Sunset Shores is your spring and summer getaway! Waterfront cottage featuring full lake views from the expansive deck, and from each bedroom and balcony (Indian Lake and Dunns Pond views). Perfect for a weekend stay or longer. There's a full kitchen, with Keurig to start your day / outside grill & picnic tables / waterside fire pit and seating area. Two kayaks are provided. Bonus! We have recently installed a water sweep to keep the dock area clear and pristine!

We spent 10 days at the Lake in this wonderful house right in the water. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We had three generations in our group and the kids loved fishing right off the dock. Located close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Gary was the perfect host. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend as a family with our two dogs. Listing was as described and we had no issues. Neighborhood is still a work in progress after the tornado with much clean up to do but we were warned and expected that! Host was very responsive to our questions.

We had so much fun during our stay here. The house is adorable and offered plenty of space. Plenty of towels and blankets but be prepared to bring paper towels, toilet paper, food containers and tin foil also drinking water. The kayaks were such a bonus!! We had so much fun with them paddling around the shores. The fireplace was beautiful and having the gas grill with back up propane was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Also, the neighbors were so friendly and inviting. Love Indian Lake! Sad that the area got hit with the tornado but they are back at it and building crews fast at work!

Fully stocked kitchen was a great perk allowing me to stay on the property and enjoy the view of the lake instead of needing to go out to eat. The kitchen and dining room table have a great view if you need to stay inside due to inclement weather… Same with the views from both the upstairs bedrooms balconies. Indoor fireplace a nice touch on cooler evenings! P.S. host is a very responsive communicator… definitely a plus!

We booked the house to watch the eclipse, and it was honestly the perfect place for our quick trip. Gary was incredibly open and communicative, and we really enjoyed watching the eclipse from the backyard and the sunset over the water. Thanks Gary!

We wanted to get away to celebrate our anniversary and our friend’s birthday. This was the perfect place. Beautiful location, well furnished and equipped. We had one glitch, and the owner responded quickly. We think this could become our “ go to getaway”. BTW GO BUCKS!

We’ve stayed at this house multiple times and every time is so relaxing. The house was clean and has all of the towels and bedding we could possibly need. The kitchen also has lots of helpful things like coffee, condiments, and salt/pepper. Being right on the water is so lovely, and it’s only 20 min from Bellefountain, so we always spend an afternoon there. We like to eat a the local Root Beer Stand and the coffee shop in town is delicious, too. Gary is lovely and kind and responds quickly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. The sunsets off the deck and the relaxing evenings by the firepit were the highlight of our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing all weekend. Gary was a wonderful host and was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Awesome family vacation spot! Lots of fishing and relaxing as a family. Great local restaurants. Property is great. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the beautiful sunsets. Definitely plan on returning!

We had a good time with excellent weather on a beautiful lake. We brought our two digs with us and walked the neighborhood each morning and evening. The people we met on our walks in the neighborhood were friendly. The house was very nicely situated on a dock which provided awesome sunset views directly across the lake. We were unable to use the kayak's due to the combination of distance down to the water from the dock (we really didn't want to fall in the water) With that said, the water appeared to be clean and there was no unpleasant smell and there were others playing in the water next door. We also saw lots of fish jumping in the morning around the immediate area.

We tried out Indian Lake for the first time and this house was a cute place to stay for a short getaway for our family of 5. It is a great location on the water. We rented a boat and being here made it easy to come and go. We had everything we needed to cook meals in. We would def stay again. The firepit and amazing sunsets were a bonus.

Everything was great except weather. We brought our little dog and the green patch outside was perfect size for her. All was quiet and very restful. Plenty of places to sleep and spread out. Stairs were a little steep for me and my dog but that is nothing our host could help. Both balconies were great too. Gary was wonderful host. Thank you :)

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back! The house is great! It is clean and comfortable. The property sits right on the water and has a wonderful view. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Gary is great and makes the check in/out process easy.

We absolutely loved our visit for Mother's Day weekend. The house was amazing and exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well stocked kitchen. The highlight truely was the outside deck area . We enjoyed having a glass of wine by the firetable as we watched the kiddos fish from the dock. The location to everything you need is perfect. We will definitely be back!

The location of this house on the lake is perfect. Protected from the main lake winds and wake so you are able to enjoy the dock even in colder weather. The fire pit makes it pleasant to sit out and listen to the night sounds. Both upper balconies face water which is a bonus so you can have your morning coffee protected from the sunrise or set while still enjoying the view of it.

This property on the waterside is something that is special. Having a propane fire pit next to the water is great amazing. Also he provides Netflix and YouTube tv which we use to gather and end the night off with. Just greatness.

If you’re a lake girl, this is the place for you . . . sunrises over the water in front of the house and sunsets over the water at the back of the house. Both bedrooms have water views. It feels very open with tall windows and lots of sunlight. We had a great stay and hope to make it a yearly tradition. The host was superb at answering questions in a timely manner.

This is the cutest house. The view of the lake was magnificent and the sunset and sunrise were magnificent. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The table facing the lake was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. The landlord was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this stay.

This property may be one of the best on the lake for a getaway! Two rooms, one with the best view we have had to date of Indian Lake. The sunsets here would be PERFECT! We had an incredible snowstorm over the water that was in itself and amazing spectacle. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend

The view of sunsets from this house were fantastic. The outdoor deck area and gas fire pit are great for relaxing out by the water during the day or evening. The bed was comfortable and the entire house had a very comfortable cozy feel to it.
