The space
This is our sole property, where we personal focus on your stay, not so on many investment properties. While many local VRBOs are basement spaces with people living directly above you and with limited daylight/ceiling height...here you have our quiet and huge view TOP floor! Reminder, there are stairs.
Private, spacious, quiet, welcoming. Full of art and designer furnishings. Fast WiFi,(300+Mbps). A 4K HD TV with Bose sound bar, featuring 100’s of HD channels including Max, Netflix, Hulu…even foreign language channels. A TV remote you simply speak to find your favorite show! Your place, cool even on the hottest days with professionally installed air conditioning. Overall, a VERY COOL SPACE.
Guest access
It is all yours! A private exterior stairs takes you to your top floor apartment. Keyless door lock makes check in/out safe and easy. No keys to worry about. Arrive/depart on your schedule. No need to check in with the host! On street parking for free without overnight restrictions, not so in most central Seattle neighborhoods. (Belltown is metered parking 8am to 8pm. Park in Capitol Hill overnight and expect a $75 ticket on that rental car for a non resident vehicle.) All guests find available parking within the surrounding block of our apartment, many within view of their stay.
Other things to note
The price listed reflects one or two person occupancy. We do have a comfortable daybed in a separate den for a third person for a charge of $25 additional per night.
If current guest scheduling allows... we will entertain early check ins/outs for a charge of $15 to $75 per event. 3 hour early check in/out for $15... or if needed (overnight flight?), an early morning check in or evening check out for $50/ $75. Understanding, we will have to change our availability schedule for the very early morning /late evening changes.
We recently purchased two electric bikes. Steve offers an hour and a half guided tour of Queen for $25 a bike. It involves an easy ride through the neighborhood discovering the best of the Hill and womderful outlooks from all directions. We have helmets to borrow also. Lastly, for everyone’s safety there one exterior camera at the approach to the VRBO.

This VRBO is excellent in every way. It was clean, attractively decorated, spacious, well located, and the hosts provided many thoughtful extras that you do not normally find. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The upstairs apartment had really comfy bed, lots of thoughtful touches and well-equipped with the latest appliances, dishes, and furnishings. We walked to coffee shops and restaurants in the area and appreciated suggestions from our hosts!

Steven and Jocelyn put in the special touches to make our stay wonderful! The apartment was so cute and comfortable and they had some local treats in the fridge for us to start our stay. I especially liked the honeysuckle lined pathway to our apartment because it smelled delightful!

Wow, simply exceptional and unbeatable. You will walk in and immediately wish that it was your own home. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the most thoughtful touches. This place has everything you could ever possibly want and need, and then more!! We kept finding more things as our stay went on. Genuinely, Steve & Jocelyn are the greatest and most attentive hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else - this is our Seattle home each time we are in the city now! We can’t say enough positive things about it. If this was a hotel, it would be 5* without a doubt. Also, the location is fantastic, easy access to Queen Anne and a short drive or bus ride downtown, or you could walk. We did. The walk back up the hill wasn’t as fun! Thanks for being astounding hosts and ensuring that our honeymoon trip ended with such a high.

The apartment is awesome. Exactly as shown in listing. Maybe better ! Snacks and drinks so appreciated. Location couldn’t be better if you spend time in Queen Anne. Host was easy to communicate with. Now…. If Seattle could just have a little less rain… 😂.

Beautiful home that is a 10-12 min drive from the Seattle convention center and a 6-7 min drive from Chihuly Garden and Glass. Very communicative and thoughtful hosts - would definitely come back!

When we got to the property, we were treated to some snacks and chocolates to tide us over until we had our first meal. The living space was so comfortable and welcoming with many small touches of pillows, blankets, beautiful pictures, and the Sunday morning paper. And Jocelyn was so great with communication! We're looking forward to being back there soon.

This little "apartment in the city" exceeded our expectations! Every room was well thought out, from the
tasteful decorations to the welcoming snacks, the books, puzzles and games, and the comfy robes in the closet. We walked the entire neighborhood - so convenient! Loved our visit.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment which was light-filled, roomy and nicely equipped. A selection of restaurants and shopping was an easy walk away and I appreciated emailed suggestions that were sent about the neighborhood. Bedding and amenities were generous and comfortable. I would happily stay here again. Thank you.

Queen Anne is a super cute neighborhood to stay in. Steve and Jocelyn went above and beyond with their rental. Wow! We got in late, due to a delayed flight-and the fire place was on for us. The rental space is spacious, clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the local snacks and eggs left for us The bus stop is a 4 minute walk and gets you anywhere in the city! We will be back.

Perfect place for our needs of visiting daughter in college in Seattle. The home was clean and the owners made us feel at home with treats in fridge and freezer upon our arrival. Communication was great and we felt so at home. Many little touches showed the others take pride in renting out their home to guests. Highly recommend this home in a great area of Seattle.

The apartment is beautiful in a great location. We have been doing holiday rentals around the world for the last 10 years and stayed in some wonderful places. However, this really does surpass them all. The hosts have thought of everything and we loved finding little hidden notes. Queen Anne really does feel like a lovely place to live and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in Seattle.

Property was great, wish the balcony was a little bigger since there were 3 adults staying there, but otherwise a great place! Thoughtful touches on the place like a vase of flowers, coffee and real cream, snacks! Great area! Love the older neighborhood.

Others have filled details. Suffice it to say that the property and owners are top shelf. I recommend this for a Seattle stay.

Love this property! Would 100% stay here on our next visit to the area. Had all the essentials to a wonderful stay, clean and comfortable plus thoughtful extras like a few groceries, coffee and tea, and even some “toys” like an adorable picnic basket & small cooler and beach towels that made me really want to take a picnic to the beach. Next time! It’s located super close to the main shopping drag of Queen Anne with its restaurants and shops. I loved the little nooks and crannies of the space which provided different areas to hang out. Very cleverly laid out to take advantage of the unique space. Even a great work space/desk area if needed. We did not do any cooking but it looked like it had all the essentials in the kitchen.

The hosts attend to every detail. Nice touches from refrigerator goodies, local guide books and a picnic basket in the "toy" closet. Very walkable neighborhood. Good value.

This place was outstanding. The hosts were so nice and left little things everywhere for us. They even hooked up and extra A/C to combat the heat wave that was happening. It was just such a pleasant stay. Hopefully I can get back there someday.

Great stay in a great neighborhood
Steve and Jocelyn were wonderful hosts, and I truly enjoyed staying in their beautiful Craftsman home in the heart of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and generously accommodated my scheduling needs. The home is in a perfect central location - walkable to Seattle’s downtown, and the neighborhood is full of cute shops, bakeries, and nice restaurants. But most of all, the place was a nice, quiet refuge, with a comfortable bed - perfect after my long days out exploring the city. Plus the home was full of thoughtful little treats and notes which really made me feel special and treated well as a guest.

Outstanding!
What an amazing house and hosts! Every detail was taken care of from a pantry and fridge stocked with thoughtfully selected local delicacies, to a fluffy warm robe. The owners even carried our luggage up the stairs. It was so delightful to sit on the balcony sipping a glass of chilled wine while overlooking Seattle. I even enjoyed the owner's cousin's inspiring book!
