Dadurch, dass auch die Nächte so heiß waren, konnte man nicht wirklich erholsam schlafen. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt beim P

Die Lage war strandnah, ein kleiner Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Dekoration war sehr ansprechend. Die Betten waren bequem. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Flossen waren das Highlight für unsere große Tochter. Abends konnte man auf der Terrasse den Sturmtauchern lauschen. Die Bepflanzung im Aussenbereich war hübsch anzusehen.

Die Sauberkeit lies leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Geschirr haben wir nochmals gespült. Die Spülmaschine haben wir erstmal komplett gereinigt. Die Waschmaschine hat soviel Sand und Bonbonpapier zwischen den Gummilippen gesammelt, dass wir zwar versucht haben, alles herauszuholen, aber es hätte auch hier eine Reinigung der Abflusssiebe etc. benötigt. Waschen wollten wir hier nicht. Auf Beschwerde hatte die Vermieterin uns angeboten, nochmal jemanden zum Putzen zu schicken. Also ein Entgegenkommen war da. Das wollten wir allerdings auch nicht, hatten ja schon selbst Hand angelegt. Wir hatten gerade alles ausgepackt und wollten unseren Urlaub genießen. Leider waren wir an sehr heißen Tagen dort. Zu beachten ist: Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator im Wohnzimmer fiel schon auseinander. Er wurde scheinbar schon öfter geklebt. In der Küche haben wir am letzten Abend noch eine Kakerlake hinter die Küchenschränke huschen sehen. Der Poolbereich ist leider auch nicht sehr gepflegt. Das Wasser im Pool war zumindest in den ersten Tagen sehr sauber, aber die Anlage drum herum sah ungepflegt aus. Überquellende Mülleimer. Mehr oder weniger Rasen drum herum. Es interessiert hier niemanden, ob ständig vom Beckenrand ins Wasser gesprungen wird, was dazu führte, dass Tage später noch das Gras im vorher sauberen Poolwasser schwamm. Sehr sehr schade. Der zweite Pool direkt neben dem Zimmer war geschlossen und nur Baustelle. Ein weiterer negativer Faktor war der fehlende Parkplatz. Da die Wohnung ziemlich strandnah liegt und man auf die Parkplätze an der unteren Straße angewiesen ist, musste man schon sehr großes Glück haben, um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Gerade beim Entladen oder Einladen der Koffer sehr nervig.

Séjour magique en famille

Superbe appartement, bien rénové et à la décoration charmante. Terrasse parfaite pour apprécier le coucher de soleil.

Malheureusement, la piscine à proximité directe de l’appartement était fermée (travaux)

Great location, beautiful apartment. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and on a great location. The Los Gigantes cliffs are a magnificent scenery to wake up to. The app has all the facilities needed for a stay, there are small markets a couple of minutes away, so is the small beach Los Guios. It is also a great departure point for travelling around the island if you have rented a car.

Just a little more attention to cleaning - it looked like there was no vacuuming done under the beds. But not so frustrating to tarnish the experience.

Fantastic sunsets!

The apartment has all equipment needed for a comfortable stay, like a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, pool towels, smart tv, great WiFi etc. I’m general the place looks very stylish, furnished clearly by people who care about aesthetics. Pool is big and clean. The second smaller pool was closed during our stay. The apartment is walking distance to the Los Gigantes black sand beach and several restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great stay with amazing sunsets from our balcony!

Due to roadworks we couldn’t park the car close by. 10 am checkout time is bit early for our liking.

Superb

We love Los Gigantes and we fell in love with My Ocean place - just gorgeous terrace that is the essence of the appartment, rooms, equipment etc. A beautiful place that I am recommending to everyone.

Basically THE ONLY thing was the bed as it did not suit us; after sleeping in it for a few days we were waking up with a sore back.

the view is stunning. location is super comfortable, but car rent still recommended to visit other places as well. 5 min to go to the beach and restaurants clean kitchen is well-equipped great terrace with the table and coach 2 bedrooms (3 beds) usb sockets beach towels lidl 15 min by foot, 5 min car

if you are caring about your hair - take a hairdryer with you check out time - 10AM with no prolongation

Superb

The introduction and information to find the place were very helpful and complete. The host was really responsive and fast to answer any question. The view was great, the apartment cleaning standard was exceptional. The apartment furniture was new and modern, just as in the pictures.

The toilet had some splashing on the floor when flushing. You can hear the noise from the neighbors in the morning, especially when someone leaves early. The main bedroom curtains could be darker to avoid sunlight to come in, nothing major but may matter to some.

