Meticulously maintained, immaculate inside and out this 5-bedroom 5.5-bathroom estate welcomes guests who seek a Key West experience like no other.
Positioned on a 4,700 sq foot lot that is made up of two buildings. A spacious 4 bedroom, 3-and-a-half-bathroom main house and a detached 1 bed/1 bath guest house.
MAIN FLOOR:
The main house boasts 2,796 square feet of spacious living and offers year-round sunset and water views.
Overlooking the impeccable Truman Annex Waterpark, this magnificent home was built to impress.
Upon entry you will be greeted with elegant mahogany wood floors, and a beautiful formal dining area with seating for 8.
The study is located just off the entry on the left and has a comfortable sitting area and built-in workstation.
An open floor plan kitchen connects the dining room and living room and has breakfast bar seating for 4, black granite countertops, stainless appliances and is well outfitted with all your cooking utensils and accessories. Off the kitchen is the main floor power room and laundry.
The main living space features a 75” flatscreen smart tv with sound system, and comfortable seating with a sofa and accent chairs. The main living area opens out to the backyard and patio overlooking the lagoon style heated saltwater pool and spa.
SECOND FLOOR:
The second-floor hosts 2 guest bedrooms with a connecting balcony and seating area overlooking the quaint Noah Lane. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other a full and both offer good closet space and a shared bath.
Also on the second floor is the spacious primary suite. Guests enjoy a king size bed, spacious closet, 55” flatscreen smart tv, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and shower. French doors open out to an extensive Ipe balcony. With conversation seating and glider rocking chairs, this is the perfect place to watch the picturesque Key West sunsets year-round.
THIRD LEVEL/ ROOFTOP OBSERVATION DECK:
Following the staircase to the third level, you will find two additional rooms and a full bathroom with shower. The first room is bedroom 4 with full bed.
The other can be used for another at -home workstation and offers a writing desk and chair. It can also serve as a great yoga room with French doors that open out and look over the Truman Waterfront Park. Also located in this room is a wet bar and a ship ladder which leads you to the rooftop observation deck with 360-degree views of Key West.
GUEST COTTAGE
The detached guest house is perfect for your weekend company and has 239 sq ft. with a queen bed, 55” flatscreen smart tv, mini kitchen, closet, and full bathroom.
ESTATE GROUNDS:
The Estate grounds have lush, mature, tropical landscape with lighting that compliments the beautiful Conch style home and makes the grounds.
The rear lanai area has an outdoor dining and sitting area with ceiling fans for your comfort.
The large Lagoon swimming pool & spa has a tranquil water feature and is a saltwater pool system. Loungers are provided along the pool deck for those wishing to bask in the warm Key West sun.
The pool area also has an outdoor shower perfect to rinse for rinsing off after a day at the pool or beach.
A gas grill is also provided for the BBQ enthusiasts.
CARPORT/ PARKING:
The gated carport provides an abundance of space for your vehicle or golf cart. Bikes are the preferred mode of travel in Key West and this home provides 4 cruiser bikes for guest use.
LOCATION:
Walking distance to the waterpark, amphitheater, beach, Duval Street and world-famous restaurants and bars, this location has it all!
NOTE:
This property is offered on an exclusive basis to responsible travelers wanting to experience its beauty and relaxing environment. This home is impeccably maintained and therefore does not support large parties or events/amplified noise. Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests, and no pets are allowed.
