must thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect home to spend the last days of summer with friends. Beautiful home and tastefully decorated, had everything we needed for a last summer pool vacay get away.

Very pretty house with so much room to spread out! Pool was perfect with an awesome back yard. 10/15 min drive to downtown where all the action is. I definitely recommend!

We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and this house was the perfect home for our family, along with two other families. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for people to spread out. The kitchen and pantry are large and can accommodate several people and lots of “stuff”. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Being conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc was ideal for us as well. You are right off of a busy road, but there is plenty of driveway space and an inner road that separates you from the busy road, no danger or inconvenience was presented by the busy road. The water pressure for showering was a bit of an issue if multiple people were trying to shower, but not a dealbreaker by any means. We had the best week and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, loved the pool. Only thing is there are a lot of remotes for various things, wish they were labeled, had no idea what some of them were for and the TV in the main bedroom was hard to figure out and ceiling fan did not work. But those are minor things and would not deter me from renting this home again.

We had a phenomenal time. The house was perfect and the communication with the property management was superb. Thank you. 10/10!

The house is amazing: beautifully renovated, comfortable, well distributed. The pool was very dirty the first day and the kids did not want to swim but the cleaner came on day 2 which was really great. However, be aware that the description is extremely misleading. It says it's ideally located. The reality is that it is the first house next to the highway which means the master bedroom is noisy... day and night... When I reported that inaccurate description after a really poor first night to the property manager, she told me I was very picky and should go sleep in the kids' rooms. Your call but considering the price (especially high season like us), it's a deal breaker to me. I won't book this house again despite the beautiful interior. You just want to be aware before making your decision!

Our whole family was present along with some drop-in cousins and the house was perfect for a lot of people. The only issues we had were with the master bedroom fans and TV.

We had a great time at the house, visiting for our wedding anniversary with our young son and mother-in-law. The house has lots of fun areas to hang out and enjoy whilst also having privacy when needed. The porch and balcony are lovely areas to hang out as well.
It’s an easy drive to downtown and to Tybee Island, the garden and pool were nice and

The photos do not do this property justice it's gorgeous and really well maintained. The location is great because you're close to Tybee and Savannah and any grocery store is not far either. The neighborhood is quiet and the house that's on the end and you can see it from the road so it's really easy to find and the parking space is more than enough. This stay was one of my favorite non hotel stays I've ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property! I was a little worried with how beautiful the photos looked when we booked, as it was a brand new property posted on Vrbo with no reviews. However, our group was in awe that it looked just as grand as the pictures.
Mary was responsive to questions during our stay. We arrived on a Friday and the pool was in great shape, another thing I was a tad weary about based on other reviews. It stayed pretty clean throughout the weekend as well.
One thing I loved about this property- there was no skimping on the details. Beds were nice and comfy, we cooked one night in the kitchen and there was plenty of cookware, cooking tools, etc. and decent quality ones at that!
Very very impressed. If I ever return to Savannah, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mary!!

Overall this is a great property. The property is well kept. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. The pool is great. Only issue was that since the house was on a well, we had to coordinate showers or the water pressure dropped. I would stay here again.

Family reunion
The house is beautiful just like the pictures, the master bedroom is gorgeous. We love the pool and the sitting area. The drive way is spacious and the garage is a bonus especially in the hot summer sun. We love the fact that you can do crabbing just down to be street. The house is situated between Savannah and Tybee Island, just twenty minute drive. Only one minor complaint, the water pressure is weak which mean if you have multiple people using the water at same time. There’s hardly any water coming out. A little time management would fix that. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Beautiful, updated, and spacious home with a pool
We loved our time in Savannah, GA and this home checked all of our boxes. We came to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. The home was very spacious and offered something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the aesthetics and decor of the home - everything is updated and beautiful. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. The pool was a little dirty due to outdoor pollen, pine needles, etc., but was great after it was cleaned by the weekly pool cleaning crew.

Our 2022 vacation
We loved, loved, loved this property! We were so happy to find that this location was literally 20 minutes from either Tybee Island beaches on one side and historic downtown Savannah on the other!! The house is huge, modern with new and beautiful decor. Everyone loved the whimsical little sheep. The bedding/linens in all the bedrooms were new, clean and so comfortable. The private backyard/pool area was also huge, and felt like our own oasis. It was furnished with a patio table with seating for 10, plus 2 comfy couches under the canopy. Our only complaint was the condition of the pool on our arrival. We understand that it is cleaned on Wednesday yet when we arrived on Friday it was full of debris. After Friday night’s thunderstorm it was even worse. If it can get that bad in only 2 days it needs more attention this time of year.

Lovely Property
Our group of 9 adults had plenty of room for our weekend in Savannah in this beautifully outfitted home. The decor and design are incredible. The two bedrooms have a jack and jill shower but still have their own toilet/sink which is nice. The master is huge. The upstairs lounge area can be used for sleeping since it's just outside of the bunkbed room. The pool and backyard were perfect, plenty of seating for lunch. The kitchen is roomy and there's an extra fridge in the garage along with a bathroom for easy access from the pool. Be mindful there are only dishes for 8 so plan accordingly if you book for the 10 it holds in sleeping space.

Decent
The property itself was nice but location was a little noisey due to it being off a main local highway....decor was very nice but the pool was very dirty took over an hour to clean with net also all of tge outdoor furnishings was covered in mildew so we had to put plastic on outdoor couches to sit...the actual main quarters of house was clean though...there is an electrical issue going on with the bathroom in main bed. the breaker tripped several times and we didnt have anything plugged in was just looking at t.v and out the blue the lights in bathroom was off ....had to find breaker box and realized a breaker was tripped just to restore power and throughout the stay same thing twice more (if i didnt no about electrical we would have had a dark experience) also to many exposed wires that need to be addressed before renting out to anyone and checkout time was at 10.a.m that is the earliest time i ever had to check out anywhere....if those issues was addressed it would of been awesome other than the main highway issue wich is not possible and last but not least some guy pulled over at top of driveway off of road and literally took a piss in there driveway ( i no there is no fault in owner of someone else musconduct but i realize staying next to a highway anything can happen....Im sure the owners r good people because u have a real good vibe once u r in home but it just wasnt for us....
