Stayed here with my grown sons for my 65 th bday. Loved the space, the spare bedroom had two queens to accommodate my sons. Very comfortable and live able space. Made trips to the gorge, angel fire, parks, shopping, restaurants all easily accessed from this home. Very clean and management company very attentive checking to make sure we got checked in and found everything in order. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and Vacasa was by far the best at customer satisfaction, text and emails for check in and out , easy contact and communication.
We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental Two Sisters Adobe.

This house is walkable to most of historic Taos. In a peaceful area and a nice house. It easily accommodated 5 of us (parents and 3 adult kids). The house was clean and good communication from vacasa. Two of the beds were not comfortable though and one of the rooms had a partially exposed particle board floor. But the king bed was great. I would stay again.
4.7
When we arrived we found that the second bedroom was missing flooring in 2/3 of the space. It was only exposed subfloor (particle board) which posed both a splinter and tripping risk as it was not flush with the actual flooring. We attempted to communicate with the Vacasa team all week and ask for the flooring to be fixed or a partial refund or credit since the property was not as presented in the listing, but did not receive either. We will not rent from Vacasa again.

Firework on the 4th loud.

It only really matters in the summer, but please be aware that THIS HOME HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Coming from the southeast US, this is not a situation I expected to encounter, so I wasn't even looking for it. It was about 80 degrees when we arrived around 4pm, and I was really looking forward to cooling off in the house, but it was even a little warmer in the house than it was outside.
Fortunately, Taos in the summer doesn't get THAT hot, and it wasn't too hard to manage...It was really only hot enough to be a problem around 2-3pm. That said, it was an extra set of tasks we needed to attend to to stay comfortable (making sure curtains were pulled, windows open at the right time of day, etc.). Once we attended to these things, the home was comfortable. And Taos is a ski resort, and this obviously wouldn't be a problem in the winter.
Other than that, this was a great spot - about a 10-minute walk to the Plaza, and plenty of room for our family of 4. Lovely interior, great Wi-Fi, and had everything we needed. Would give it 5 stars except for the A/C situation.

The back porch is probably the best feature of this home. Also, the coffee provided was truly appreciated.

This home has been well done! Very clean & neat. Has everything you need in the kitchen and everywhere else. I love this home bc it is modern with the New Mexican flare!
We enjoyed our stay, went shopping since it is close to town. There are many artisans in Taos plus great restaurants.
We went to the Rio Grande gorge, Rio grande & Red River La Junta ( the joining) and drove to Cimarron canyon and into the city of Cimarron. They have a hotel that dates back to 1872. Many famous outlaws stayed there. Plus it has a great restaurant.
You will enjoy this home, very comfortable and lots to do!

We stayed here the last week of May. I wasn't sure if the house would be cool due to no air conditioning and the temps were about 80 degrees in the day. We left a windows open at night and a fan running mostly because we like to sleep colder. During the day we closed all the shades and made it a point to be out of the house during the hottest times in the afternoon which helped us. No biggie. We ran the fans and didn't cook anything in the oven. The house stayed cooler that way and wasn't too hot. The house itself was very cute, clean and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was convenient in location to the downtown area. We had two teens with us that had plenty of room in the spare bedroom. And in the mornings it was nice to sit out on the small patio. Would stay here again.

All around great experience with the house. Located within walking distance for us to downtown and grocery stores. Centrally located for Hikes both north and south of Taos. Beds were large and very comfortable. Hot water and Wifi always available. Thanks again!

