Zeer vriendelijke gast(heren), stijlvol verblijf, we voelden ons direct “thuis”.
Iets meer afwisseling bij het ontbijt.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Luis could not be more welcoming or more helpful. The hotel was stunning and I don’t say that lightly. Our room was elegant, comfortable, spotlessly clean and total luxuary at an unbelievable price. Reggio Emilia is beautiful and a definite stop if you like friendly beautiful cites. STAY HERE, THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM.
You could not fault this hotel. NOTHING TO NOT LIKE.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the service is incredibly friendly. They were accommodating to English speakers and were accessible through WeChat should you need to quickly get in touch with them. They were also very responsive on Booking.com. The linens were clean, coffee is set up in each room, and they had Grown Alchemist products. I had a view of the street and my coworker had her own little terrace. The location is nice as it's near Piazza Fontanesi.
The hotel is pricier than the other options in Reggio Emilia. The elevator is only for suitcases due to its small size. The rooms are quite small and therefore the beds are singles. While they do serve dinner in the restaurant downstairs, breakfast is not offered.

Our room had a glass bathroom wall which was disconcerting when travelling with a friend!

I loved everything about this hotel! It is designed to Italian perfection and the terrace off my room was to die for. While a bit of a stroll from the train station, it is right in the heart of the centro storico where you really want to be.
Absolutely nothing.

My wife and I had an amazing stay, it is hard to point out a few things but I'll try:
- the staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you Giovanni for everything (including the room upgrade)
- everything was sparkling clean
- the bed was superb, comfortable and prepared with amazing fabric
- excellent towels - something simple that, more often that I'd imagine, is getting neglected in other places
- complimentary food that is of good origin and quality
- the whole atmosphere of the place, a historic building that had its upgrade done with care
- unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open yet, I am looking forward to go back and enjoy a good glass of wine there
- there was no breakfast available - maybe there'll be when the restaurant opens, does not need to have thousand of different options, after all, Italian cuisine is all about simplicity.
