I enjoyed because I was in Baguio with the coolest temperature. I was very near nature.

It was with the Manor Camp John Hay establishment. La Chef serves delicious food.

The staff of The Manor didn’t consider us, as their regular guest, because what we booked is a privately owned room that has their own regulations. It is not under the management of The Manor. You talk to the owner of the unit and you follow a different cleaning routine vs The Manor. It’s a bit confusing. I found out that the room rate if I booked directly at The Manor is around 40% cheaper.

very poor service ordered in house dining then after eating around 11:30 am called 6x for them to pick up the dishes they took it out at 3:30pm waited sooo long. then the heater in shower only lasted for 10 minutes ended up in cold bath then noise from the dining hall is so loud slept at 12am for 3nights Bec of the noise! never gonna book again ever very poor service and noisy plus the cold shower.

the property location is good, but this is a privately owner apartment so the hotel amenities has no bearing on the Owner.

Hot water comes for 10-15 mins. My wife showered, but there after when I went for a shower, there was no hot water. This was on both days. On the second day no room make up was done. No fresh towels, beds were not made up, no drinking water replenished. We had to purchase drinking water ourselves, and re-use wet soiled towels as we were not aware that the towels will not be replaced the next day. When Guest services was contacted, they mentioned they cannot help or provide any fresh towels. Guest services tried to contact the Owner Ms Esmeralda on her number - +63 9178212999 repeatedly, and we too tried to contact the owner and sent her SMS, but no reply. We got a belated reply later next day afternoon after we had checked out. Very poor guest service and consideration.

Gorgeous view!

No AC Unit. The temperature in the room became hot towards the afternoon, didn’t feel the Baguio breeze even when the window is open.

Superb

Superb experience staying in this unit and in The Manor Hotel. Microwave oven and dining utensils are available for your use. The location with garden view is so relaxing. The bed is big that can fit even up to 3 people.

Since this is privately owned unit, not sure if can ask the hotel staff to service the room while we are away. :) Anyway, we are able to manage it.

Be careful with your booking. It may not be what you think it is.

On arrival, it took around 20-25 minutes to check-in. The reason for the delay was that we found out that the booking was for a private unit within the hotel - not owned by the hotel itself! Having a private unit meant that we were not afforded the same service as being in a room owned by the hotel. We were given no prior warning that this booking was for a private unit. There was no notice from the hotel or booking.com and I feel this is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation booked. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. I’ve searched all across my booking confirmation and the description of the room and there is zero description to notify me of the fact this is a “Private Unit.” I’m extremely disappointed with both the hotel and booking.com and will review my options for both a hotel booking platform and a hotel in the future. Be warned. If you want to book this hotel, you are best off booking it directly through the hotel's website. Otherwise, you may get given what was essentially an AirBnB masquerading as a hotel room.

We couldn’t get any turn-down service, we couldn’t make any charges to the room, and we couldn’t even order water from our in-room phone. We were given the number of a “caretaker” who we called when we struggled to get into the room (since our room used a key to unlock the door when all other rooms had a key card) who didn’t assist us and instead referred us to the owner of the room.
