Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm

Ngõ nhỏ, chỗ để xe hơi chật, không có sẵn nước lọc trong phòng

Basics. Room. Bed. Shower. Sink.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and secure. It was a safe space to return to.

This is as basic as a room gets. They didn’t even provide soap to wash our hands. There is no heating so we were very cold when we stayed.

PESIMO CON LETRAS MAYÚSCULAS!! Instalaciones nuevas y modernas pero joder: NO HAN LIMPIADO ESE HOTELITO EN LA VIDA! Llegamos a las 22:00 a aquel pasillo creepy, vimos el hotelito con todo su diseño modernito y dijimos “ni tan mal”…pero cuando entramos, aquello fue un fiasco total. La primera señal fueron los pelos de antiguos huéspedes, decidimos mirar mejor y el baño tenía hasta un papel flotando, las toallas sucias, muy bien dobladas pero sucias, las sábana con la marca que queda cuando alguien duerme en ellas.

Acabamos revisando habitación por habitación, buscando un cambio de habitación, la que no tenía caca en el inodoro, tenía un papel flotando y las sábanas y toallas estaban sucias en todas las habitaciones, el suelo tenía una suciedad que la mochila negra se puso blanca del tirón. Abandono total en cuanto a la limpieza. No cumplen ni los protocolos mínimos de higiene.

Tuyệt vời sẽ quay lại

Phòng rất tốt so với giá tiền , sạch sẽ , nội thất chỉn chu cảm giác như ở nhà , có Netflix là điểm cộng . bộ vài bước là ra hồ , ngay cạnh đó là đó là tuyến phố ăn uống sầm uất .

It’s doesn’t have much amenities which is fine but they don’t have proper blanket it’s just a thin sheet

Tucked away, my room was generally quiet apart from some guests. Good location for centrally situated sites.

Although I'd informed the accommodation my time of arrival, I was told my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to leave my stuff in the corner of my unready room and run to a meeting. My entry code became invalid on my second day, and I had to contact the property to get back inside.

One of the worst check-ins in my life: first of all it is very hard to find this place, we found it only because of nice townies. Nobody was expecting us, lady that came was almost surprised to see us. We arrived at 4pm and rooms were still not prepared. Person that gave us key wanted us to pay with cash but when we asked where we can exchange money she said she doesn’t know so she agreed for card payment. Room needed a better cleaning tho - we found a thick black hair in our sheets (none of us is brunette). Worst thing is an absolute lack of contact with them - first I asked about airport transfer and got no answer. Later I informed them that we have a cold water in one of the rooms (later it turned out that other room also had cold water running in the shower) and still got no answer, so we were left alone with this problem. Check-out was also a funny experience as we left keys on the table downstairs, somebody saw us leaving with luggages and asked if we are checking-out, to that we said yes, the person said “ok” and that was our goodbye. What a pleasure.

It's so nice to come and go whenever you want without anyone noticing you.

Very welcoming and home like. Super nice stuff and clean rooms.

It's a little a hard to find at first.
