Great Stay in Ha Noi

Nhung is a great host. She did help us with the few inquiries we had. Easy to get a hold of. Always supportive. The hotel is well located, even though not in the old French Quarter. Most places you want to visit are a short taxi ride away. We enjoyed the kitchen and the balcony. No views from the balcony but out of the busy noise of the traffic. Overall, a nice stay. Next time in Hạ Nói we would surely love to stay here again.

Superb

Great location not far from sites like the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and National Assembly. Nhung was a wonderful hostess. She communicated well before our arrival, arranged for airport pickup, and gave great recommendations for food options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We liked the ability to do laundry but it was quite hot on the 9th floor...that's Hanoi in the summer.

Great location, clean, comfortable and stylish rooms with accommodating staff.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Ms. Nhung arranged a ride from the airport to the property and allowed me to check in past midnight, which I greatly appreciate! She was overall very helpful and accommodating of any needs I had. The building is located in a less touristy area, near the botanical garden and some historic government buildings. There are nice restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. The lake is also just a short walk away, so overall good location.

I have nothing negative to say.

It’s really nice place. We were here for a month. It’s clean, friendly and atmosphere is really kind. You will be feeling safe here in every aspect of being. Also you can can motorbike here. Location is good. Not the quietest place, but not annoying. And this is a centre of the city. Definitely worth it.

Great view from the top! Good value. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good hosts, nice location. About a 5 minute walk to the "botanical garden", 10 minutes from there by bus to the popular hoan kiem district. Really nice to just walk around this hotel's area as well. Street here is a bit noisy at times, but less so than the rest of Ha Noi. Great view from the top! Good value. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A cozy and comfortable haven in Hanoi

At Eco Nest Apartments, the building manager Ms. Nhung is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure that the experience of staying there will be relaxing and enjoyable. The other staff members there are also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. After reading reviews of Eco Nest, I had high hopes for a great stay. My expectations were exceeded. Highly recommended!

I wish that visas for visiting Vietnam were l Ionger than the currently available 30-day visa so that I could easily extend my stay here.

A place with great facilities and caring owners where you will feel at home.

Getting the key was very easy, the owner has a reception room and greets you on arrival. The room was spacious, exactly like on the photos, everything was of high quality and the décor delightful. The TV was huge, the bed very comfortable. Having the kitchen external to the room means there are no issues with any cooking smell in the room. The kitchen was well equipped, there was also a microwave and the induction plate was terrific. The little outside area was very pleasant, with a table and stools, and had some lovely plants. Having 2 doors opening on the outside meant it was easy to ventilate the room with the ceiling fan in addition to the side window, which suited me better than using the aircon (also very efficient). Having a sitting area in addition to a table and chairs was very useful. The room was well soundproofed although the main road noise is not close anyway. The security is very high, and there are only one other room on the same floor so it is very quiet. The laundry facilities and the gym on the terrace were a bonus. Mrs Nhung and her family are genuinely caring about the comfort of their guests, it felt like home. There are ample restaurants and street food vendors around eco nest, and the supermarket is very close. The botanic gardens are a 5 minutes walk and are very pleasant.

Excellent and comfy.

Great Location, almost brand new building and suite. Very clean and access was easy and convenient. Laundry on the top floor was a great additional.

Everything was great and the host was very quick at responding to any messages.

Just excellent, great service, beautiful spaces.They have a little gym and sitting area upstairs and a chance to do your laundry for free. Felt safe and at home there.

Mildly inconvenient location if you don't drive.They do offer motorbikes for rent.

Great host, great apartment, and good location.

The host is amazing and the place is just as seen in the pictures.

The location is convenient, but it’s loud and busy. It’s hard to get around if you’re not on a motorcycle because it’s not pedestrian-friendly.
