Lovely 2 bed bungalow. Very clean with an essentials welcome pack which was much appreciated.
Quite a few steep steps from the car to bungalow, meant it was quite a workout with heavy suitcases. The helpful staff did spot me struggling and came to my rescue!

The facilities are wonderful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was new and very clean, which was nice.
If you are more than two people, I strongly recommend going for the lodge that sleeps five. The lounge/kitchen space for a bungalow sleeping four only accommodates two, on a tiny two seater sofa,, and that is a squeeze. This is unacceptable, particularly as the outside roof isn't waterproof. On the two days that we had storms, there was one person in each room. This was very disappointing as we couldn't even watch a film together or eat together, two of us having to eat sitting on our beds.
There is exactly a foot around the double bed, and it was difficult to get dressed in there. If only the resort designer had allocated an extra two feet to the overall area it would have been perfect. Or, put a waterproof roof over half the outside area (which is very nice) so people can still eat and sit outside when it's raining.

Strand was 10 minuten lopen. Mooie lokatie in een prachtige omgeving. Huisje was prima. Boven slapen.

The staff were really nice/helpful. Great location and great views. Good value for money
Nothing really apart from our tv didn’t work

Style
Noisy aircon all night so we couldn’t sleep. It also left the floor all wet. Lock for the tent is a joke.

We stayed in a well-equipped bungalow with good appliances and cosmetics. We loved the outside patio with hill view.
Our bungalow didn’t have a comfy bedroom but just a mattress placed on the floor of a low-ceiling space up a steep staircase. The supervisor at the reception desk should undergo better training and deal with customer’s feedback with the respect it deserves.

The concept of the stay was great. The tent is just like it's announced and the bathroom is perfect. Good water pressure.
The car is parked on a hill far away from the tent, all uphill. So not ideal when you've arranged a lovely dinner outside the hotel and you end up arriving at the car really sweaty and hot...
There were ants on the bed sheets and many in the bathroom.
We asked to be taken up by golf car to our car when we left with our luggage, but there was no one who could take us up. I would have expected at least to be driven to our car when we left as we where packed with things. It wasn't a cheap stay, so I would have appreciated it if we could have been taken to the car that morning, instead of having to walk up all the hill.

The breakfast was what I expected, the views were great.
I would just add hot food like fried eggs and the option to serve myself hot milk and juice.

The athmosphere and the luxury feeling. Nice evenings on the room balcony with sea view.

It was a wonderful getaway, the facilities were great and all we needed nearby. (pool, massages, and a great shop!) A few minutes walk from the beach and many other restaurants.
Nothing.

If you are going to charge £125 for a tent, it should be at the very minimum well supplied. There was only side bed light, only way to secure the tent was using a lock on a zipper. Not cleaned every day. Toilet door barely closed and didn’t lock. No water, coffee etc.

Great breakfast, lovely views, very relax pool without much towel laying folks. Bungalows had all amenities but were tight. Airco worked great though.
You can sense this is still a new place. Staff were not always very organised.

location, very clean, nice pool
food and drink are very expensive… €7 for two scoops of half melted ice cream.. not incl a cone😂 also did not even recieve the flavor i wanted after correcting him 3 times.
for a holiday location its unfortunate some of the staff speaks poor to none english.
the tents do not include a nespresso machine, and coffee and breakfast is expensive so keep that in mind. they can definetly improve on their bar prices to sell more drinks.

beautiful location, great pool, friendly staff
at an eco resort I would expect a good offer of plant food, but that wasn’t they case. fortunately there was a nice kitchen to cook out own vegan food.

I loved the exclusiveness and it being eco-conscious. The kindness from the staff was also our favorite.
Everything was perfect.

The tent was really nice, and amazing view (the one we had at least). Really good beds. Close to a lot of beaches (walking and driving distance). Nice restaurant and pool area.
There were a lot of ants and some of them end it up in the bed. It didn't bothered us, they didn't bite.

Nice location walking distance to Sa Riera beach. The property is nice, very new, but has some improvement to do. We stayed in a tent with the bathroom outside. They were both neat, comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff was very polite.
It was overpriced. The tent and bathroom needed extra amenities: hooks to hang towels or clothing, extra light in the room, maybe a chair or a small table inside the room. Given the location by the forest, they should also provide mosquito spray.
The other issue was that none of the services were explained by the staff. We weren't informed of the breakfast hours or rates, of the spa and pool availability, or of any other activity. And given the very expensive room rate, it was not acceptable.
Also, they charge 3.50€ for a small coffee, a price not seen not even in 5 stars in big cities. In my opinion, they need to be a bit more grounded.

everything was new and the pool was really great
the room was a lot smaller than it appears in photos but it is also very nice

very authentic accommodation, all new facilities and even though the space was limited we had everything we needed in the little trailer
outside the accommodation there could have been more facilities for drying the clothes/towels/bathing suits. there was nowhere to hang it

The hotel is brand new and the staff was friendly. Walking distance from very nice beaches.
The tent can get very hot during summertime, and the bathroom outside the tent is not always very practical. Moreover, we were in our honeymoon, but the hotel couldn't arrange a double bed for us (even if we had asked for it through Booking).
