The food was uncooked, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the towels and sheets were dingy the gentleman at night was very rude the shower wall had hair on it.

Breakfast was really good! Staff were all nice and polite
The room was dirty. There was a used contraceptive “ballon” inside of the chair cushion. There was also hair everywhere. It also smelled weird… it was a place to stay for the night.

It was good! Breakfast was good but quite busy. Your staff did amazing work refilling breakfast as people were filing in.
There was also a mix up in our booking and your staff handled it very well, they were able to accommodate us anyhow despite the booking website not forwarding the proper information. It was a huge relief. The man working your front desk deserves a raise, 10/10 the best customer service I have ever experienced in another country.

The host at check-in and check-out was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to help carry my bags upstairs. Breakfast area/lounge is very large and comfortable.
Facility could use an elevator (even though its only two floors).
3.5
Hallways were well lighted and clear.
Bath tub had pubic hairs and bathroom was SMALL. Front door vestibule was hard to get suitcases through it.
3.5
It was clean.
Was charged 3x's the amount of stay, which caused a huge issue while traveling. The TV did not work, I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk to resolve the issue.

Overall it's not a bad place. Decent location for what we needed to do.
The cleaning is horrible! When we first got there the lobby seemed nice but as we walked to room there was trash on floors going up stairs then the room had a huge cobwebs hanging from ceiling with white stuff in it over one of the beds. The toilet was not cleaned and the floor in room was not cleaned as well as stuff all through the drawers. Got a different room little better but beds are hard!!! Would of slept better on the floor!! The stair well lights were not on when dark out, what's that about.

Clean quiet comfortable

The breakfast was not worth eating. Very little choice, would not consider it a ‘hot’ breakfast at all. Spend the extra money and go eat elsewhere.
The hotel had no elevator. The rooms although ‘remodeled’ were basic and the beds were terrible. The metal bed skirting made a loud gong noise every time you accidentally kicked it. The tv is old and the bathroom is beyond tiny.

How nice the desk clerk was towards my kids. How helpful he was helping with my room.
Access to the HDMI port behind the TV on the wall mount was blocked, making it unaccessible.

It’s cheaper and has availability even last minute.
It was midnight, and I had to make a last minute reservation online for my wife and small child for a room in this hotel due to dangerous weather. It was snowing and many vehicles slipped and went into side ditches on the freeway they were traveling. Unfortunately the property’s booking system integration with booking.com needs improvement. I made reservation and paid at booking.com, but when my wife and kid got to the property, the staff couldn’t see our reservation in their system. We had to call booking.com to resolve it.
The staff was very rude. I have never seen such way of treating customers anywhere. They were yelling at my wife who was showing them the reservation email from booking.com and trying to check in. Probably because my wife arrived very late around 1am in the morning and woke the staff up, and so they were pissed. But hey you are in the travel business, and should be ready to receive customers anytime in your stated business hours.
To be fair, the staff did contact booking.com to resolve the issue (while I was calling booking.com myself). And in the end my wife was able to check in. They staff became much more friendlier and even helped with luggage and offered snacks to our small child (who was too sleepy to take, but we appreciate the gesture).
The property’s facility is subpar based on our experience.
I hope the review can help travelers find a good place to stay. I also hope this property can improve their booking system, train its staff to be more professional, and update its facility. With these, business will definitely be better. I wish them good luck!

Location was good at the property there was almost no one at the desk. Room was dirty and right beside mechanical room - there were very few other guest, could have given better room. Went to the desk several times about the room no one there!!!!! Bathroom door would not close unless slammed.
Please see above. Would never stay there again.

Nothing
The staff is raciest and money hungry. I booked on booking.com and they charged me extra in the middle of a snow. The front desk clerk and his wife need to be fired. They have no shame either.

Nice rooms, nice lobby, nice customer service.
Water pressure was nice, plentiful hot water, quiet rooms.
TV did not work, towels were stained and bath mat was, too.

it was close to Utica college and everything in úrica, very clean and comfortable

It's a beautiful place and the bed was comfy.
There was no breakfast everything was out. Kids ate dry cereal. The shower was dirty and hairy. The sheets were full on lint. Not worth the price.

How clean it was and how friendly the front staff was
the location is hiding

Close to medical center, recently renovated, complimentary breakfast
Bathtub had visible dirt/soap build up, all bedding was subpar, area was kind of sketchy, paper thin walls

Quiet, friendly staff, in the process of being updated.
The manager, I believe Ankit was his name, was very friendly and quick for check in. We checked in at 3, although I see the sign said 4. We were able to select which floor we would like. It is in a quiet parking lot that is absolutely huge (and nearly empty). It's near the highway and easy to get to. I never heard any other guests in the hotel and slept great.
The hotel is in the process of being updated, which all looks very nice but there is drops of dried paint on floors all over. The sheets were pretty wrinkled but were obviously clean, maybe just not pressed. Two pillows per bed, they are thin so four per bed would be better. The metal frames of the beds are SO annoying. If you step near the bed you'll end up kicking it and it's loud.

Breakfast
Tools laying in the hallway. A board leaning on a door. Paint splattered on floor not cleaned up. Stickers from a new installation still on that unit. A door used in an adjoining room feature completely not secure nor closeable. Side entrances appear like we should not be going in that way. You get what you pay for and cheapest rates got the cheapest quality. Quality Inn not so "quality".

the staff are friendly
the beds were disgusting and after complaining of the marks on the beds we came back on the night was too tired and woke up the next morning and there was different marks of make up and food stains on the pillows.
