This fantastic holiday home is perfectly positioned to enjoy those famed Yallingup sunsets; and is a casual stroll from the pristine beach, sheltered swimming lagoon and iconic surfing strip. Families and all types of holiday makers will love having direct access to Yallingup beach, with its lagoon and surf breaks at Yallingup Mainbreak, The Bubble, Rabbits and Shallows practically in the front yard.
Beautifully furnished throughout and boasting gorgeous timber accents, a stylish neutral palette and pops of colours through the amazing artwork which showcases and highlights the beauty of the nearby Yallingup beaches.
Perfectly designed to fit two families comfortably, upstairs provides two master size bedrooms (one with ensuite) as well as a generous bunk room boasting two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms offer built in robes to utilise during your stay. A second bathroom with shower, bath & adjacent w/c are easily accessed by all.
For those wishing to work while they play; the upstairs desk space offers a great place to catch up on emails whilst enjoying the stunning vistas through the trees to the gorgeous foreshore and shimmering blue waters beyond.
Downstairs, the spacious living area opens out to the shaded courtyard; providing a secure space for the kids to play after a long day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities including dishwasher, electric cooktop & oven, microwave and Espresso machine.
Or simply make the most of the world famous WA sunsets and enjoy a BBQ in the front courtyard on those blissful summer evenings.
Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the home will ensure optimal climate control at the touch of a button.
