The property was very nice and clean. Great location; 3minute walk to the Eastern Promenade and a 20minute walk to shopping and restaurants.

Nice neighborhood. Neighbors/people always out strolling in street, making it feel safe while walking to and from car. Parking not very accessible. Parking is on street(first come, first serve). Had to circle a four block area until someone left. Steps to top level challenging - 3 flights. Easy access into facility. Communication with owner immediate.

This was our first time in Portland, and the location was perfectly suited for us to see everything! We were able to walk to restaurants and a little market around the corner. The home was easy to access and we were always able to find a parking spot. The unit itself was really nice, although the living room did not have enough seating for our travel party (four adults; there was a couch that technically could fit three people but not comfortably). The unit was very clean and there were plenty of utensils and kitchen ware to use to cook a few meals. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet, pretty neighborhood :) thank you!

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, just two blocks from the water and walkable to downtown. Check in was easy. The apartment is filled with light and very clean. If you happen to be up at dawn the living room windows face east providing a wonderful sunrise view. Would definitely stay there again!

John was attentive and extremely helpful during our stay. The location was great - we were able to walk to the downtown area and just a few blocks to the Eastern Promenade. Uber ride to downtown was around $7. Beautiful city and wonderful VRBO.

Clean, two story walk up. Parking is on the street, if you get a spot. No mirrors in the bedrooms to allow for getting by ready while another person is in the bathroom. Couches are comfortable as well as beds.

We love this part of Portland. Only two blocks from a park facing the ocean; restaurants nearby. We saw buses but didn't use them. We should have as parking in Portland is as expensive as NYC! Parking on the street within a couple of blocks. Inside, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's on the top floor of a triple decker. It was well appointed.

We had a very nice stay at this property and would do definitely stay here again. The apartment was as shown in the photos and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. We had no trouble finding street parking (free) within a block or two during our visit. You can easily walk from this property to downtown Portland in less than 20 minutes and the Eastern Promenade is just a couple of blocks from the apartment. The owner was VERY responsive to our questions when we reached out, but we did need to message him first to get details about how to check-in (a quick, automated email after initial booking with that info would be nice). Thank you!

Fantastic location and space. Super clean. Make sure you bring all your necessities because bare minimum is provided. Unfortunately had to contact owner to initiate check in process as well as to receive info regarding parking. Had to contact owner because inadequate number of towels and sheets were not present in unit upon arrival. Owner responded promptly. Otherwise, the fantastic location and cleanliness of the space were amazing! Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic trip! The place was perfect, I went on several runs along the Eastern Promenade, we walked to multiple restaurants and coffee shops, and we were only a short drive to Cape Elizabeth. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is in a nice location and was fine for our short stay. There were no bathroom linens in the unit - after searching, we found some in the back stairwell where you’re not supposed to go and they were a bit mildewed, but we made them work. We also had to ask for some extra toilet paper (only had 1/4 roll). The listing is somewhat new so I imagine it will improve with more guest experiences. The location and pricing make it worth some bumps.

Great location. Walkable to “touristy” spots. Nice size with plenty of space for lounging/relaxing after exploring Portland. Didn’t cook while we were here, but kitchen seemed like it had enough cookware for meals. Linens were old/worn and oddly didn’t have a shower liner, so the shower curtain was moldy. Otherwise, clean. nothing that would make us avoid the place. Quick response when we contacted host. Would stay again.

My family loved our stay! The apartment was clean and bright with lots of space to spread out. Great kitchen, roomy bedrooms and they were ready with a pack-n-play for our daughter when we checked in. We loved being in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from a huge park and beach. There were great restaurants within a 10 min walk and it was an easy walk to everything downtown.
