Christian was amazing to work with. Enjoyed a Galentines weekend celebrating friendships. Home was cozy, had all the essentials...crockpot, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, etc. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed The Edenton downtown shopping and especially dining at Bistro 309 and The Herringbone. Would definitely stay here again and again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Also, each room had little essential kits for showering! We will FOR SURE be back!!!!!! Did not have to communicate with owners as everything was written out when we got there and description was accurate on listing. Very pleased with this place!!!!

This was such a cute little cottage right on the water and within walking distance of town. Surrounded by so much history and beautiful historic homes Lovely Churches with adjoining graveyards to explore in the neighborhood.
We are new to NC from California, so visiting these small quaint towns, Edenton is number 1 so far. For the town and the cottage.

We had a great stay, a last minute get away before fall for our family. Loved the area. The house is in walking distance to everything in historic Edenton. Wonderful sitting outside on the porch with perfect weather and the sound view. The only suggestion would be the room with the TV needs curtains to reduce glare if you are watching it in the day and more Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. All in all a wonderful home and fabulous stay.

Coastal Carolina
This was such a quaint neighborhood! Walking distance to a Main Street with shopping and restaurants and an awesome coffee shop for morning treats. Even a movie theater. Just 1 h 30 mins drive to nagshead. There is a great park for children in walking distance. The view from the yard is spectacular. A nice couple day retreat for us.

Gem on the water in Edenton
Stayed here for a paddling weekend with friends. Wonderful place! Frankly, the pictures don't do it justice in terms of the view. There's a beautiful deck on the back of the house where you can sit and watch the Sunset and sunrise. Very nicely decorated and clean. Super quiet neighborhood, and walkdown the street to colonial Edenton.

Wonderful Get Away - Wonderful Place
My Husband and I got the chance for a quick get away and found Vince and Eva's home. What a wonderful , charming home and historic town! We loved it. It was just the two of us but this three bedroom, home right on the water, was just what we needed to recharge and relax. Families and couples would love this home.
The location was perfect as we could drive to so many places easily but come back to a home away from home and relax on the deck in the evenings. Downtown, locally owned shops and restaurants are close, within walking distance, and full of so much history it draws you in. The people are warm, welcoming and make you instantly at ease. We cannot say enough about the home, town and our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, explored more, but do plan to visit again.
The owners are fantastic and could not say enough about how great the communication was with them and how well they appointed their home for guests. If your looking for a peaceful, beautiful and great home and town to stay in, please consider this property. We cannot recommend enough! Thank you Vince and Eva, we enjoyed our stay immensly and look forward to visting again!

We enjoyed watching birds and boats on the water. The historic district is an easy walk to see the beautiful old homes. The town is pretty quiet which was a welcome change from our busy home towns.

Worked out well for our family to be able to get together and hang out. Grandson was happy to be able to fish from the dock whenever he wanted. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

A hidden gem, best of all worlds.
Our hosts Vince & Eva were so accommodating, The location was in the perfect spot for everything. We stayed for a week for our Anniversary and we were able to go to the beach at the Outer Banks, the H2OBX water park, shopping and sitting on the back porch watching the Sailboats and jet skis go by.
We all agreed that this was one of the best stays we ever had. The house had so so many wonderful amenities and surprises.
Each room had a special flare, from
The custom made drapes to the matching cushions In each room. Vince and Eva have thought of everything. There are soft and comfortable throws in each of the rooms, the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out.
The view of the River was so soothing and I truly enjoyed watching the soft waves from the picture seat in the master bedroom and sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table getting lost in thought looking at the ducks on the river.
I’m handicapped and It felt like the entire town of Edenton had brotherly affection. We had a wonderful feast at the Table restaurant listening to live music from Wayne who not only sang but played an awesome trumpet.
We felt like we had stepped back in time our neighbors to the right of the home were so friendly and welcoming. We look forward to making many beautiful memories here in the future.
We thank you Eva and Vince for caring and letting it show so Naturally.

Cute house, the perfect location in Edenton!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute house with our young girls! It was the perfect location, beautiful water view, and just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Owner was responsive when we needed assistance with a couple of things, and we very much appreciated that. The little touches across the house were great, as little as towels particularly marked for makeup. Thanks for a great stay! And definitely do Captain Mark’s cruise, he’s the best!

Great Getaway!
The property is just as pictured and had plenty of room for two couples to enjoy several days away together for the first time after COVID. Everything looks just like the pictures! The house is extremely well outfitted, extremely clean, and impeccably decorated. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
Edenton's downtown historic area is very cute and has some nice shops, restaurants, and gardens. Unfortunately we had several days of rain which kept us from spending as much time walking around. Several of the restaurants are only open for dinner and/or close between lunch and dinner, which I'm sure still reflects COVID limitations.
We enjoyed our trip very much and were very happy with our decision to stay in this home.

Beautiful spot on the sound
Perfect location to enjoy this quiet, historic little town. Very clean with enough room for visiting family to spend the night. The back deck was great reminiscing about parents and grandparents. Walked into town for great seafood dinners.

Great Weekend Stay
Modern, clean waterfront home just a three block walk from restaurants and shops. Kitchen, baths and bedrooms were well equipped and well appointed. Located on a quiet street in an historic NC town filled with beautifully restored historic homes. Four day stay allowed us to tour Edenton and its waterfront, Elizabeth City and the Great Dismal Swamp (both the NC State Park and the VA National Wildlife Refuge). Brought our own Keurig but the home supplied everything else we needed. Owner was accessible via email and quickly responsive. A great property and experience!

Getaway to historic Edenton
Everyone in our party agreed this house was perfect for our trip to Edenton. It is located on the Albemarle Sound and just a few easy blocks from town. Checkin and checkout was simple and the owner responds quickly to any concerns. The house was newly renovated with stylish decor for easy living. A well stocked kitchen with meals on the deck overlooking the sound made for very relaxing getaway. Would highly recommend!
