We booked this property base on the online reviews. Our check-in experience is anything but. We could not check in because property owner did not send us an invite code to get into the loft. The property was also not cleaned so when we were able to get in we had to wait about an hour for the cleaning person to finish. I think the property also need a deep cleaning because stains and dusts were abundant. To compensate for the snafu we were told by property owner he will not charge us for parking which was never stated on the website as an additional charge. Overall we are not happy with this booking and will look for another property when visiting our child at Georgia Tech.

Our family chose this location due to the proximity to the Aquarium and Coca Cola experience. We just had to walk 1/2 a mile which was really convenient.
The apartment was very spacious, clean with all that we needed. It is on the third floor, a straight walk up.
If you have a car, I do not recommend staying here. We had to park on a lot adjacent to the building and there were attempts to break the windows overnight (nothing was left in the car). For that reason we left a day early.

The property isn’t nearly as nice as it seems. The neighborhood is pretty bad. Almost every night there was Police activity in the parking lot next to the building. We had to deal with homeless people each day and they mean it when they don’t leave anything in your car. The house was dirty, no dishwasher, 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper was all that was in the house, so we had to buy more. The rooms are good size, but very few amenities. There was old food left in the fridge, eggs and other items in the freezer. Not recommended for families with little kids or the elderly. It’s 31 steps to the “loft” apartment. Using the door requires an app for your phone. The rest of the building kept leaving the main building door unlocked, which in that neighborhood, isn’t smart. Overall not a great place to stay. The only advantage was it is close to downtown stadiums, Olympic Park and Coca Cola.

Initial impression when you walk in is good.
Place seems clean-- but issues start to show up as you look around.
The Dishwasher was full of stagnant water with a piece of paper taped to it that said "do not use".
MBR seems to run on a separate AC -- and would not cool like the rest of the apartment.
We had two cars -- both had their windows broken out overnight -- along with several others in the neighborhood. we didn't even have to call the police -- they just showed up while we were cleaning the glass out of our cars. Said it was normal -- so they just come around to fill out reports. In fairness -- the owner had warned us "don't leave anything valuable in your cars".
lastly....
i received a text from the owner saying "parties are not allowed, and I will know because I have cameras".
nice, right?

The loft itself was absolutely gorgeous and was a great place to stay, unfortunately I parked my car in the adjacent parking lot and my car was broken in to during the evening. I would recommend staying here, just not parking here.

Wonderful stay. A few homeless in that area which seems to be standard these days. The air conditioning unit kept kicking on and it was very loud. Ask if that is fixed because it woke us up when it came on. GREAT place. Keith was the best at letting us in and showing us around. Really nice people!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this upscale second floor loft property. Exactly as pictured, and the layout is ideal with the master bedroom bath separated on opposite ends of the unit from the guest quarters. Beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Recommend finding secure garage to park car for vehicle safety.

Great downtown location. Huge place with everything you could ever need.

Clean and quiet. The owner responded to my messages. Be sure to ask for front door code before arriving at the property. We were sent an app that unlocks the loft door but had to stand outside for a while because we didn’t have the front door code. A neighbor let us in.

Beautiful home in a great location. Host was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay!

This spacious apartment is both modern and classic. Very comfortable, easy parking, cool vibe, stocked with amenities. My only suggestion is to get oven racks- the current ones don’t fit the oven.

The loft was exactly how it’s pictured. It was clean and spacious for me and two of my friends. It is in the middle of downtown so it was really easy to walk around to many places. The owner was easy to get in contact with when we had questions and he was very helpful.

Only downsides were that parking ended up costing extra. during the daytime the street is fine but at night there’s definitely some characters walking around

The place was just as described. We had a small issue getting in but that wasnt any fault of the host. We all were flying in from different areas at different times and there was just some confusion.
We did have one small issue once in the place. I contacted the host and he took care of it the best he could right away.
Communication with the host was amazing!
The space and location was perfect for the four of us!

