Nothing
The room was bare not comfortable. I was uneasy there I did not like it

Property looks new with nice finishes. Easy access from the interstate.
The light switches are confusing, with more time I may have figured it out.

The clean bathroom and the clean shower

The location was very convenient right off the highway
The bath tub was dirty and full of hair. I cleaned it myself. The people upstairs were so loud running around and blasting music until 2-3 am every night. I complained to the front desk and nothing happened or changed. There were only 2 towels in a room for 4 people, no hand towels. The hallways smell so bad!

Great front desk help. Hard working employees, keeping lobby clean, free of water/ice, and clean bathrooms. Accommodating to issues in two rooms.
Drain in bathtub in first room didn’t work. Second room tv remote didn’t work.

Convenient location
There seem to be men who hang out, drink and even urinate in the parking lot and every night. The only place that is clean is the front reception. You can’t even get a complimentary cup of coffee or ice. There is one overpriced vending machine for the whole property. There is a gym but the tv from the wall is just missing. They say that they’ll clean your room biweekly, but no one ever came and so much is swept my floor I had to buy my own broom, dustpan and a plunger, because that seems to be a problem with their toilets constantly as well. Elevator was grimy and never wiped down. It’s smells terrible all over in the hotel and when you turn the air on.

Very little. The only positive was that is was clean and located close to the freeway.
This was the most poorly appointed hotel we’ve ever stayed in for the price. Frankly, Motel 6 is vastly better and less expensive. There were no hand towels, only one bar of soap to cover both hands/face and shower, no basic conveniences like a hairdryer or iron without going to the front desk, very thin walls, etc. Beyond that, it was located in an area without food options or even a grocery store anywhere nearby. Really a ripoff for the price!

There was no breakfast. No dishes or silverware. They charge 2 dollars for coffee.
A lot of things

Not even a coffee pot for our own coffee in the room. Or glasses for a drink of water.

Location near freeway is good.
even near eagle and freeway, it was quiet.
I liked that we could open our window a bit for air.
the traffic on eagle is bad and though we were right on the freeway, on Friday at 5:20 it took us 20-25 min to get on the freeway.
the property is an extended stay and very basic. thankfully you can request an iron and hairdryer, but there is nothing in the room. also only two thin towels. beds had double sheets. there was one comforter folded on the shelf but we had to go down and get one for the second bed.
the beds were just a little too soft.

Location was great. Building is new and clean.
We were switched to a king without being notified. When we asked the front desk about it they said they over booked and that’s all they had for us even though we booked weeks in advance and noted there was 2 adults and a teen. They said there was a pull out couch and no other options. there was no line. for the couch bed and after requesting some they only brought a sheet and 4 pillow cases but no extra pillows or blanket. We also had no bathroom linens and had to go back down to get them from the front desk. The young lady who checked us in was zero help with the whole situation. However the night shift attendant was very apologetic and made sure we had linens.
Our room door also did not shut with out us letting up and slamming it. When we first checked in some staff helping house keeping saw this and just laughed about it. We reported it again to the night staff and she said she would make sure to notify maintenance.

It was kinda clean. We noticed some stuff Atilla left behind. No biggie I guess.
The shower head. It sucked. There is no pressure of a shower head. I adjusted and nothing. It was lame. Get better shower pressure or fix it.

Very noisy - dogs barking in the hall and not kept in rooms. No utensils in kitchen. One bar of soap total for room shower and sink.

The room had a full size fridge and stove
The customer service and hotel workers were kind of rude

It was a great stay! The hotel was set up for long term stay with a kitchenette and laundry basket. We only need a quick night so it worked for us too. Our dogs were welcomed and we were even able to borrow a bowl when we couldn’t find ours. The service was wonderful and friendly.
Two things that weren’t ideal but definitely didn’t deter us. The wood floors in the room made it a bit louder between the rooms, but also made the rooms look very nice and no worries for questionable carpets. Second, the bed frames were not secured to the headboard so we had to be careful with our kids not pushing too much against the bed and moving it away from the wall.

First room was dirty along with the second room. Staff were arguing, rude and unprofessional!!

There was no breakfast offered which was ok, but there wasn't even a cup of coffee available. My receipt from booking. com said we would be charged $102.59. When we arrived we were charged $113.19. I guess it was because we had a dog. This was supposed to be a pet friendly motel. They also charged us $50 deposit in case their was damage, which was uncharged after the stay.
