Historic Isaac Pierce House located in Somerset Historic Village District. This first floor vintage apartment features large rooms with many old historic touches still intact. Enjoy the original wood shutters and the craftsmanship as they fold into the walls. The apartment highlights the bustling clipper ship era of Captain James Madison Hood's Shipyard. Some of the fastest clipper ships in the world were built and docked here. Little pieces of that history are all around during your stay.
Set to open in the May of 2025 an MBTA station in Fall River, 12 minutes from the house with direct connection to Boston's South Station.
New for the summer of 2024 is our oversized stone patio with a covered 16' by 24' pavilion. Enjoy the covered outdoor space and the large outdoor stone fireplace. This space is shared with the second floor apartment The Crows Nest. Book both apartments and the space is exclusively yours.

Beuatifully maintained and nicely update while retaining all its historic charm.

This was probably the best rental we have stayed in. Very clean and nicely decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice and clean . Great bathroom and towels 😁 living room very comfy. You can hear apartment above you a little bit but very respectful and quiet from 11 PM on

Close to River & a lovely park. Need to drive to restaurants & shopping.
