Guest access
There are many great aspects of this condo building that can be accessed by our guests.
There is a small gym, perfect for a quick workout to burn off some of the great food you will be eating while in the city.
There is a business center (currently closed due to Covid reasons) if you do not have your computer with you and need to get online or print something.
Sorry we do not allow packages to be delivered however there are Amazon Lockers across in the building across the street.
However by far the best space available to our guests is the rooftop. Day or night, this area is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink, or meal (Barbecue's are available on a first come, first served basis) and take in the spectacular views. You wont miss the space needle, showing off her beauty, or the cityscape on the other side of the rooftop. You also get a peek of the bay!
Other things to note
The check out is 11am. That is when our cleaner arrives. If you leave after 11am and our cleaner can't clean on time and has to come back later, the double of the cleaning fee will be charged. Parking is very expensive in Seattle and traffic can be very bad so leaving and coming back at a later time is very time consuming and quite a burden.

Property is very clean and a pleasure to stay in. The rooftop space is incredible. Within good walking distance to Seattle tourism hotspots. I would use this location again.

Super clean and comfortable place to stay in Seattle’s Belltown district. Very quiet. Close to a lot of good food and coffee, and easy walking distance to Pike Public Market. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This space provided a well situated home base for visiting the aquarium, space needle, glass museum and pop culture museum.

We chose our stay based on proximity to the sights we wanted to see in Seattle. Our host clearly communicated all necessary information with us to make sure their place was a good fit for our family - which it was. We were a short walk to the Seattle Center and all of its offerings. The walk to Pike Place and the ferry were all doable with our young children (ages 8 and 11). The place was neat, clean, and comfortable. There was a standing AC unit, which was useful as we visited during a hotter-than-usual weekend, as well as a standing fan. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked, though we didn't do any cooking during our stay. The washer and dryer was perfect to assist us in not having to pack so much for our trip - detergent was also provided by host. The view from the rooftop was amazing. Overall, I can't recommend Seattle Fashion place enough. We loved our stay.

Just needed a 1 night stay from our cruise to Seattle sightseeing. This was perfect.

Clean, small studio in Belltown with a nice kitchen, washer and dryer. Easy to get to and get in, clean and good locator the inner core of Seattle.

We took the clipper over from Victoria, the property was a short walk from the pier! Close to coffee shops and some great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious for 2 people.

I couldn’t have asked for anything better when staying in Seattle. Claire was super great and so easy to work with and checked in before, during, and at the tail end of the trip to ensure everything was going well. The place is extremely cute and very well kept. The courtyard view was great and the rooftop view of the Space Needle was even better. 100% recommend.

Adorable property in a great neighborhood! Loved all the extra amenities the washer & dryer was a bonus! Super helpful with a few minor issues that came up! Only thing we couldn’t fix was the futon bed…if you’re a tall family like us you won’t fit on it! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, just what we needed, and the host was fabulous! Highly recommend!

Theater, dinner, museums, water and shopping - access to everything! Comfortable and quiet.

Great stay, the property was as descibed. Clean, great ammenities and easy to work with. It is nice they provide internet, but it is a cell based internet with poor service and our phones had poor service as well so that was our only issue and not really owner's fault just something to be aware of.

My fiancé and I took a trip to Seattle for our anniversary / engagement. Enjoyed the area and the property. Would highly recommend.

We loved our weekend away in Seattle staying at the Montreaux condo. We were close to a lot of the sites we wanted to see during our stay and a lot of cute restaurants and cafes around. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Seattle.

Claire is such a great host!! The condo was perfect for a 2 day stay prior to our cruise. Condo was very clean and so well stocked. It was such a pleasurable stay. The roof top deck at night was absolutely beautiful enjoyed the sites and cool breezes with a glass of wine

Clean and cute

Around the corner from the best French bakery in Seattle, and several super fine restaurants! The studio is very clean and the firm mattress is one of the most comfortable I've slept on! 2 downsides however: terribly loud dumpster and glass back alley noise occurred one night at 10:45 PM and then again at 6 AM for 10 minutes ea time.
4.8
We needed a quick place to stay in Seattle in walking distance to all the sites, before we headed to a weekend at The Gorge. This checked all our boxes with it being conveniently located and quick drive from the airport.

Very nice rental would rent again. Very comfy and great location.

For the most part this was a nice place to stay for a quick night. I would not want to stay any longer due to discomfort of bed and room was hot. They did provide a room ac unit that struggled to cool it down. The access to it was simple and it is located close to many touristic places. Otherwise, it was nice and clean.

Everything in walking distance, with a nice rooftop patio for evening chilling.

Claire’s condo was great! Very nice location. I would stay again.

Very well appointed efficiency unit on 5th floor and just as advertised. One elevator wasn’t working making the up-&-down waits longer than necessary but that’s the only complaint. The rooftop terrace and workout room were bonuses. Our Host C… was super responsive and nice to work with. Would definitely recommend.

After some brief confusion about how to get into the building, we found this a lovely condo that was situated close to the Space Needle and the waterfront. Our host Claire communicated with us every day we were there to make sure everything was going well.

Amazing place. The rooftop is gorgeous. Claire is super nice,