Overall the property was beautiful and conveniently located to downtown/the Benz stadium where we were attending a concert. On our first night's stay, we ran into an issue with the hot water not working. We reached out to the host who contacted a property management person first. After no luck with the property management representative, the host contacted the local water and gas company. The gas company came out to check for a leak. There wasnt a leak but an issue caused by a homeless person tampering with something that connected to the building's gas line. The host originally told me that we would be reimbursed for one night's stay due to the inconvenience. I reached back out to the host on two seperate occasions to follow up on the reimbursement that he said had to be handled through VRBO. The first attempt he said he would contact VRBO. A week went by without any follow up so i contacted him again. That time i received no answer or follow up. While the property is great, i disliked that the host made a declaration that he would do one thing but then ghosted me and did not fulfill his promise. For me, it's the principle of doing what you say you are going to do and not the reimbursement itself. Don't say you will do something and not come through.

Door and lock to the apartment did not work. After finally reaching the owner because his phone number on Vrbo was disconnected, it took 30 minutes for him to unlock the door. Once we got into the apartment, the sliding doors to both patios had broken locks and the bars on the windows were either broken or unlocked. It is not a safe neighborhood, and the broken sliding doors are an invitation for theft and crime. Please be safe and stay elsewhere.

When I arrived, I could not get into the property and had some difficulty contacting the manager. When I finally got in, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The manager got the cleaner out there quickly and got it cleaned while we went out to dinner. Then on our second night, while we were going to leave, my car windows had been busted out in the parking lot. Just be cautious about booking here. The place was very nice and clean (after it got cleaned!).

Property is as listed, living room is very spacious and great location for downtown. Parking space is a bit concerning as we saw several broken window debris in the lot. But nothing happened to our car.

We had a great time in downtown Atlanta, visiting all of the sights (Braves game, Aquarium, World of Coke). The condo was conveniently located to all of the downtown attractions. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. The property manager was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The loft was perfect for our 9 day business trip. We had lots of space to relax at night and outdoor area was an added bonus. We look forward to staying there again next year. Yannet was very responsive and we had no issues. Thank you for a great trip!

Overall it was a great place to stay I just hated the stairs your had to walk up to get there and in the heart of Atlanta.

I will have to give pros and cons to this apartment.
Pros: Apartment was very clean and open. Very modern. It was pretty quiet inside considering you are in downtown Atlanta! The kitchen could definitely be used without a problem! My husband, myself, and two teenagers stayed here to see the GA aquarium, and spend some time walking around Atlanta. It served its purpose on our trip back from the mountains, and heading home to Florida.
Cons: It is downtown Atlanta. We were lucky our car survived without a break in. Probably would not have walked much if I didn’t have my husband with us. Homeless individuals were harmless but did hang around the front entrance of building, and one even used corner between door and building as a toilet. The City workers came along and cleaned that area though. The apartment does appear to be in the middle of “fixing”. The dishwasher was out of order, and the ceiling fan in Master bedroom was half assembled ,unable to use.
It is definitely within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions, but you do have to be careful and cautious!

Everything was exactly as described. Property had everything we needed, was clean, and the location was great! We had a little difficulty getting into the front door until we figured out that you have to hit the buttons quickly and then unlock. Would definitely stay again!

The Location was great. Walking distance from aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Olympic Park, and more. The neighborhood didn't give off a completely safe feeling, but we didn't have any issues.
Communication had some issues. We arrived late on a Tuesday after a long day of travel. They sent me an "invite" to August lock, which is the app used to unlock the front door, and asked me if I needed a parking pass while I was on a plane. I didn't see these messages until we arrived to the rental. It took me a while to figure out how to get into the lock app, but I eventually did. I got a response message in the morning about the parking pass telling me it would cost $10/day, for a total of $40. I sent the payment right away, but they didn't get back to me to tell me where the parking pass was hidden until later in the morning. By that time we already paid $10 on our own to park for that day. We parked in the lot next door where we were told to park and still got a boot on our car. 1 hour and $75 later we were able to get it remove. So our "$40" parking ended up costing us $125 for 4 days. We were not happy.
The unit also had cockroaches. I informed the owner and he told me those were "water bugs" and they're everywhere and there's nothing they can do about it. They were defiantly cockroaches. We took photos.
If it wasn't for the parking mess, we would have rated much higher. The unit was overall very nice. The photos are accurate and the living room is very nice.

