صوت الموسيقى الصاخبة من البار مزعج ويصل الى الغرف، مكتوب على صندوق الامانات "الفندق غير مسئول عن سرقة مابداخل الصندوق" ورأيت انه من الأفضل ان اضع نقودي وجواز السفر على الطاولة ومن الأفضل ان لا يكون صندوق في الغرفة من الأساس، ولايوجد سجادة للصلاة في الغرفة.

Still waiting for my taxi refund!!!

Nice place but really bad service. They’ve not been helpful at all, even about the basic services/needs. I am also still waiting for a refund that I should’ve had right away but still waiting for a “bank transfer”.

Le receptionniste m'a proposé de changer la chambre mais c'était trop tard 1h30min J'ai desendu à la reception pour parler à un responsable .mais heureusement le receptionniste a obligé le musicien de stoper la music et il m a donné un jus de fruit comme cadeau

Reveil à 3h00 du matin comme j'ai demandé Ils m'ont ajouté des serviettes la nuit Ils m'ont donné un tasse de café gratuit Merci au monsieur de la nuit qui est avec des lunette

Prendre un appartement beaucoup mieu que cette hotel

La chambre que nous avons réservé était pas disponible. Le bruit la nuit dans les espaces jardin . Et surtout les prix exagéré de la consommation part exemple une café a 30 diram alor que nous somme client . Dehor la consommation es beaucoup moin chère.

Magnifique

Rien à dire. L’hôtel est extrêmement propre . Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est bien. L’équipe du petit déjeuner sont très professionnel et aimable. Mention spéciale à la gentille dame qui fait les omelettes , elle est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire.

l'hotel ? Absolument RIEN, ormis le Staff sympa. Par contre juste le resto indépendant très bien. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Les chambres ressemblent aux chambres étudiants vraiment une catastrophe. Avant d'avoir mis les pieds dans la chambre, il nous est demandé de payer. Cette filiale de Berclo doit être repensé en bien-être desq clients ou pas fait pour moi ! A noter, sur le Map il est indiqué à "Malabata" et là, l'on se retrouve trop loin de toute commodité. Déçue. Trop BRUYANT. Aucun respect!! Plus jamais

Mooi modern hotel met heel vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en een uitstekende keuken.

Een mooi en modern hotel met zwembad. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Onze dochter kwam met de ferry en was daar enkele uurtjes eerder dan wij. De kamers moesten we ter plaatse betalen. Ondanks het feit dat wij later aankwamen en de kamers nog moesten betalen, mocht zij al gebruik maken van haar kamer. Dank u! Het eten in het hotel was ook uitstekend! Pluim voor de koks. Daarnaast was het ook mogelijk om een cocktail te drinken uit een mooi glas aan het zwembad, dit kan niet meer in ieder hotel. We kregen hulp bij het zoeken naar een Hamman en een taxi. Met de taxi ben je zo in het centrum van Tanger voor weinig geld. Een heel mooie vakantie gehad.

Les chambres modernes et très bien pensées, le petit déjeuner excellent, la partie piscine très agréable, les petits taxis à proximité Une décoration moderne et colorée hommage aux artistes ayant séjourné dans la région

Il faut faire attention avec cet établissement, j’avais réservé avec 1, réservation, confirmé À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’étais surpris qui me disent que ma réservation a été annulée Ils vont me donner une chambre avec Deux lits séparés si je fais pas d’accord, la réservation il Il est annulé il l’hôtel il est complet ça a été la période de vacances ils ont vendu ma chambre malgré que la réservation que j’avais fait. Ça a été par remboursable Que ça confirme Ma présence, et j’ai même pas reçu un appel pour me confirmer. Je reviens jamais à Hôtel. À l’accueil, ils ont été en train de m’embrouiller et si si je suis pas content, Je pars chercher ailleurs Ça a été 1h du matin et toutes les hôtels complets. J’avais pas de choix Juste de Accepter ce que elle me disent

Ideal für Motorräder auf der Fahrt nach tanger med

Modern eingerichtet, großes Zimmer, relativ ruhige Lage, bewachter Parkplatz, Motorräder in der Tiefgarage

Badezimmer sehr offen, das Abendessen ist teurer als die Hotelübernachtung. Leider lief an diesem Abend auf allen Fernsehern sehr laut ein Fußball Spiel ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste. Wird hoffentlich einmalig gewesen sein.

The room was modern and clean. The staff were exceptionally polite an did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is very good and not far from the town.

The pool was under construction during our stay. The main reason for booking the hotel was because of the pool.

La limpieza, el personal, la tranquilidad de la zona. Llegamos muy tarde después de una situación desastrosa con otro hotel y aquí nos atendieron genial :)

Todo genial, está un poco alejado del centro, pero los taxis en Tánger son baratos y tienen parking por si has alquilado coche. Además está cerca del paseo marítimo que es un lugar agradable para pasear.

Rubbish and smelly

It was clean and modern but not in such a good way

The toilet door had a huge gap. They tried to make it open plan but there was zero privacy. So when you go to toilet everyone can see because of the gap and can smell the smell like you’re in a cell. They charged me 70dh too much and definitely will never ever stay there. I checked out the next day and hired an apartment in the centre for 60% less

Cuidado,intentaron no respetar el precio de reserva de booking

Las camas son super comodas y la decoracion es impecable. El ambiente tambien es bueno y el personal profesional dejando al lado el pequeño problemilla de esta vez con el cobro.

Reservé por booking con mi precio especial por ser genius y al pagar la chica me mareaba de mil formas diciendome que no podia cobrarme ese precio siempre me daba una opcion superior. Tampoco me hacia bien el cambio de euros a dirhan de forma que siempre salia mas.. hasta que por fin como yo seguía sin estar conforme vino un encargado y me atendió conforme al precio de reserva de booking y con el valor correcto de euros a dirhan.
