Parking can be confusing - the space labeled Delmar is for this unit. Otherwise great location, lots of space for families or groups.

Great value for beach block. But very noisy especially early morning. Condo unit is roomy.

Microwave didn’t work and sofa bed didn’t pull out. Minimal kitchen supplies. The house was clean and nice overall but could use some extra TLC on fhe little things. Parking spots are across street a little hard to find but it is marked so look for Del Mar.

I have rented 20A about six times in the past few years so clearly love the super central location on Baltimore Ave and the street view - it is one of the best blocks on the beach. It is lovely. The rooms are very spacious but the living room furnishings (the couches) desperately need a makeover. Someone at Vacasa should also carefully curate the kitchen and make sure it is up to snuff: I actually bought a replacement toaster for the propriety last year as the old one was so bad. Also, there are no wine glasses.

Hi there! While we enjoyed our stay and the space itself, we had multiple issues during our stay. One morning during our stay, a maintenance man, or other staff member with Vacasa, let himself into the unit which startled us and was very intrusive. He should have known that the unit was occupied, or at least knocked and waited for someone to come to the door. In addition, the fire alarm went off in our unit, and though the fire department and maintenance responded and were on site trying to figure out to how turn them off, they left the property with the alarm still going off and without letting us know. This was extremely frustrating, as the fire alarm continued to sound for about 2 hours straight and was very disruptive. It was also complicated getting in touch with Vacasa staff and maintenance and getting someone to come back and fix it. Fire alarms were removed in our unit without new ones being replaced until the next morning, which made us uncomfortable as we slept overnight in the unit with no fire alarms in the ceilings. This was extremely nerve-racking, and honestly a huge liability for Vacasa if something were to happen to us. Overall, we had a very nice time and enjoyed the unit itself, but these complications make me question whether I would book again.

We stayed here when we brough our children together for our wedding on June 22, 2024. It was a lovely place to stay, in a great location, and arranged well for our family.

We loved this spacious condo! We were not told until 2 days before arriving that the 2 parking spots in the lot were not available until May15. So we had to park on the street. Sometimes fairly far to park, especially on our last night, because there us a theater next door and parking was difficult., due to the performance.
The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

The home was impressively large, and its location was spot on.

I love the spaciousness of the property, that it looks on the street and is very light. Love the proximity to the Boardwalk (half-block) and love Baltimore Avenue, the "Rodeo Drive" of Rehoboth.

The communication was lacking from the start.
Pros:
- the location is great, you’re a block from the beach.
- the condo is very spacious
- beds are comfortable
- there are beach chairs available in the lobby
Cons:
- The pool is down the block. This would’ve been okay except I sent multiple emails before we left asking for the location of the pool because we were traveling with small kids and the response I received after the 2nd email was “it’s shared with another guest”
- get to the pool early chairs are limited and taken up by 9:15
- reached out 3x because the ice maker wasn’t working and was told someone would come out. No one showed, we had warm water, no ice and the filter needed to be changed.
- as others mentioned the lobby is outdated and the condo is showing wear & tear (ex: the couch had tears)
I could go on, but all in all I have never experienced a rental with such poor communication and unclear expectations. I highly recommend updating the listing to reflect what guests can expect and then provide a welcome packet/email or something.

We really loved this rental. Very spacious, and the inside of the unit was clean. The lobby area was less modern, but not a big deal. It would be helpful if the listing was more clear about the fact that the pool listed is actually across the street in another complex. But you can’t beat the location (1/2 a block from the beach). A little bit noisy at night because of the restaurant next door with rooftop dining.
4.0 / 5.0
Pros: great location, one block to beach and boardwalk, one block to shops and restaurants, very spacious, complimentary parking passes for off-street parking
Cons: second floor walk-up, very noisy, not well stocked (no drinking glasses? No toilet paper beyond half roll? One trash bag?)

I stayed at the 20A Baltimore Avenue condo THREE times this year: 2 weeks in May; 1 week with my daughter in August; and now a long four-day weekend in October. So I, obviously, do love the spaciousness and location of this property. The rooms are large, light-filled and have high ceilings so you never have the feeling of being the least bit cramped into a beach condo. That said, the place is beginning to show signs of wear: the review from Marsha K just below is spot on. The entry and staircase area is more like that of a cheap motel and not a 5-star property with 5-star prices. Inside, the living room furniture is starting to be shopworn as are some aspects of the kitchen. On my last visit, the disposer didn't work, there were intermittent issues with the ice function of the fridge, and the so-called "amenity package" wasn't delivered by housekeeping until two full days into my four day stay, meaning I immediate had to go out and buy TP and paper towels. All of this would be workable, I guess, except for the fact that as I was beginning to plan for next summer, I saw that they have raised their rates a LOT! In high season, this is a good deal more than $1,000 a NIGHT, making it 5-star in price but just 4-stars value. So I have begun to shop around.

