Relax in this charming, serene space (2002 sqft) and enjoy incredible sunset views in the backyard. Whip up a gourmet meal in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen or grill a savory meal on the patio. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY. The Responsible Person acknowledges and agrees that the Owner, Operator or Property Manager does not warranty or guaranty the Property against the failure of any equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning/heating, barbecue, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, kitchen appliances/tools/utensils, plumbing, lighting, internet, televisions, electrical, washer, dryer, furniture and any fixtures.
Responsible Person acknowledges that it has reviewed and understood appropriate city ordinances relating to noise, trash, parking and occupancy limits, and House Rules and that Manager may review those rules with Responsible Person prior to providing the access code and/or keys to the Property.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
- No shoes inside the property.
- No smoking of any kind on the premise (i.e. marijuana, cigarettes, vape, cigars, etc.).
- No parties of any kind.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
- No moving/re arranging furniture.
- No pets allowed.
- Exterior security cameras are located on the property and in the garage. Altering or tampering with the cameras will result in a fine to dispatch security to ensure the cameras are properly functioning.
- No solid food, wastes, grease, and oils down the kitchen sink. A waste bin is conveniently located on the kitchen counter and to the right of the stove top.
- Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide black makeup towels.
- Only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
- Checkout is 11 am or earlier. Any exceptions must be agreed by the Owner, Operator or Property Manager 24 hours in advance.
- Parking is available in the garage. Garage door opener will be left on the desk. Please leave the garage door opener on the desk in the rustic tin bin before checking out.
We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee if any of the above rules are broken.

Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival to make sure this space is safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any persons visiting this vacation rental. Any amenities, appliances, and furnishings are used at your own risk.

Every thing was wonderful and communication with the host was a problem at all, one thing I may point is that at check out time guests shouldn’t be asked to through towels into washer or loading dishwasher, there is no guarantee that guests will use soap, it’s not guests accountability to provide clean towels for next guests or dishes. To provide sanitary conditions of your home should be a hosts accountability and after all why guests are even paying for cleaning fees. It’s one thing if it be me I would change. Over all we are grateful to have a place to stay.

What a great experience to rent this home for 10 days ! The beds are so darn comfortable! Our host Mary was incredible. - her attention to detail and making sure that we were happy was above and beyond! We absolutely loved our stay! I think it was truly the best house I have ever rented on Vrbo!

Quiet neighborhood location! Home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We were in town for a wedding at Botanica and other related events at the San Diego Bay.

My families stay here far exceeded any experience we have had before at a rental property. This truly felt like a home and that we were welcomed to it. Truly was a cozy stay!
The home is in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and an overall welcoming vibe. I wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely will be looking forward to staying here again next time our travel plans bring us to Oceanside.
The nights are enjoyable, the only thing cutting through the peace and tranquility was the wildlife in the backyard. Frogs, crickets, coyotes, birds! All fun creatures you can hear in the distance with the windows open. We had so much fun staying at the house. We were entertained with board games, toys, and all the fun amenities provided, my only regret is we didn’t have the availability to stay longer!
We truly loved this home. Can’t wait to plan our next family vacation as we already know where we want to stay!

Our family was fortunate enough to find this home away from home on a family trip to Oceanside. This home was perfect for our family, and felt welcoming and cozy. Plenty of space in all 3 rooms, and in the kitchen and living room as well. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, and a peaceful backyard to drink the morning cup of coffee, or afternoon beverages with my wife. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach wasn’t too far from our rental. Our family will revisit here on our next trip to Oceanside. 10 star review

We are vacation rental owners ourselves. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding, needing a place to rest in between all the weekend festivities. This home was perfect. Lots of room for my wife and I and our pregnant daughter and son-in-law. The house was better stocked than a Starbucks and a basket of snacks was waiting on the counter when we arrived. The house is extremely well outfitted in the kitchen and outdoors to barbecue and enjoy the fire pit. Lots of nice touches and instructions for logging into the WIFI and things to do in the area. We took a lot of notes on how to make our own rental property better! Excellent communication with the property management made it a very good experience.

The house is very clean and in a great neighborhood. You have all that you need outside of groceries. The backyard is great with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the green belt and view behind.
The location is very central to Carlsbad and short drive to downtown. The property contact is always available by email and responds quickly.
There isn’t a bad thing I can say about this home. We will definitely be back for this gem in the future vacations. Thank you for a clean, quiet, comfortable and safe place to stay!!

Thank you for a wonderful week in Oceanside. The home was the perfect place to gather with our adult children for our grandson’s 1st Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and linens were very comfortable. Thank you for decorating for the holidays-we couldn’t have chosen a better home!

This was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving family getaway. Tina was easy to work with and made our stay quite welcoming. The set up and flow of the house was very functional. The kitchen was well stocked for our holiday meal and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The backyard provided lots of sun, fun, and games and we even had a fire one night. We highly recommend this property and location for a family gathering and getaway! Our family hopes to return some day.

Tina was so very helpful/responsive and made my first home rental easy and smooth! The home was clean and spacious… perfect for our groups short stay! Wished we had more time to enjoy the house but thankful for the cozy beds and fully stocked teas and coffee for the mornings.

From the moment we turned into the neighborhood, we knew this stay was going to exceed our expectations. The home was beautiful and clean and it had so many thoughtful details to make us feel right at home. Our kids loved the backyard with the teepee and fire pit. Each bedroom was like an oasis, and after our trip all the way from Florida, we were able to settle in with no problems. There was plenty of space for everyone and it didn't feel crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this property for an amazing getaway. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Vacation Home
This home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We made good use of the cocktail book we found in the wine/coffee bar. The coffee/tea is well stocked- although we did not use any of it because we brought our Nespresso machine- it was definitely a coffee and tea lovers dream otherwise. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was clean and comfy. The beach is about a 15-20 minute drive from the property and my family spent every day of our stay there - making good use of the beach amenities supplied by the host! The neighbors are super friendly and we enjoyed getting to know many of them during our morning walks. There is a very nice nature trail nearby. We had two families staying in this home - it it was just perfect for our needs and we had ample room. The host was very responsive and attentive- and the check in and out process was very easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in a beautiful home!
My family and I stayed for 4 nights in this lovely home. It was super clean, inviting, organized and updated.
I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, complete with kids utensils and dishes.
The location is perfect in a quite neighborhood. We weren’t far from the ocean and Legoland!
If you are looking for a relaxing stay- this is your place!
The cute tent setup outside maid for a perfect reading location at bedtime for my kids. They loved it!
The host is quite at communicating and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.
I highly recommend this property.
