We came up for the weekend for my God child's wedding. We were .5 miles away from the venue. The Owner made sure everything was good for us for the stay

Has all the amenities you may have forgotten. Great spot to use as a hub to get around and see all of Maine. Great downtown and local dogpark. Bath does close up early each night, most places close at 5pm.

This was the perfect property for our family getaway-7 adults, a baby plus family dogs (loved that fenced in yard!!). The house was spacious with a dining room that easily sat all of us, extremely comfortable bedrooms and several sitting areas allowing us to both be together and spread out as desired. The host was readily available to answer any questions, and most important, the house was immaculate. Great location within walking distance of downtown historic Bath. Perfect location!

We brought a group of 7 to the property and it was beautiful, organized and in a central location. There were binders to guide us on where to find things, extra toiletries of all kinds, and even loads of coffee and candy as a bonus! The home was spacious with several areas for groups to gather. We had a great time!

The rooms as set up with a variety of sitting areas which suited our party of 8 adults aged 65 to 84 very well. The house is stocked with any basics you might need, with cupboards labeled and inventory provided - the organisation is amazing. The heating system provided an even temperature throughout the house, which was very comfortable during a damp, cool early May. An attractive and comfortable home in the midst of historical Bath. Perfect.

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. And I have never been in a more organized home. The location is close to coffee, restaurants, library, shopping and museums. My 80/90 year old parents were not able to use the 2nd floor as the stairs are pretty steep but no worries they stayed in the beautiful bedroom and used the washroom on the first floor.

Although a little hard to find with a hidden driveway, our large group had such a great stay at this historic farmhouse. Pet-friendly owners; comfy, oversized beds; great space inside and out; and I've never seen such close attention to detail! Everything one could need was made available—even tiny items that are oft-forgotten when traveling.
I've stayed at dozens of home rentals over the last decade-plus, so I really appreciated how the hosts went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Sure, it's an old farmhouse with some quirks here and there, but that's part of the charm. We had a great time exploring Bath and hope to be back this summer!

The Ouse was perfect in every way. More importantly, the communication from the owners and manager before and during our stay was really great. They have thought of everything.. Anything you could possibly need is already there with clear instructions. We needed nothing. They even supply things most other rentals do not. EVERYTHING is labeled and there is a house manual, maps, charts with where to locate things in the house, etc. Right in town but not noisy at all. You can walk to the main part of Bath in 5 minutes. REALLY loved this place and it is run in a first class manner. Thank you for a great few days!

Can’t say enough about this place! Awesome communication from owners/manager before and during our stay. Great house, has everything you could possible think of or need in any way. Stocked with amenities. Charts and manuals telling you where everything is and labels in everything. Really, really great. We had 9 people and 3 dogs. Right in town and you can walk to everything. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

This house had so much room for a large family gathering. Two living areas, as well as the dining room. It was well stocked with everything from Q-tips to toilet paper. They were even chocolates as a welcome gift on the counter. The kitchen small appliance Selection was impressive, as well as the number of plates, silverware, cups, glasses, and anything else you could desire, including spices, coffee, tea, and other miscellaneous items available for your use. There is a large king size bedroom on the main level for anyone who can’t manage the steep staircase is going up to the second level bedrooms. It also was a great location as it was within walking distance to downtown Bath’s many restaurants and shops. We would definitely book this house again as Ryan, our contact, was very kind, friendly and prompt answering any questions that we had.
I would definitely recommend this house for your next family gathering.

Our immediate family of 10, consisting of 4 generations, enjoyed our stay very much at this lovely home in Bath. It was very clean and perfect for extended family in the area to gather for our Christmas celebration. The amenities were well thought out and readily available, both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location so close to the park and downtown. We definitely would love to stay again!

Great location and home! Had everything our family of 6 needed. Less than 5 min walk to downtown shops, waterfront and restaurants. Lots of space and privacy for all the guests. The owners have thought of every detail / need and have it there for you (coffee, laundry supplies, toiletries, etc, etc, etc). Loved that all the cabinets had labels indicating what was inside and the quick reference guide posted by the main door so you could quickly find anything you needed. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bath or local area. Very convenient access and drive to Brunswick/Bowdoin College as well.

This is an historic house in Bath Maine circa 1790! Initially a little hard to find as the house is between to structures on the street and has an entrance between 900 and 906. 904 is off the street ~ 40 yards. House is in immaculate shape. Well stocked for a large gathering with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware for up to 12. We only had 7 but felt great. We know Bath well and have been coming to the area for > 15 years. Outdoor gas grill and furniture are in excellent condition.

Our stay in Bath was really special. We were so close to everything we wanted to do, and the town is as charming as the house. The amenities provided were amazing. The coffee area in the kitchen was a big bonus. The fresh flowers and candy were a lovely touch. It was obvious that the owners wanted to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable
We had an over all excellent experience! We loved being walking distance to Downtown. The house was so comfortable from beds, to toiletries, to kitchen items. The house and host were wonderful!
Do caution the stairs are steep, as noted in the listing.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Bath!
We had such a wonderful week at this charming home in Bath! I will say this is the most well-stocked rental home I have ever been privileged enough to stay in. I was blown away by this property and all the amenities the home owners thought to include! We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog and young kid. The location is absolutely perfect being across from the library park and a quick walk into Bath's downtown. The house is so lovely and the home owners went above and beyond to make it clean, comfortable and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful Home with the most comfortable beds!
My family had a lovely stay at this property. Walking distance to shops & restaurants in downtown Bath. The house is beautifully appointed, they really think of everything. Both the owner and the property manager reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We visit the area regularly and this property will go on the list to check with each visit.
All 6 adults (ages 33-62) agreed the beds in this house were the most comfortable they’d ever slept on, which frequently is not the case in rental homes.

Great house and location
The house was spotless, really comfortable with king beds, had a ton of amenities, and it's in a great location - it really is less than a 5 min walk to the downtown area. We've rented in Maine a number of times and this is the first place that's within walking distance of everything we needed.
The hosts were very helpful and quick in answering questions - definitely will be back!!
