Great location in NW Meridian. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 20. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.
The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.
