This quaint retreat is warm and inviting and waiting for you to come and feel right at home. Bring your friends and family and enjoy all of the wonderful things this area has to offer. This home is minutes away from historic downtown Bristol where you’ll enjoy your time visiting the amazing restaurants, shops, bakeries, and entertainment venues and the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. Plus, we are just a short drive (10 miles) to the Bristol Motor Speedway!
The craftsman bungalo features three bedrooms -- two with queen beds and one with two twins -- and two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the other has a stand up shower. The kitchen contains everything you would need to prepare a meal and the dining room has seating for up to six people. There are rocking chairs to enjoy on the front porch and the back yard is fenced for your pets to enjoy!
We love welcoming pets to our home! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.

There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors. There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate. We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of -- the floors will creak sometimes and original doors and door hardware can sometimes stick a little.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

The house was acceptable for a one night stay, however would not want to stay longer unless some things are fixed. Want to preface my review with the note that I didn’t not contact the owner to fix anything since I discovered most of the things at 10p at night and none of them were emergent.
One of the windows in the front bedroom, the glass had fallen out of the frame so there was a 2 inch gap open to the outside. Thankfully there was a screen on the

This was a great location for our family to stay for my daughter's graduation from Emory & Henry. The place was very quaint and cute. The rental was well equipped and had adequate parking. The big fenced in yard was very handy for our dogs. It slept 6 adults comfortably. I would suggest that a few long mirrors be put in the bedrooms on the back of the doors. With 3 women trying to get ready at the same time was not easy with only 2 small bathroom mirrors. Anthony made sure there were enough towels and washcloths as I requested. Overall it was convenient to all of the great Bristol eateries.

We come to Virginia 2-3 times a year from Texas.
Our grandson lives there.
We were hesitant about doing a Vrbo. Due to all scams and properties not what is advertised.
This house has tons of room, was very clean, and easy to access. We will definitely rent it again.

This home worked out great for us and our two small dogs! I would recommend!

Overall nice. The front porch has no handrail and bathroom showers have no grips. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is it. Nice neighbors as well.

This house was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my 40th with some family and attending the NASCAR race. The house was beautiful, I just wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the amazing backyard!

Adorable house with a great back yard. Perfect for us and our dogs! Close to downtown. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Honestly the neighborhood was not what we were expecting. Also having maintenance, HVAC techs and another unknown person coming and going made it hard to "work remotely."
Big plus was the pet friendly home, and large, fenced in back yard. If we come back to Bristol, would honestly stay in a hotel.

One of our favorites
We visit the area often and have stayed in many rental properties. This one was among the favorites we’ve rented, only made better by the fact that it’s pet friendly! We loved our stay here, and loved being so close to someone our favorite places like Blackbird Bakery, Cootie Brown’s, and 620 State Street. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Cute historic neighborhood. GREAT fenced in backyard with a picnic table. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely house
House is very nice and the owner left lights on so I didn't come into a dark house. Has a nice backyard which we didn't get to try out.
