We loved this stop on our road trip. We stayed a couple nights. Able to do laundry, cook a few dinners and shower in a nice bathroom. From before you arrive you feel like this host understands travelers. After arrival, this feeling is solidified. The details in this house (both what is there and what is not there) make this place a gem! Host responded quickly with a question we had and really was a 5 star host!!!

very clean, relaxing, close to many hiking opportunities along north shore. very, very well supplied to do a little cooking there. even spices for cooking. walking distance to Culvers our favorite.

It was everything we hoped for as a getaway to explore the north shore and relax. Incredibly clean and comfortable with many little well thought out extras to make our stay special. We loved the beds and bedding. Highly recommended.

My brother and I were in town for class reunion events associated with Heritage Days. We found this cute little house and knew just where we’d find it. For us, the location and setup were just perfect. The house was immaculate and had thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. The host was very helpful and responsive so overall it was all good!

We loved our stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Loved the location. It was close enough to spend a day in Duluth and close enough to spend a day driving up the North Shore. Two harbors also had a lot to offer. Our host was amazing to work with.

Super place to stay with all the comfort of home and more. Beds were so comfortable. Having access to a garage was pretty nice especially for our brand new truck. Awesome communication with owner. Loved it! Highly recommend as a home to stay along the north shore.

We loved our stay! My daughter and I used it as the perfect base to explore the amazing state parks on the north shore before heading up to the Boundary Waters. Our favorite part was the ping pong table in the basement. Would love it if there were more games in that spacious basement! The beds were some of the best I've ever slept in and we slept so well. The kitchen also stood out with by far the best quality cookware of any vacation rental I've stayed in. Would love it if you added a French Press to your collection! I'm not a fan of the pods. Sandy was great at communication and her responsiveness was perfect.

We had a great getaway with our toddler and baby. The house was very clean and set up great for us. Sandy even had a pack and play that she had all set up and ready to go for us. We especially appreciated all of the toys and books!

The home was a perfect place to relax through the snowstorm happening outside. Clean, comfortable and close to anything we needed. Plus our son got to see a beautiful wintery Gooseberry Falls for the first time, after many years of spending time on the fantastic North Shore!

Great location in Two Harbors. Close enough to walk to a few businesses to take in the fresh air of the north shore. Home was perfectly sized to accommodate our needs. Home was clean with all the necessary things to keep you entertained if a day inside was needed.

we were up in the area for family pictures and Fall break weekend - staying here helped us to have a comfortable place to rest our heads, get ready for pictures and explore the area. The house was so perfect for our family! The kids loved the ping pong table downstairs and we all enjoyed kicking back in the living room to wind down after a long day of hiking and exploring the nearby state parks. Thank you for providing a truly fantastic place to stay for the long weekend!

This house is perfect for two couples or 1-2 small families. The game room downstairs is in progress and already wonderful for something different to do in downtime or for older children/teens. I am a big fan of small touches - like Kleenex boxes throughout the house, hair dryers, coffee - and these owners have thought of it all. If this house was on the other side of Hwy 61 for ease of walking to downtown, it would be perfect. It is only about 1 1/2 miles so still doable, but a little more challenging because of the traffic.

Everything about this house is perfect . Great location for exploring Minnesota’s North Shore. Every inch of the house is charming and useable. The living has comfortable good quality furniture. Beds provided a great night sleep. The kitchen is stocked with just the right amount of dishes, and small appliances. The basement was finished complete with a ping pong table, play area, tv and couch. The host encouraged us to pick apples from the front yard tree. That was a very nice treat for us. Communication was spot on. I forgot to mention CLEAN!!! It’s one of the few times we’ve arrived at a VRBO and didn’t feel the need to clean or wash dishes before we used them.

We spent a short weekend in two harbors to participate in a local biking event and relaxing weekend. This spot was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the secure garage for our bicycles. The host was extremely quick to respond if we had any questions.

Host went way above and beyond. I sprained my ankle while hiking the Superior Hiking Trail. Host offered to let me stay another day or two if needed (no one was coming in for a couple of days) and offered to help me pack up my car. That on top of the extreme cleanliness of this well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. For families with children, there is also a play area for smaller children, a ping pong table for older children, and a television viewing area for everyone – in the clean dry basement. This home has everything you could need for a North Shore vacation.

Nice, clean house located in a perfect middle point on the north shore! Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen was very spacious and stocked with the essentials. Garage was perfect to park our vehicle and easily secured our 3 bikes. Basement ‘game room’ was an added bonus and where we spent most of our time recovering from daily mountain bike adventures! The door entrance to the house is a little finicky, but we were able to make it work.

House and Host were Awesome!!! House was clean, cute, well stocked, great location, and the little added touches were appreciated. Host was respectful and checked before coming to mow the lawn so as not to bother us. Our stay couldn't have been any better. We will be back!!!!

Staying in a VRBO is my favorite way to visit an area - and our recent experience was wonderful. The house works very well for 2 couples and with the basement area - would be great for kids too. House has everything you need/want and looks very nice. Wonderful location to visit the North Shore!

This was our family’s first experience renting a VRBO, and it couldn’t have been more enjoyable. The property was VERY clean. The location was in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. This home was stocked with a large assortment of amenities from cooking/serving utensils to snacks for a weary traveler. We even had an over-sized garage to use for our truck. I would highly recommend this property!
