Bivanje v hotelu je izpolnilo pričakovanja. Zelo lep in sodoben hotel.

Hi, My name is Irina Filip and I ve stayed one night in your room 2045 in this hotel. When we arrived we ve make a shower and we ve had a flood all over the bathroom like in the video. I ve been to the reception and they ve told me that they will fix the issue after we ll go to the concert. In the night when we arrived the bathroom was clean but when we shower the same thing happened (so they ve just clean the bathrom). They didn t mention to change the room or anything. Also the carpet was wet. I am pregnant and It was not igienic for me to step in that wet bathroom and carpet all night. This was just not ok. I am waiting for a refund immediatly. Everythig was okay, but pillows was very thin and uncomfortable, very bad sleeping. We had superior room, but we had standard room in the past too, and standard room looks the same as superior room.

The room, and the hotel in general was clean, standard size for 4stars, staff was very good.

The major thing I didn't like was the change of the price. I was there for two weeks, and when I came I should pay 1000€. I offered to pay in advance, but their policy was different. I said OK. When I was on check out, at 3AM, Taxi was waiting for me, they charged me about 1040€, because local currency was changed. I payed for it, and after that I complained, but they told me that was it, and didn't reconsieder to refund the difference. The other thing is that there is not any restaurant, or cafe bar near to the hotel. Hotel food was good, but if you stay longer, you need to change food and surrounding.

the staff was extremly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing with a wide choice, I can only recommend

the rooms needs to be renovated (painted, the rugs cleaned) but I understand when the hotel is pet friendly, despite of these fact we were very satisfied and can come back anytime again

Easy to find. Huge parking lot. Comfortable rooms. Soft linen, good beds. Nice variety for breakfast, including gluten-free meals. Also very good dinners, but pretty expensive for Budapest. Half an hour distance from Aquaworld by muni.

-the breakfast was sooo delicios and there where a variety of food to choose from -the room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean -there is a private parking (10€), bit you can also park for free across the street (it’s safe) -we had luck and we could check-in at 8.00 a.m (stuff was very friendly) -we also had breakfast included the next morning, but we wanted to check out at 2.00 a.m, so they let us have breakfast the morning we arrived 🫶🏻
