Good communication with the owners; interesting gadgets on the walls.
This is, unfortunately, my big mistake in booking accommodation! Entrance from street level into a dark basement. An area divided by a wall into a "room" and a "living room", a tiny bathroom with a broken door handle. Location almost on the outskirts of Budapest. A place for desperate, tired travellers or a fun party group. I cut my stay short and moved to another location after one night.

Very clean and tidy and only a short walk to the tram which takes you straight to the middle of Budapest.
On a busy road.

Comfortable for 4 people, has everything you need.
Parking can be found but it is unclear when it is charged.

The door and window does not dimm the street noise. But it was mostly quiet between 24:00 and 6:00.

Staying in this apartment was romantic. Handing over the keys was easy, this method was very convenient for us during our late arrival. All clean and in order. Thank you!

Free parking, quiet area
Strong smell of mold. A microwave would be a good addition.

Easy to reach, free parking, host was very helpful.
We couldn't sleep and rest at all due to traffic which you hear like cars are passing by your bed.
The location seems to be an old bar, you can actually smell that.
If the above mentioned things do not bother you, you can give it a try. We will for sure not do it anymore.

it was very comfortable and lovely.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, original and tastefully designed. Amazing shower :-). Very convenient contactless check-in. We chose this location because of the proximity to the Tropicarium, which we wanted to visit with the children. Public transport is very convenient and runs frequently, restaurants, grocery stores, churches are nearby.
It should be noted that the apartment does not have "normal" heating through radiators or underfloor heating, "only" air conditioning that blows warm air + a radiator in the bathroom. But in March it was enough and we felt comfortable.

It was really nice arranged, had everything you need. If I had problems or questions the owner answered them all.
You have to be aware in the winter if there are temperatures below 0 because it's just an AC for heating(it's mentioned in the description) and the house lose heat fast. I think I read in the description it has free wine but if you want to open a bottle is 4 euros per bottle.

Small but cozy apartments, decorated in a very original style.
Great for 2 people for a short time.
There is free parking in front of the house.
The apartment is located on the edge of the city, but it provides you with a quick exit to the highway. In addition, there is a tram stop not far from the house, which will take you directly to the city center.
There is a supermarket within a three-minute walk from the house, as well as several bars and cafes nearby.
- Also from the minus I can note the non-closing toilet door. This may be a problem if you are traveling with a company :-)

The room has a decent cost and it is located in Budapest
The room is really really noisy due to the nearby traffic and the access is directly from street level into the room via a glass door (like entering a store)

Accommodation looks awesome, as guest you can check in/out yourself anytime. you get a also a daily free Nespresso, for those interested. Free parkplace across the building. Quite far from city center, but there is city transportation in the near. Communication is very good and smooth. The designer did a great job there. Overall I would book the place again.
Had some problems warming the place, been there in December, it was quite cold for my taste, but that is just me.

It is a very cozy old building. Based on the photos, I thought it is in a cellar as I didn't see any windows, but the apartment is on the ground level and very tightly between buildings. The location is excellent, nearby you can find bakeries and coffee houses. Getting the key was easy using the lockbox and provided code.
The apartment is very close to a quite busy road, and earplugs is a mandatory, especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa. The kitchen is quite well equipped, but you might be limited to boiling water/soup/etc as there is no extractor hood or frying pan in the kitchen.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and worthy of being on the cover of a design magazine. The welcome is prepared with great care for travelers: champagne glasses, beauty products and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Very nice and cute design with many little details, lovely place. Nice idea with capsule coffee machine and honesty box, hosts also leave us a bottle of wine for a gift (for my shame, I don't drink wine and more prefer a good beer).
There is one big and VERY loud BUT! You realy need to SOUNDPROOF YOUR DOOR and WINDOW! Replace them with new one, because it is almost unbearable. Noise of cars riding outside like there is no any walls betwen is really, REALLY irritating. And trying to sleep after 6 AM is a challenge, because cars will ride constatly!