The location of this property can’t be beat. It is in the city, very close to centennial park; so there is a need to be on high alert. But the inside of building felt relatively safe. There was glass in parking lot which had us worried, but no one bothered our vehicle and we could conveniently see it out of the window. The inside of loft looked very clean, but was stuffy when we arrived which affected the smell. After being there for 30 minutes we saw and killed a roach/water bug. We figured it was just part of the city life so consolidated to one room. Then my husband had 2 run over his feet and 2 go through bags on the counter. I was awakened by him killing bugs in the middle of the night and then we were unable to sleep. Then I had one jump on my back while packing our things the next morning. I alerted the owner who did respond and say “sorry”, and that the building probably needs to be fumigated at some point. We traveled from Virginia and had plans to stay for two nights in order to recover from the ride, but could not stay another night under those conditions. I would not book here unless you ask if pest control has treated the place. The owner gave be a 75 dollar refund which is better than nothing but that was just over 10% of our fees. Again staying in the city you run the risk of pests, but in a vacation rental
That just isn’t something we expected.

Overall our stay was enjoyable! The space in the loft and cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is not great, you definitely need to be aware and not leave any valuables in your vehicle. I would recommend turning the AC on in advance of the arrival of your guests, when we first got there the smell was off putting, but got better as the AC was running. I would also not advertise the upper deck as usable space, all the chairs are ripped and the decking needs repair. However, my favorite place was the private outdoor space/patio right off the loft, it was fabulous! My husband and I spent a lot of time out there just relaxing. Despite a couple minor things, we would stay here again if we came back.

We had a great experience in the apartment. Really spacious as you see in the photos. The communication with Yannet was great. The apartment is in good location close to everything but be careful with the parking. We found our rental car's window broken on the third day, which made us waste a few hours of our vacation dealing with the insurance & police. I guess it can happen everywhere. The dishwasher was out of order.

Very spacious and clean. Lots of character. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Convenient location. Just a little off the beaten path which made about a block and a half walk a little isolated. We felt comfortable and safe. Parking was very convenient.

This condo was exactly as described within the property description. The living space and amenities met our needs perfectly.
Great location to all of the major Atlanta attractions. All venues, aquarium, museums and stadium/arena were within walking distance. Great places to eat and drink within walking distance as well.
The option for parking via the adjacent lot was super. A couple of days our vehicle didn’t even have to move due to the short walks to various downtown Atlanta venues. When we did need to drive, it was great to be able to come and go as needed.
We would definitely stay here again!

We ( 2 moms and two 9 year old girls) stayed at this property over a long weekend for a cheerleading competition. It was perfect for us to have space for the girls to play. The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, well stocked with all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. It happened to be freezing when we were in ATL and the heat worked well! This is the city so be prepared for outside noise but certainly nothing more than the usual. There were occasionally some homeless hanging around the front of the building but we never felt unsafe and liked that both the front door and the condo door had electronic locks. We also used the parking pass for our rental car and had no issues at all. The parking lot is right next to the building and very convenient. There is also a Jimmy Johns and a pizza place around the block that are very convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Atlanta for another cheer competition next year!!

The arrival instructions were inaccurate but thankfully the homeowner answered her phone and provided correct access instructions. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot and a lot of foot traffic through the parking lot 24/7 so I was overly concerned about our car getting broken into - but it did not. I’m all for free parking so this was a huge perk.
The condo itself was truly beautiful! Very large and comfortable for our family of 5. Natural sunlight was stunning. The mattress was a little firm for our liking but it was okay. The roof top and porches were my favorite feature of the home - but all of the rooftop chairs were ripped and you couldn’t sit there.
The dishwasher wasn’t working, and the fridge water was extremely slow to dispense. This condo is on the top floor so you have to climb a lot of stairs. The building’s common area/stairs were dirty and smelly but that’s common in cities. The frustrating part is we weren’t given check out instructions. I reached out several times to ask for them but never got them. If you do book here, be prepared for delayed communication from the homeowner. Overall, we had a good stay. We would likely stay somewhere else next time.

My wife and I surprised our son with a trip to Atlanta to see his fav NBA player Trae Young. Initially we were looking to reserve a hotel for the stay. With the possibility of the AFC playoff game being in Atlanta hotels were booked solid and prices inflated we had to look outside the city. Coworker suggested Vrbo. First time user and if other host properties, professionalism are similar to Yannets', bye bye hotels! Great location for sightseeing, ability to walk to sports facilities ect.. Definitely would recommend and return if back in Atlanta!
