We went to the Cape for a long weekend and stayed here. It had everything well stocked that you would need while away. It was nice having restaurants close enough to walk to.

This property was perfect for an extended weekend on the Cape. Great walking distance to restaurants and shops, lots to choose from. The place had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would recommend!

The place was bigger than expected and has everything you need for a Cape vacation: beach towels and chairs, TP and toiletries, games, fire pit with wood provided, laundry, plus all the kitchen necessities. Window ACs in every room kept the house plenty cool. Walked to food, ice cream and mini golf. The walk to Sea Street beach was about 25 minutes (a little long on a hot day, but Sea St beach has bathrooms and concessions, while the slightly closer Depot St beach does not.) Only about a 20 minute drive to Chatham for shops, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. Kim was very welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay here.

This was our family of four’s second time staying at Kim’s house in Dennis Port. We love the cleanliness of the house and convenience of the location to all the mid cape has to offer. Kim is very quick to respond and is a great host. We would recommend!

We were looking for a pet friendly place on the cape at relatively short notice. We were lucky enough to find Kim’s lovely home in Dennis Port. The home is comfortable, clean and well provisioned with everything we could ask for ready to go. We simply unpacked and started relaxing.
The location is great with restaurants, cafes, ice cream stands all within a few mins walk. Parking is plentiful and it’s an easy in and out. We really couldn’t recommend Kim and her home enough. We’d happily take the opportunity to come back again in future!

This wee little “half-a-house” did not disappoint. It was well-maintained, clean, and organized, and also aesthetically pleasing to boot. There were plenty of amenities and supplies. The pillows were comfy! It’s about a mile to the beach from the property; a nice, straight shot of a walk if you travel light, and a super-short drive if you need to bring more gear. We also happened to meet one of the owners, who was friendly and helpful.
All in all, a lovely stay!

The house is very nicely furnished and well appointed. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The house was immaculate. It has a lot of room for a family to spread out. Kim was very helpful, letting us know when we could get into the property a bit early and offered us late checkout. She was quick to respond to any questions.
I did walk to the beach for exercise. I think it would be a bit difficult with all of our beach gear. However it’s a straight shot. The house is within walking distance of many cute shops and restaurants.
I would recommend staying here.

Location is directly on a very busy road. Cute quirky cottage that is apparently undergoing maintenance. Owner was very open about the sprinkler man working in the backyard and the painting project underway once we arrived. Beds were comfy and ALL the air conditioners worked well. Kitchen was new and was perfectly adequate for our needs.
Small bathroom off the dining room was well appointed. Enjoyed mornings sitting outside on the porch. Beware of the steps into and around the interior as there are many different levels to this property.

The house was so clean and comfortable. It was about a mile from the beach, a straight easy walk. The beds were super comfortable!!!! Within walking distance to a raw bar.

The other reviews pretty much sum it up. It's a nice, newly-renovated cozy house with all the amenities. The weather wasn't great so we didn't use the grill or the fire pit, but everything was very clean and comfortable.
We had fun at the beaches nearby and going to restaurants, mini golf, and the bowling alley / arcade all within 10-15 minute drives. Chatham was also very nice about 20 minutes away. Overall a pleasant experience.
Thank you Kim!

My husband and I along with my cousin and her one year old stayed here in August. We LOVED the house. Beach is about a mile away. Exactly as advertised and has everything you could need plus more for our vacation. Location was awesome- we walked downtown for breakfast sandwiches at Buckies, ice cream at Aunties, and got out cape cod gear at the Labelles. The beds were super comfortable, the outside space was awesome, and the house overall felt modern and relaxing. We grilled, we were able to use the washer dryer, had access to fire pit and firewood along with it. Beach chairs, towels and basically anything you would need. We are used to having to bring our linens, towels etc so it was great to not have to pack all that. Kim was a great host and communication before and during our trip was stellar. Highly recommend staying at Kim’s place, we will be back!

Loved our stay here. Perfect space for our family and dog. Not exactly walking distance to beaches but easy walking to the shops and restaurants, and the beaches are a quick car ride away.

The house was exactly as noted in the description; clean and everything you could possibly need! Kim, the owner, was extremely accommodating, allowing our fur babies to come and responding immediately to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend.

We absolute enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. The apartment is very comfortable and has all you need to make it your home for a few days. We grilled and did fires at night. It was the perfect place to take a break with my family.