Our first time to Rehoboth Beach and we loved the area and this condo. Spacious, clean, a block from the boardwalk, and restaurants close by. As others have said, the lobby needs a makeover and it smells a little funny but the condo did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

In the big picture, the place was fine. Good location and just what our party of 6 needed for the week. However, there were some drawbacks. First, when we walked into the staircase, it reeked like a public bathroom in a gas station. The carpet was threadbare. The beds were adequate, but the king mattress in the master suite has long passed its use-by date. Depressions on both sides of the mattress left me with a sore neck and back. $7,700+ is a lot to pay for a stinky hallway and lumpy beds. The women who work in the office were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, kind.

We loved our stay on Baltimore Avenue. It was a fabulous location! We had a short walk to the beach, wonderful restaurants and shopping on the avenue. The condo was clean and it made it easy that sheets and towels were included. The beds were already made when we arrived! There was a problem with the air conditioning but management was quick to come out and fix it! We will definitely come back to this location again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Everything in the property was in great working order. With teens it was great because they could walk to town or walk to the beach, so everyone could decide what they wanted to do. The space is also right to a community theater so we saw a couple of musicals during the week too which was really fun. Be prepared, if you have a large group that some kids may be on sofas/sofa beds which is fine, but it is right in the middle of the open kitchen/living room space, so they will get woken up when the early bird adults make coffee. Overall very fun and a great stay.

We loved our room. We had 11 people and it worked out well! It could have used a powder room for the pottying. It seemed 3 people had to go when we had 2 bathrooms . That was a small problem. Everything else was fabulous for our 3 family vacation In Rehoboth

Easter long weekend in Rehoboth Beach
4 Adults and 2 kids, great condo close to EVERYTHING in Rehoboth, DE. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Glad that linens were provided. Parking was close to unit. Rental office was downstairs and easy to ask questions about the area to the agents. No one is above you, if you are worried about noise when traveling with younger kids. Pool and chairs available in season at the hotel across the street. We will be back!!!

Exceeded expectations!
The condominium exceeded expectations in relation to large size of rooms, outfitting of kitchen, storage space (closets, drawers) and cleanliness. Fantastic location close to beach and main shopping center and restaurants. The manager of the property helped us bring in our luggage! The staff was incredibly accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Rehoboth with family and friends
Loved loved the condo, all was just perfect ( it’s location is 🙌🙌) The only thing they need to improve is the lobby, it’s old and looks dirty, though I imagine it’s renovation is on the list. Other than that a great place to stay. I will rent it again and again ... if available

Absolutely Perfect
The location of the unit was absolutely perfect. Close enough to the beach, center of town but away from the crowds. Our unit was spacious enough for 2 families (8 people) in total and the parking space onsite was ideal as we never moved our car with the exception of going to the outlets and going on day trips to paddleboard and boating on the bay. The location was near the boardwalk which was great for quiet morning walks or runs. The condo was clean and equipped with a washer and dryer and a large living room which was ideal for family game nights. Sean from the rental office was quick to respond with any questions, even on a Sunday when the office was closed. Be aware that the unit is on the second floor with no elevator. It wasn’t a problem for our family but it would have been nice to know. Dinah’s around the block was wonderful for freshly baked goods in the morning and grocery items. Our favorite coffee place was the 30 year old Coffee Mill- a couple of blocks away and their ice-cream shop across the way in Rehoboth Mews. LEH nearby was the the best for locally made bath products. DIfebos on the corner is highly recommended if you are craving Italian food. Great location
The condo is extremely convenient, being one block off Rehoboth Avenue and 1/2 block from the boardwalk. We walked to dinner every night, with a great selection of really good restaurants. The condo was recently renovated, so everything was in good shape. It was pretty light and airy. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen was well supplied for most any type of cooking. We didn`t really need them, but the management office was downstairs and staffed most of the time. A couple comments about things not clear from the listing. It is a second floor unit, which was fine with us, but you do have to carry your bags up stairs. The outdoor patio is right in front of the building by the sidewalk, so not too private, but not really an issue since we were too busy to use it. The info sent out was very complete and had useful local tips. Chairs and umbrellas supposedly available at the Sands, but the room had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Overall, very spacious and well appointed condo in a pretty unbeatable location.

Nice location
This is a great, solid property a short walk from the beach and close to all shops and restaurants in Rehoboth. Read carefully: You need to being your own paper products, cleaners, detergents, etc. Not a problem if you’re prepared like we were! The condo was very spacious and updated! We enjoyed our stay and the beach chairs and umbrella provided.
