This home worked out extremely well for us. Very clean, very well stocked, they have thought of everything to make a visit easy. I stay in many rental homes and this was the best thought out property I have ever stayed at. Thank you for making our visit great.

Loved the pool, the lake and the house. It was a beautiful spot and about a hour from Yosemite which was fine for us. The house was immaculate with all working and comfortable furniture.

Dear future guests, Have no concerns for your upcoming stay at the 19 th Hole. The home is lovely both inside and out. We enjoyed being greeted by a mama dear and her babies while outside on the very comfortable woodland deck. This home is great for families. There is a table tennis, fuseball and darts in the garage. The washer and dryer was also appreciated. The home is large enough for taking breaks away from others and then gathering together again for family time. We visited Yosemite twice and it was an easy drive to and from. Be on the road to Yosemite before 6:30 AM so as to not to have the morning sun in your eyes while driving. There is a market and a couple of pizza places in town but we really enjoyed the full kitchen and outdoor grill for preparing the evening meals. We took breakfast and lunch with us to Yosemite. There is a very nice cooler for taking to Yosemite too! A wonderful home that we highly recommend. Many thanks to the hosts of this jewel in the West!

We have stayed at a fair number of rental homes, and this one was definitely one of our favorites! The house perfectly accommodated our family of five with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the ping pong table and darts in the garage, as well as the community pool. I loved the big deck, and the reclining couches in the living room. We stayed here while visiting Yosemite, and its proximity to the park was perfect for us. The tiny town of Groveland is very picturesque too, and had gas, groceries and some good dining options. If we lived closer, this house would definitely be a house we would stay at again and again!

Although the check in process wasn’t smooth and other initial first impressions. Our stay was awesome! The cleanliness, amenities, and amount of fun my family had were the best!

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, this is one to put on your list. Clean home, comfy beds, and everything you could need for your weekend getaway. We stayed here for a Yosemite trip and as long as you don’t mind a slight drive, it’s a wonderful spot to stay. Parking/HOA passes were a bit pricy, but that’s because there are so many amenities that you can enjoy while there. Unfortunately our schedule was fully booked, so we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all that Pine Mountain had to offer. If we come back another time, we’ll definitely be setting aside some time to spend in the community. Overall a great place to stay with lots to do!

Beautiful home but it’s was sooo annoying to get into they don’t give you a gate clicker so you only can go through the main gate I got lost soooo many times not good directions at all. That was my only complaint and check out was at 10:00am too early but very beautiful and clean home. My kids loved it. I loved the main shower sooo pretty.

We loved staying here! The amenities in the house were great! Games, Firepit, Grill, Kitchen fully stocked with many seasonings, coffee and cookware. The modern decor was welcoming and a great place to connect and spend time with friends and family. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was great and even provided travel shampoos and soap. Will definitely consider this home for a return visit.

Plenty of room for our family with 3 kids and 2 grandparents. Our kids loved the ping pong table and games. Very clean, had everything we needed. There is a grocery store nearby that we used, but it is pretty pricey. It also gets crowded on the weekends. We really enjoyed Two Guys pizza nearby. We went to Yosemite twice - know that it's well over an hour to get to the valley with no traffic. We enjoyed the community pool on our down time day. Great house!

The house was super clean, we’ll equipped, and exactly as advertised.

The home was as stated in the information. Clean and nicely taken care of. Life happens sometimes as did on our trip. top priority was a working gas fireplace and they went above and beyond to try and get it going with no avail. The quick response and pleasant service was refreshing. Then a tree blew down and took out the electricity 4 homes up along with the telephone pole. We were with out power from 2am Sunday morning until we left early Sunday afternoon knowing the severity of the outage for our place was at least a day. This is just the weather doing what it does. They were very gracious with us leaving early with great customer service to insure we would love to come back again. The way a company reacts to issues has everything to do with integrity and they have a lot of it. We would recommend to anyone as we happen to go during the big storm of 2023 so we knew there could be some adversity. Its a beautiful place.

We had a few hiccups during our stay related to communication with the property management company, but overall had a great time and loved the house itself. We loved the layout of the house and it was well stocked with everything needed to cook simple meals during our trip. The property was clean. We loved the patio with the fire pit table. The house was clean, lots of board games and the common living area was very spacious-perfect for all of us to spend time in. I had trouble getting help from Vacasa. We needed some help and the support could have been better. Our issues included getting through the main gate to enter the community, an issue with the bunk bed being wobbly (they didn’t offer to help, just said they would get it looked at-we didn’t feel safe letting our kids sleep in it), didn’t know where to put the garbage when cans filled up, and weren’t given check-out procedures.

This property was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving get together. The kitchen was well stocked and the games/ping pong table were a hit. We would definitely rent this property again.

Family of five with three kids 13 and under. The house was clean, everything was new and well organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to cook. We used the gas grill and fire pit on the back porch. TVs were intuitive to use. The kids played ping pong, foosball, and board games. We also rented a paddle boat on the lake and played in the swim area. Easy 30 minute drive to the 120 gate of Yosemite.

The 19th hole was clean, well appointed with many comforts from home. PML was a secure well maintained community with many amenities available. Stayed here for a Yosemite trip and had a grocery store, restaurant in close proximity. Beds were comfortable, large tvs and great outdoor area. Would highly recommend!

I had an extended stay in Groveland. I’m so glad that I chose this house to stay in. Everything was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable. The central AC was a blessing on those hot days. I will definitely be back to this home. Thank you Vacasa for being a great host for my stay.

1. We had to enter through the Pine Mountain entrance to get to the house. When we got there, there was a small issue with finding the key. However, the vacasa staff were extremely responsive and helped us within 3minutes. We did have to pay 42 dollars upon entry for 3 days of parking which we knew in advance (2 spots available).
2. The house itself is new. There is a kitchen stocked with wares, cutlery and everything you would need to make/eat a meal. The living room was so cozy with recliner sofas and many board games to play. There is also a game room in the garage with table tennis, pool, dart board and so on. There is a washer and dryer available for use with some detergent (not sure if that was someone who left it back or if it was provided to us). There are 3 bedrooms (one master-room with a king sized bed, another room with a queen sized bed and a 3rd room with a smaller bed and a double decker) and 2 baths which were all so clean! Clean linens with tons of blankets were available. Shampoo, conditioner and soap was also provided. Wifi was also available throughout the house. There is a furnished veranda as well with a grill for cooking. The drive through the gated community is peaceful and you can often see a deer or two while driving in and out.
3. There is a pizza place called two guys about a 5min drive away from the house which sells great food! And also a grocery nearby as well which has literally everything you need (5-7mins from the house)
4. It is a 30min drive to the entrance of yosemite and then another 30mins away from the valley. But the drive is spectacular with amazing views.
I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the park!!