Great location. Close to the Plaza.. Fabulous bed linens, well appointed kitchen.
4.7
Lovely adobe home with loads of amenities. Close to the plaza, but very quiet. Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Taos.
4.7
Wonderful place to stay for a long weekend.
4.7
Great location, Clean and quiet.
4.7
Cute home but be aware of very limited storage for clothing. It also has a good location closed to the town square.
4.7
Comfortable, cozy, conveniently located, and quiet.
4.7
Very cozy house near Taos Plaza with the adobe style charm of the southwest. Great location for visiting Taos sites, restaurants and Taos Ski Valley.
4.7
This was a fantastic place to stay for a week. The home was clean and seemed newly renovated. The living spaces were great and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The bedrooms offered great privacy, beautiful views, and comfortable beds. We loved walking through the neighborhood and being right in the heart of town. Great find!
4.7
House was well equipped with all conveniences. Very cozy and comfortable with a great location near to the plaza and stores .
4.7
Absolutely loved my stay here the hospital where I was working was close by as well as restaurants close to the plaza. Very nice home with nice amenities and very spacious rooms. Good communication from the property manager making sure that all was well. I will definitely stay here again.
4.7
We loved everything about this place in Taos! It was super close to the town square (walkable) with easy drives to the Taos Pueblo and Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. The kitchen was big and well appointed, even with spices. I’d you go in late fall, bring fuzzy Jammie’s because it does get chilly even w the heat on - but all the better to snuggle up!
4.7
Had a great time. Perfect house for four of us.
4.7
The house was perfect. You could tell real people lived there because they thought about everything and we were very comfortable and all was provided. Such a great location - close enough to Town Plaza you can walk - but so convenient to leave town in any direction to visit all the country sites. The bedrooms were so comfortable and beautifully made along with the rest of the bedroom. So I would stay here again if I get to return to Taos.
4.7
My husband and i enjoyed a weekend away at this sweet Adobe home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean! We didn't use the kitchen at all but it seemed to be well stocked. It is located just a short distance from the Plaza. We would recommend this home to others!

lovely and intimate place. convenient to square.
4.7
Wonderfully appointed. Very clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to the plaza, quiet neighborhood, and charming patio and courtyard. Highly recommended.
4.7
Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay at the home. Everything inside was as listed. However, the outdoor areas had been ignored. Tall weeds outside the front door and in the back yard area. NOT as inviting as was depicted in the photos. Didn't spend any time outside
4.7
We loved this home, its proximity to shopping and dining, and the abundance of outdoor patio space to enjoy cool evenings. It was still a little warm for us overnight even with fans blowing and windows open, but I think that's just August for you! We did try parking next to the carport in the back of the house one day and it was really tricky turning around on the slope with the loose gravel - I would definitely recommend just parking in front of the house in the driveway. We felt safe and really enjoyed this home away from home!
4.7
Comfortable little house. Nice kitchen to work in. Both bedrooms were comfortable. We missed a/c, it being August with daytime temperatures in the 90s, but we knew that going in. House cooled down most evenings.
(Screen doors would be a nice addition).
Lots to see and do.
4.7
Easy access. Cute and clean home. As advertised no HVAC, so middle of summer it was really hot despite the use of the fans. Would be really wonderful in the spring and fall!
4.7
The property was fine - good neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were good - large well-equipped kitchen, functional bathrooms, comfortable beds.
Property listing price was split into two payments, one payment at booking, and one at check-in. What ended up being on the final invoice was more than what was shown in the listing - an additional "service fee" was tacked on when the second payment was due at check-in. Besides this hidden service charge, there were three other charges which essentially are additional profit for the owner and vacasa/VRBO: "limited damage waiver fee"; "booking fee"; and a "cleaning charge". So what happens is you see the advertised price for the property on the VRBO website, and you compare that advertised cost to other options - hotels, other by-owner sites, etc. - and when you actually have to pay, the real price ends up being double the advertised price. In this case, the advertised price was less than half what all the additional fees came to. VRBO/Vacasa should require that all listings post the full price up front, so we can all compare apples to apples when looking for a place to stay.

This house was cute, clean, comfy, and conveniently located. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the plaza with its shops and restaurants. The wall heaters worked well and are easy to operate (if you want more heat, then simply push the "up" arrow). We highly recommend this place.
4.7
Clean and close to town
4.7
Super cute house in a great location. We used it as a base for Nordic, and downhill skiing, mountain biking and hiking. It was great to be able to walk to town to shop and dine. The house had everything we needed.
4.7
Loved the location, the large king bed and the quiet privacy.
There was however, no welcoming or practical orientation information in the house. We had to scout around to find amenities and learn to use heaters on our own, etc.
Most importantly for us, communication with the host was either absent, incomplete or poorly timed.
In short, we would recommend the place, but not the rental and hosting services (the cleaners were very good though!).
4.7
Space Heaters kept the place warm enough and the beds were super comfy. Really enjoyed our stay.
4.7
Darling home close to it all. The house was clean, cozy and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved coming home from skiing each day to this great house. We would love to come back again!
4.7
Very close and walkable to Taos town square. Close to the main drag. Quaint and very nice and comfortable home.
4.7
Great location close to the plaza, yet very quiet. We’ll equipped house with comfortable beds and plenty of room for 4 adults. Would stay again!
4.7
Could have used a later check out time but other than that it was perfect!
