We stayed at this property on our way back from NewYork to Georgia. The property was amazing. It has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The decor is beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to my requests. The book on local restaurants and things to do is a great help! Will definitely return to this property.

Our trip to Lynchburg started as a sort of "throw a dart at the map to pick where we go". After deciding on Lynchburg next came the task of finding a place with enough room for 5 people. We found Court House Hill which honestly the pictures don't do it justice. It is a beautiful row house condo with a picturesque view off the back patio.
After originally scheduling our trip, we hit a snafu and needed to change the date, Stephan was quick to respond and assist us.

Our family of 4 had a great stay in Lynchburg! This property was very clean, looked just as pictured, and was conveniently located near good restaurant options. The street is quiet, parking was right out front and check-in was seamless. The house included all the comforts of home and offered space for us to stores out and relax. So much so that we extended our stay for an additional night, which was also a seamless process. The checkout instructions were also pretty simple (put towels in tub and trash to the garage). We are pretty picky guests and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the host company for a great experience!

In town for a wedding! Our family with adult children enjoyed staying downtown! We walked everywhere. Had some great food! There was a lot to do for all ages. The townhouse was wonderful! It had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

I booked this place for college for a weekend at LU (Liberty) I have stayed at many VRBO’s. This was by far the best I have ever experienced. The home was fantastic, clean and the hosts super responsive! When we initially arrived our door code did not work. Within less than 5 minutes they had the code fixed. I have never had that kind of response from a host. I will absolutely book with this host again!

Convenient street parking at the front door. Short drive to local attractions and colleges. Would stay there again when traveling to Lynchburg.

A fabulous condo with every amenity we needed to enjoy Lynchburg and visit Randolph College. The kitchen was well-appointed and we appreciated the comfortable couch and balcony views. The bath towels were super soft and lovely bath products were provided. Parking was easy, we felt very safe, and communication with the owners was always immediate and polite! This is our go-to place for all our visits to Lynchburg from here on out.

We would stay at this property again and again - or any property managed by them because we had such a great experience. It was a wonderful stay in every way. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished with high-end decor. The beds were comfortable, the location was safe, the neighborhood quiet, parking right at the door, and it was close by everything, including Liberty University which we drove to every day of our stay. We loved this townhouse!
PS if the remote blinds box doesn't work due to low batteries, there is a tiny button on the blinds roller itself that will raise and lower them.

Clean property , has all the amenities . Feel 10 an checkout is too early for a home this size and the cleanup you need to do. Means getting up at 7 am on vacation . 12:00 would be nicer , especially since check in is 4 pm

This property was beyond 5 stars in all aspects especially in regards to cleanliness and comfort. The very amply perfectly designed space was tastefully decorated in a more minimalist feel. The features such as automated blinds added a modern touch. The views were spectacular and the location perfect. We walked to local restaurants and cooked a meal in the well supplied kitchen. The beds were cozy and comfy. We were visiting our daughter at Sweet Briar College- we definitely will be back and will recommend this find to other SBC families.

This place is fantastic! Great hosts who were very responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. Secluded but very close to all, the bluff, restaurants, shops, universities, etc.... plenty of room, modern touches and great TV's. The beds were the most comfortable we ever laid in. I've been to Lynchburg at least a dozen times over the last 2 years and I am upset that i haven't found this place sooner. A definite must our next time around.

This is a first-rate property with all the modern amenities any traveler or traveling group would need. The location is ideal with access to Lynchburg's rejuvenated downtown. This home has everything you could possibly need. It is decorated and outfitted like it is their own personal home. The thought and care that went into this home makes your stay feel so perfect. The decor and furnishings are so clean and stylish. The beds are dressed with the nicest clean and comfortable linens, they're not cheap like you’d think someone would use to just outfit your rental home. The bathrooms are stocked with super nice towels, makeup wipes, top end hair dryers, magnified mirrors and full sized shampoos, conditioners and body washes. There is a full washer and dryer fully stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen has both fridge made ice as well as a bag of store bought ice. The coffee bar is stocked with so many different keurig flavors and coffee mate creamers. The appliances are top of the line as well as the pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and Tupperware. I’m not kidding when I say that this place isn’t stocked with “rental ware” it’s as if it were their very own home. On the counter in the kitchen is the most thoughtful binder chalked full of info on the area, things to do, restaurants and maps. The tv in the livingroom is humongous and the furnishings are so trendy, clean and bright. Every room has automatic blinds. Took a moment to figure out how to use them properly but you can close one or all, close a thin one for ambiance or close both on each window for room darkening. Our daughters 10. 12 and 13 loved the tv room in the basement. They were down there the whole time. And us adults loved to spend time on the back deck. The neighbors are also very friendly and kind. The town was fun and had so much to explore. I promise you won’t regret choosing this rental. The company that runs it has fantastic customer service and the owners spare no expense to make it feel like a true home.

Great Stay in a Great Place!
What a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable and was in a fabulous area. It was the perfect size for our group of five with space to gather as well as space enough to find some solitude. There were several attractions and a multitude of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and an even greater selection of places within a very short car ride. The owners not only kept in touch via e-mail/VRBO app but had a notebook with policies, activity/restaurant suggestions, check-out procedures, and other helpful information waiting for us at the house. I would definitely recommend this rental and plan on renting it again the next time we're in Lynchburg!
