The property has some very nice design touches and some lovely spaces within and on the roof terrace.
Not a fault, I went with my wife which was great but can see this would be even better with another couple of friends joining us.

Beautiful property!

We loved the decor and attention to detail. For such a narrow house, the space has been cleverly used. Sliding doors, gorgeous staircase, and lovely kitchen. Owners were lovely and helpful, welcome pack was full of great tips. Overall a great little getaway filled with charm.
Unfortunately the weather was not on our so we could not make use of the roof terrace. The brief time we spent up there was lovely, and I'm sure on a calmer, warmer day we would have loved it.

this is such a beautiful place to stay, would highly recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be visiting again!
it’s hard to find anything bad to say about the property. my only comment would be there were no tea towels left in the kitchen.

The whole place was gorgeous, such taste! The roof terrace was lovely (didn't get to use it how we wanted to due to weather, but still lovely). Great atmosphere lighting (once we figured the many switches out) giving the place a cosy, boujee vibe. A lot bigger on the inside than the outside portrays, very comfy beds & bedding and the vino & oat milk was a welcoming touch (and very much appreciated after a 5 hour train journey). Absolutely lived this place and couldn't gave asked for anything better for the price we paid, was worth a lot more!
The only issue we had was not being able to figure out how to get the heating on, despite going through every setting - so was a little nippy at times - but that was probably an us problem as opposed to a house problem. The kitchen door could have done with a curtain over it as we felt that people walking over the bridge next to the house could have seen right in BUT we made use of the lovely room divider to solve that issue.

Really chic design as well as very cosy, comfortable and homely. The bed was very comfy! A very short walk to the beach, which was quieter (and nicer!) than the main beach. Rob was very responsive for any questions I had.
Nothing. Worth noting that it is about a ten/fifteen minute walk to the town but it’s a lovely stroll along the beach!

This property is awesome! It is quirky, stylish and has everything on hand. It's a leisurely 20 minute stroll into central Margate or a few minutes across the road to the local beach.
A really beautiful place to stay with the bonus of a great roof terrace. Perfect when the sun is beaming down, or an evening drink on a summers night.
Nothing.

It’s a super stylish property that’s obviously been put together by people who understand what looks good, what makes a good stay (cocktail shakers, great roof top, bbq, Aesop products) and understand comfort (nice beds, great sofa and lovely finishing touches) Think, top end Airbnb rather than a hotel stay. Personally, I prefer that. Rob was also a nice and communicative host.
It’s obviously incredibly energy efficient having been built recently, this can make it rather warm on a warm day. Nothing that cracking a window and leaving the rooftop door open can’t solve. There’s also a fan in the main bedroom.

Beautifully designed and finished. The owners have converted this former fish and chip shop into a stunning modern retreat. You can see the attention and love that has gone into this project and now business.
The roof terrace with a nice glass of something cold was magnificent.

Very convenient location within walking distance to the beach and the main stretch of town. Lovely renovated house with lots of nice touches and a gorgeous outdoor roof area. Host was really helpful, communicative, and shared great recommendations!
As there's no A/C, a fan for the bedrooms would be helpful in summer. It's also on a bit of a busy road so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs or white noise might help.

The property was beautiful, we particularly loved the rooftop terrace. Ideal location, 10 minute walk along the beach to the amazing bars and restaurants. Rob was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return - thanks for an amazing stay!

Great decor, lovely roof terrace, liked furniture & design of house
None of upstairs sockets were working & didn’t know where to find fuse box, too late in evening to contact host. There was a water leak from upstairs, we weren’t sure if it was from the rain or the plumbing.
