About this house rental
A unique vacation home with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.
Step into an idyllically situated cottage with a mix of antique and modern furnishings. Tile flooring throughout the house provides cool temperatures, and round arches and exposed beam ceilings are a recurring stylistic feature of this domicile. Each room has an individual charm with hearty decoration, some also with their own couch or a balcony. These places will give you the privacy and retreats you need when you want to spend some time alone.
On the partially covered terrace on the first floor there is a 5-burner kitchen, a brick barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, table and chairs. Here you will feel especially comfortable, because you can enjoy your morning coffee with breakfast on the terrace or spend common hours in the comfortable interior.
The nearest towns are Sestri Levante and Chiavari by the sea, where you can go shopping. If you want to spend a day swimming, lying on the beach or just going to the sea, it is about 4 km to the pebble beach. Chiavari offers wonderful wide sandy beaches and a mountainous hinterland for hiking and enjoying nature. Sacred buildings, monuments and decorative arcades of the old town can be explored in this exciting city. You may have heard of the famous Chiavari chairs, which were exported throughout Europe in the 19th century, but now you will find yourself in the birthplace of this furniture. Here you can also visit small stores with traditional handicrafts and be inspired. Along the steep coastline you will find the picturesque and colorful coastal villages of the Cinque Terre, which you should definitely visit and enjoy the flair of the Italian Riviera.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

We were guests in this house last year in September with 10 people. I wanted to write a review all the time, but have always put it off, but now I have to do it. Because when we booked the accommodation, it only had one review, but it deserves more than that. The owner, Paola, made a wonderful vacation possible for us with her house. The house offers everything you could wish for. It has outstanding facilities that we hadn't expected. The location on the hillside gives you a wonderful view of the city and you have the feeling of being in private. The beautiful garden and pool are perfect for spending a whole day there. We had planned to see a lot of the area, but we liked it so much that we spent 4 days just relaxing at the house. What is unfortunately not visible in the picture is the outstanding barbecue area right outside the house. There is a barbecue and also a pizza oven. There is also a separate kitchen outside. This invites you to cook and bake pizza together in the evening at the house. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house (on the walled plot). Of course, it also meets all cleanliness requirements. There is also wifi. Overall, I can give it 6 out of 5 stars and recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much for letting us be your guests.
