Thank you for providing exactly what my family needed for a long weekend - a relaxing, cozy, beautiful place to stay! Not sure what we enjoyed most: the daily short walk to the beach, listening to the ocean during the mornings while drinking coffee on the covered lanai, or the large, comfortable living room where we all hung out together watching movies in the evenings. We look forward to a return trip in the near future! And when we do, we hope you have availability. :).

Great location. A 3–5-minute walk and you are on the beach. Walking distance to most stores and restaurants. The area is very dog friendly and a great Park nearby for walking. And if you like Pickle Ball there is a court at the park. Any questions the Host was easy to contact and very pleasant to deal with.

This place was great. There were seven of us and everyone had a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The walk to the beach didn’t take more than five minutes we could run back for lunch and back to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely go back

My family and I love Flagler Beach, and have stayed here many times in a number of different vacation rentals, but after this visit, this little house in Flagler Beach is definitely our favorite! So much attention and detail to beach life and a beach retreat have been put into this home, it really takes the cake! We all loved the warm beachy colors of the rooms, everything is so focused on making you feel at home and having everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location was great, we love walking and didn't mind being a little way from the pier area, because having the beach basically all to ourselves whenever we went was worth it! You can tell how much love and care the owners put into this house by the artwork, furnishings, bedcovers and pillows, towels, knicknacks and so much detail focusing on a treasured beach get-away. We were totally comfortable here, and our little fox terrier loved the house and the fenced backyard and patio too! Can't wait to visit Flagler Beach again whenever we can!

This place was great for our family trip to Flagler. Location was super convenient. Really close to the beach but not on A1A so you don’t have to deal with the noise. Close to downtown but not so close that you have to worry about traffic. The house itself was done up like a cute little beach house it really helps that the vibe for the trip. And the host lives in town so any issues that came up was quickly resolved. Definitely would stay here again.

Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and walking distance to the souvenir shops. Very clean , spacious and we had a great time with seven adults and a child. Plenty of room to sleep with entrance easy to access and plenty of accommodations for us with sheets towels and kitchen supplies. The host had great communication.

Very clean with excellent communication with owner. Lots of room in home. One block from the beach. Wonderful neighborhood with very friendly people. Nicely landscaped and patio out back was very nice. You only get a towel and wash cloth per person so bring extra. Great stay!!!

The property was very clean and well maintained. I contacted the owner on a couple occasions and she resolved the issues immediately. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would stay at this property again without question.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely loved the house. It was spotlessly clean and was decorated just like you would expect for a beach house...adorable. Even though it was behind a hotel the only time we noticed any noise was during "Bike Week" when bikers stayed there and you will have that anywhere along the A1A area close to Daytona, other than that week it was very quiet. You can hear the waves in the backyard where we loved to sit on the covered patio and read. Mike and Sandie were great hosts and always got right back to us if we needed help with anything. It is close to everything and you can walk to most places. We loved it and we are sure you will too!

The property is very nice and actually even nicer in person, the lay out is nice and it is clean and well kept, it is a great location and in a safe and nice neighborhood and 3 min walk to the beach. it is fully gated which helps with the dogs and outdoor area as well as yard are beautiful and nicely done. I had a lovely stay and fully recommend it.

My husband and I rented this adorable cottage and our daughters came for a few days. It is a perfect little house! It contains all you would need for your stay. The house was clean and brightly painted with very comfortable furniture. We had a wonderful week, hanging out back on the patio and spending days on the beach which is just a short walk around the corner. There is a hotel directly behind the house but it did not affect our stay at all. It was so quiet at the house! Flagler is a great little beach town. We would definitely come stay again.

Awesome from the first day to the last!
Beautifully well cared for home with all of the conveniences . You can tell a lot about the hosts when you see this truly beautiful retreat.
Everything you need is there and ready for you…right down to a beach cooler.
Being a block from the Ocean, we spent a lot of time walking, swimming and surf fishing.
Best restaurants, ice cream parlor and so near the pier. All walking distance.
We been to many places throughout Florida and this one is most definitely our favorite.
Going back in September!!!
Thank you Sandie.

Beautiful Home...Renter Beware
We stayed 27 nights from the end of May-end of June.
PROS: The home is well appointed & the patio and rock gardens are beautiful! Flagler Beach is a wonderful place!
CONS: The adjacent motel had a few rowdy parties against her shared fence. The motel dumpsters were next to the property & covered in buzzards daily. This ONLY became an issue for us on one of our last days. My 5 yr old witnessed (to our horror) our sweet cavapoo kill a large RAT running through the rental’s garden. We concluded that the motel may have a rodent problem! This changed our minds about returning to this rental.
Another CON: a week in, my 8 yr old woke up w/his back COVERED in bites. After research, (& the rest of us having ZERO bites), we concluded that her pull out where he slept must have bed bugs? We purchased spray, treated the area, & the problem NEVER reoccured. We do not & have not ever had bed bugs in our home in ATL (we drove straight down).
Last CON: the OWNER. Communication was fine until our check out when the owner wrote that we left the place “a mess”. In response, we shared our exit photos showing the home & yard in clean, tidy condition, and we shared the cons described above.
About the bites, she wrote: “As for bed bugs…ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I have an exterminator and, they would not only be in one bed…they spread like crazy…your son got bit by no see ums which are very prevalent at the beach…That is completely made up on your part. No one would stay in a home with bed bugs for a month!!”
FYI for future renters, No See Ums seem to be easily treated w/ BB spray!
She then concluded….“SO HOW ARE YOU ALL OF A SUDDEN COMING UP WITH THESE FALSE ALLEGATIONS. RIDICULOUS. Unfortunately, I will have to keep your deposit”.
So, although we left no “damage” after departing from our 27 night stay, the owner invoiced us for our pet fee (which we agreed to pay), & immediately charged our CC for the FULL deposit. Stated that poop in the yard, “automatically forfeits your deposit”(we pooped scooped), stated “huge amounts of garbage when garbage pick up was one day before they checked out” (trash pick up days are Mon and Thurs, we checked out on a Sat), stated “pet hair EVERYWHERE” from our 8lb Cavapoo and a medium Goldendoodle who were confined to the tiled in front area during our entire stay.
This was our honest experience… Ask yourself, if you are prepared to risk the owner’s displeasure (and the other cons) in order to enjoy an otherwise beautiful beach home.

Way more than expected!
Best kept secret in Flagler 🤫 Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, well kept and larger than advertised! Clearly the owner cares about your stay. A walk through the landscaped backyard and you’re basically at the beach!
We’ll definitely come back next year!

Simple Exellence
The bungalow was beautifully decorated and no detail was left out (even the things we forgot to bring or normally have to run to the store for, were right at our finger tips). You feel at home the moment you walk in the door. We could have lived on the patio alone, it is fabulous. What a great experience!
