A one-of-a-kind sparkling-clean beach home with 6,000 square feet of living space, this lovely vacation rental sports gorgeous ocean views with three split stories, 12 bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. On top of that, it boasts a slew of new upgrades, such as a new icemaker, new dining chairs, repainted cabinet doors, and renovated appliances, to name a few. The ocean is right in front of the house for swimming and surfing, and multi-level expanded decks with picnic tables and plenty of chairs for hours of dolphin and pelican watching. Or enjoy the ocean breeze in your own private hot tub for relaxation.

The first floor offers a huge dining room with dining tables that will seat guests, several bedrooms, plus a large smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. The oceanfront villa also offers entertainment that is endless with a full-size pool table, foosball, a hot tub, a CD player, an Xbox (bring your favorite games), and basketball.

The second and third floors have their own bedrooms, as well as tables and chairs for both eating and snacking. While here, indulge in a plethora of amenities which include a hot tub, pool table, basketball, foosball, gas grill, three full kitchens, two laundry rooms, a CD player, an Xbox, 16 TVs, free WiFi, three refrigerators, three microwaves, and three dishwashers.

Things to Know
The owner installed fire tv's in every room. Each TV has its own remote and to use the same remote control with the same TV that was set up with firetv. After guest use please leave the remote control in the same room with the TV . It won't work if use the remote control from the different TV remote control.When you turn on the TV, just click to '' oceanfront villa '' icon and go to channels to watch.
There is a locked owner's room on the third floor that is not for guest use.
Please share the kitchen items such as pots/pans between the 3 floors, thank you.
The occupancy is six for the third floor.
The hot tub is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Hot Tub is open from March 1st to October 31st.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house and location were beautiful and the home was accommodating to our group. Unfortunately Vacasa who emails that they are shining windows and expert cleaners are truly not. Communication was limited as well. We have never had a problem with Vrbo, but very disappointed wirh vacasa.

We loved the house and the location was excellent. The beach access was wonderful, and the lower deck was very nice with hot tub and grills. When we needed a full propane cylinder, it was delivered soon after we put in the request. We had plenty of space for all 25 of us, and we were quite comfortable with our accommodations. The views were beautiful from the 2nd and 3rd floors.The bed linens were clean, and we had plenty of towels. Some of the bedrooms were a little tight, and a couple of the bathrooms had little or no space to even put a tolietry kit...but we managed. The kitchens were well stocked, however there were too many of some things, e.g. electric mixers, blenders, etc. We couldn't imagine why there was not a simple can opener to open a bottle of soda or beer, or a simple one to open a can of vegetable, beans, or similar items. We had to go out and purchase these items. The electric can opener did not work. The other thing that was missing in the kitchens were dish towels. One or two per kitchen just wasn't adequate. Because we were always washing them, we appreciated the two laundry facilities in the house! We loved having both a pool table and a fusball table, however there were no balls for the fusball table. There were only ping pong balls, which just don't work. Again, we had to go out and purchase the balls because our family are all soccer/fusball players. Other than these few complaints, we have nothing other than positive memories of our stay,

We hosted our 10 year vow renewal at this home. It was perfect!! We had 18 of our closest friends and family stay at the home. The pictures did not disappoint, we would definitely stay there again!

We were looking for a multi-family beachfront reunion, and this property worked very well. Three floors with kitchen elements on each, and a large dining table on ground floor where all 28 of us could gather for meals. Ample supplies and bedroom arrangements - nothing glitzy but sufficient, and able to take hard use from kids. Great porches and patio with gas grills and short walk direct to beach.

Outdoor decks had spectacular views and the third floor was extremely quiet despite the house being at full occupancy with young loud children included! The 3 kitchens allowed for ease in making smaller meals right on the individual floor you were sleeping on rather than relying on 28 people vying for kitchen space for quick breakfast or lunch. Having the ability to seat such a large group for main meals on the ground floor was great!

We had 12 senior golfers on the property, each with their own bedroom, and only a couple shared bathrooms. Our major complaint was the lack of wine glasses. Also, one of the Keurig coffee makers did mot work. A smaller issue was the entry steps to the house. Old men carrying luggage up 12-15 narrow steps to the front door was not a welcome sight. Other than that, we enjoyed the house.

I loved there was no towels or linens when we got there. I loved you could not enjoy sitting on the decks because there was no deck chairs. I loved you couldn't leave the sliding doors open because there were no screens. I loved it took three days for the hot tub to get hot. I loved the sweeper didn't work because when we got there the floors where dirty and we couldn't sweep them. I loved when we put food on the counters to eat we also fed all the ants. What a huge disappointment this house was!!!!

Vacasa corporate management pulled a fast one. Waited till we sent in our final deposit for home in Ocean Hill Outer Banks to tell us the property was no longer available , even though we suspect they knew weeks before. After we had purchased four airfares from England and three from California, they offered us a choice between a full refund of the house or what my son termed a college frat flop house this property. When we arrived we identified twenty four things that were wrong with the house including 200 flies inside on our arrival due to sliding doors not closing properly. The sofa on the second floor smelled like one of the frat boys had thrown up on it. Housekeeping worked hard but could not make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Dirty bedspreads put on clean sheets making it necessary for us to wash them all. Décor primitive throughout. Front door leaked copiously during a thunderstorm. DO NOT rent this house if you are looking for a family vacation. Bye bye VACASA.

Loved the view! Third floor is bright and airy. Second floor has dark dreary decor. Needs updated. Upper decks need patio furniture so you can enjoy the scenery. There is nowhere to sit.
