This is the best hotel in Baguio that's less expensive than the hotels at Camp John Hay. It's a bit far from the city center as it is between The Mansion and Mines View Park. Meaning, it's away from the noise and crowd of the city - that is if you're looking for a quiet retreat after strolling in the city (or SM). We booked 2 bedrooms with two beds each. The beddings are good. Glad they have a smart TV with netflix, and other stuffs. The breakfast at the terrace is great. Love the morning breakfasts. You can easily get a taxi from this location but if you cant, the hotel staffs will kindly help you get one. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book this hotel again.
There's a current construction right across the hotel, destroying the lovely morning view of rising sun behind tall pine trees :(

Generally the facility is ok but it was not worth the price, compared to what is available in Baguio, the rate per night, the hotel facility, they could have offered more or better or higher quality amenities. Truthfully though, we did not spend much time in the hotel. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices, the room was good anded comfortable, the bathroom could be better with improved amenities (it did not even have a face towel) and the minibar was below expectations, had nothing to offer for a late night. But yes, I might try the hotel again. Thanks

Every staff we encountered are exceptionally welcoming and courteous. The front desk staff are so efficient upon registration and check out.
2) Wide selections of inclusive breakfast items and the wait staff are exceptionally hospitable and helpful.
3) Hotel location is surrounded by Pine trees that were not cut down when the hotel was originally constructed. The hotel appearance is pleasing and relaxing.
The AC is optimally operational but, the heater was disabled. We were uncomfortable the first night until the following day when we inquire why the heater isn't working. We were later informed of such because the heater mode trips the electrical circuitry. It gets foggy and really chilly at night specially during rainy season as the hotel's city location in the Philippines is at high altitude of 1,500 meters. Guest should be informed in advance somehow if they're needing a portable heater which are available.

the property offered an excellent service, amazing staffs, great buffet breakfast, highly recommended.
the downside is just the ongoing construction opposite the hotel

The staff are very professional and accommodated our needs.
Maybe just for improvement. The room was big and clean but maybe it can be improved in terms of interior aesthetics. It looks bare. Maybe put some artworks or something. It's an expensive hotel anyway.

The scenery was incredible; we had a great balcony and view and great room space. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. All of our requests were immediately made.
Quite far from the city center, but it’s also why the surrounding still looks better than the city center hotels. No spa—you have to book from a third party that charges an outrageous price for such.
