First of all I like to discuss hospitality was great, Secondly privacy was their top priority Thirdly but not the least fair of room was not so expensive but it was moderate

I like the way owner has received late night that is quite astonishing but I like it Owner did every effort for our comfort

The stay at N N Guest Palace was excellent. Thank you!

The service is excellent. The host is professional and very hospitable, also his family. I got a lot of useful information about the area and also some guidelines how to stay healthy while being in Pakistan. You can feel at this guest house very comfortable. The facilities are amazing: table tennis, kitchen, hall, gym equipment. Everything perfect. I also was driven to the airport by the host's daughter and his wife also accompanied me - at 1 am. I really appreciate it. We spent an interesting time talking. It has been my best experience when it comes to my stay at guest houses. Very friendly and helpful family. Our stay in J&K

We got our room upgraded to airconditioned one with additional charges.

We were taken aback that air conditioner was not part of the package. Washroom could have been cleaner with hot water and water supply was insufficient.

They were so coparetive and friendly. It felt like home .they offered us juice in beginning. Every facility was available .fridge, and accessories etc.they also offer indoor games .table tennis and chess.internet is also free .one can enjoy there.

Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. Will definitely stay there again next time.

The hosts were nice and cooperative people. Felt very much at home.

Location was far off from main Islamabad. The society felt extremely isolated at night.

No empathy and zero client service

The guest house owner didn't show any empathy as I was with my little daughter and carried my luggage to the room upstairs by myself. He is not welcoming and the location is in the society where access to transport service is less. There are no food facilities available nearby like restaurants, etc. The place is not happening. Also, I asked for an AC room for 3000 Rs for just 4 to 6 hours but they asked for 1000 Rs extra and didn't show any cooperation. We had our stay for 6 hours with zero service.

Extremely nice and clean place to stay with family

Everything was spacious and close to home atmosphere.

Owner take calls until 10pm only we reached a bit late and disturbed his sleep. Btw he is such a noble and nice person treated us well.

Not a 5 Star hotel but nothing else was less than 5 star. A home away from home.

The owner of the property was super humble and nice. It was no less than a home for me. Very genuine and kind guy. Made sure genuinely about my comfort. A host who treats you like a family and has very professional behavior.

Nothing that i can complain of. Love and respect received by the host was more than everything.

Great stay :)

The family owning this homestay is very welcoming and they were always available to help my friend and I. Mister Iftikhar is very knowledgeable about Pakistan and even helped us in the obtention of documents for our visa. The beds are comfortable, the water is hot and the room is extremely clean. I had an amazing stay!

Unfortunately, the location is a bit far from the main touristic areas of Islamabad.

The location as well as the property was a peaceful place to stay. During the whole stay, I did not feel less than at home. Hospitality was exceptional, the owner was a very helpful and humble person. All types of room facilities were available including a kitchen, wifi, UPS, hot water, and a nice room heater (24/7) with no additional costs. Rooms, sheets, and beddings were clean and comfy overall. Most importantly the value for money. Would love to come back soon.
