Sweet Home Saratoga truly has it all and is great for families or multiple couples. Nestled into the woods on 5 acres with Saratoga Raceway just 10 minutes away and downtown Saratoga just 13 minutes away, you and your group will enjoy an inground pool (open seasonally), Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen, dining room, central air conditioning, 60 amp Universal EV charger and a fully loaded game room in the lower level. We have been visiting the Saratoga area for 11 years now. We lost the normal house we stayed in and ventured to here. Tim was first class all the way. Beautiful home, pool and property. 15 minutes to downtown, the track, golf and more!

I have zero complaints about this gorgeous property. Seamless checkin, excellent communication from the host, and everything went very smoothly. Tons of space with ample amenities. Close enough to Saratoga and other activities but far enough out to be super quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely book this again!

Saratoga Springs is a halfway meeting point for our family. We were 4 couples, all cousins, looking for a relaxing get away to spend some quality time together. The house was lovely and we could not have been more comfortable. Everyone slept great, the game room was a lot of fun and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again.

The process of working with Tim from start to finish was great. As a host was a great communicator and the house was perfect place for our families to spend time during vacation. Close to everything you need but far enough away to be quiet getaway at night. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, and well thought out game room for the kids in basement.

We loved the house! It was so nice and clean and the property was beautiful! The best part was the game room downstairs. We had so much fun with the ping pong, air hockey and the other games. Tim was very helpful and so nice to deal with. If there was an issue he took care of it right away! Thank you Tim for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Saratoga springs for three delightful days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt right at home.
The property itself is absolutely stunning. The photos provided on the listing do not do justice to its true beauty. The interior design is tasteful, modern, and impeccably clean. Every room is thoughtfully decorated and exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch especially the hot tub and the game -room . The kitchen was fully equipped , allowing me to prepare my own meals effortlessly. The cozy living room was furnished and a large flat-screen TV. The comfortable bed in the bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained.
The host was exceptional in every way. He was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From providing detailed instructions for check-in , their hospitality was outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.I will definitely book this property again.

This house was just so great--it was super comfortable, well appointed and in a great location! What else can you ask for??The beds were very comfortable. Our group was 6 teens and 3 adults. We had a great time in the big downstairs playroom and we used the hot tub every day. It is set up well. We are clean people with a non- shedding, well trained pup, it was so nice to stay at a house that allowed us to bring our small dog but didn't feel like dog had ever been there before it was so well cared for. Felt like home for 3 nights! The layout worked well for two families. The location is convenient to skiing and tubing at West Mountain, downtown shopping in Saratoga, the many many area restaurants and breweries. So much to do, we ran out of time. Saratoga is a year round destination. Thank you again, we will be back!

we wanted to get away from the city and that we did. the place was immaculately set up and they really did provide everything we could have asked for to make our stay enjoyable and to keep us from having to drive to stores to get stuff. there were a few hiccups here or there but as a former super-host I can honestly say the hosts did everything they could to earn their 5-star review.

I would highly recommend this property. Host was awesome. The property was perfect for a family with kids, game room, pool and a big yard. Several spots to gather as a family. Worth every penny.

We celebrated with our family at Sweet Home Saratoga. We loved the house and pool. The grounds are lovely and close enough to the track, spac and Broadway. Tim is responsive and attends to all details. We made memories to last a lifetime!

We stayed for the Saratoga Select Yearling Sale. The house and location were outstanding. Tim, the host, could not have been nicer or more responsive. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Overall the property and Tim were fantastic. As a large family, we had plenty of room, space and privacy. The pool was fabulous and the house itself, beautiful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean house - close to Saratoga Springs downtown
Amazing house with a pool - so quiet and great beds . Saratoga springs town 15 mins away and lots to do - great restaurants, kayaking, golf, horse races and performing arts centre ! Thank you to Tim who was an excellent host ! Loved it

We rented this house to have enough room for our family for our son’s graduation from Skidmore College. The house was perfect! It was beautifully (newly) furnished, fresh, clean and very well thought out, with everything we could need. We loved the private setting and enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub! We drank coffee in the am and wine in the evenings on the patio, which was very relaxing in the tranquil environment. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to have a wonderful celebratory dinner even including cloth napkins! The beds were fresh, clean and comfortable and we had plenty of towels, blankets, etc.
The drive into town was 10-15 minutes but worth it to us to enjoy downtown and then get away from it all to enjoy the comfort of a beautiful home that allowed us to all be together with plenty of room!
Tim was very responsive and proactive! We would definitely stay at the house again.