Great location and views were spectacular. Just a short walk to some lovely restaurants. Lovely to have cold wine and beer in the fridge on arrival.

Sundowners at My Ocean

Apartment is wonderfully fresh smelling, tastefully furnished and easy to live in. Fab location good neighbours ( quiet).Fab shower/ bathroom layout. Lighting is smart & economical. Happily stayed longer

Parking is fraught but this is exacerbated by a street one down being resurfaced. No works actually been done through our stay. Oh plus "Carnival" time wouldn't help either Mitigating circumstances.

Superb

Very clean and tidy. It was in a lovely area.

There was only 2 cups, luckily i brought my own. We couldn't work the safe. Everytime we flushed the toilet water shot out onto the floor.

Great place to stay.

Beautiful apartment. Great views looking towards the amazing sea cliffs. Sadly it wasn't warm enough to sit on the terrace, but that didn't alter the aspect. The apartment is light and bright, well appointed and clean. Extremely well equipped. Plenty of room for storing clothes etc. Beds really comfortable. Short walk in the port and nearby eateries and bars. Able to use the pool too. Couldn't fault it.

Great apartment with an ocean view

It's a great location, with a very nice large terrace and a great view of the ocean and Los Gigantes. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay Parking place available on the street, so that's a plus👌

Nothing to mention, the only incovenient was the early check-out, at 10.00, as we had a late flight. But this was communicated from the beginning.

Stunning apartment with lovely views

The location is superb. A stunning view over the sea. The balcony is a perfect place to chill and the apartment is really lovely. There was unexpected building work on the site when we visited. The hosts were really kind as they were not aware it was going to happen and gave us a bottle of wine and a free transfer to our next accommodation. Really went above and beyond to solve the issue as soon as they knew.

The big shared pool downstairs needs some TLC and painting (nothing to do with the apartment owners) but the little pool near the apartment is nicer. The sea is lovely and extremely clean and just a few minutes walk. All the restaurants are within walking distance as is the supermarket

Lovely apartment with amazing view

A couple of issues getting into property and an overcharge, but the Accomodation is beautiful.

Directions could have been better - the location was hard to find even with Google maps. As a consequence we arrived later than expected, only to be told by a neighbour that our Apartment B5 had been occupied by other people earlier that day. Had it not been for another neighbour phoning the owner, we would have been stranded as we had no phone signal at the apartment area. However, we were sent to another of the apartment and we were relieved to find that it was all as described. The facilities were excellent, and the view was beautiful. We particularly liked the filtered water system.

Lack of precise directions. Hassle at the start as our Apartment was already occupied and we had no phone signal to call the owners. Double bed wasn’t very comfortable - firm with no softness. TV was in German? Couldn’t log in to our Netflix/Amazon prime etc just to watch a movie. EDIT: Anyone else been charged an extra €20 after they’d booked and paid in full? Trying to resolve by opening up a query with booking.com after contacting the owners. The owners say they do not have access to credit card details and booking.com say the cost was increased - this means whilst we were on holiday a further €20 was taken from our credit card without our authorisation? We had no correspondence via either the owner or booking.com to say that they had had to change our accommodation to another apartment as indicated by the owner. Definitely nothing in the ‘Tip’ section of any correspondence. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they are handled that is the true testament to the whole experience of your stay. If the owner would like to prove otherwise? EDIT: 13.12.2022 So finally after much of our time (almost daily since we came home) to-ing and fro-ing and sending bank details/paperwork etc to Booking.com, they have now confirmed that the Owner has now authorised the extra charge to be refunded - it will take 7-12 working days to reach me, but in fairness Booking.com have kept us up to date. We've had a number of excuses - My bank made the charge (this was not correct) - Currency exchange - (Incorrect) etc., but today this is their response, so I would advise to be vigilante as the Owner has never admitted to this?? "The extra charge of 20 EUR took place because the property modified the cleaning fee from 50 EUR to 70 EUR. We have contacted the property and ask them to confirm if they agree to have the 20 EUR refunded. We will get back to you within 24h with a response"

It was amazing!

The view of the ocean from the terrace is gorgeous! Los Gigantes cliff also can be seen. The best part of the day was always the breakfast on the terrace with my family. If nothing else this would worth the price alone!

So the air conditioning is just a fan above the bed, but the overall climate is very good at night, so it does not need then. It would be needed sometimes during the afternoon in the apartment, but not on the terace, because there is always a light breeze there.

I highly recommend this place. Feels likes brand new! Great location with amazing views.

The location is probably the best in the area. The majestic Los Gigantes can be seen from the terrace. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. You can arrange a stylish convertible with them to explore the area.
